   No progression. So I’m trying to learn French right and it’s all going okay until they want me to count to one hundred in French however I don’t know any French and for the letters it was a little hard to learn considering they just showed me how to do it and then tested me on all letters of the alphabet

   Cannot uninstall. Beware, you cannot uninstall this app via normal means. I have contacted the company for support. Although if they actually supported their users, we could delete the app just like any other.

   What the…???. This used to be a great app. My absolute favorite for basic rundowns and helpful audio. It was like an actual linguistics learning app, not a game show. Sometime in the last week it randomly swapped into a basic “see these few words and then pay up” cheesy app that’s trying to mimic Duolingo. No thanks, I have books from the 1980’s that are more effective now. Instant Delete.

   Not like the old. I loved loved the older version, no need to pay, everything at your disposal, and fun UI and colors. Then they go destroy everything good they’ve built by changing everything. Bring back the old UI or stop asking for money. I’m sick and tired of developers being greedy and money hungry over genuine good apps.

    No sound. Hello! I’ll be happy to change the number of stars once I can hear it. I don’t hear anything on my iPad Air. Sound is on (I tested in two other apps) I closed the app and restarted it. No sound. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it. No sound. I shut down the device and turned it back on. No sound. I emailed the Contact Us on the sound page - the address is no longer valid. Can you help, please?

    Far too many cookies!! Giant data sucker. This app has far too many “legitimate interest” cookies to disable. Legitimate interest cookies are a way to sneak around cookie laws. Deleted app after choosing not to accept the vampire data collecting cookies. Would rather pay for an app that does not load up phone with data collecting cookies.

    Duolingo French. Can’t hear the audio even with the volume on your device turned all the way up. No access to internal settings on the app to adjust audio.

    The sound is terrible. I put my phone to the highest settings and still can hear the pronunciations. A terrible thing to have when you are learning how to speak another language.

    Paid full in past, now cannot use anymore. The app used to be great! I purchased the full version 2 years ago, and loved it. Now all of a sudden (it got updated with new version) I cannot use it anymore! My paid money is essentially worthless. I would need to sign up for a subscription. Be careful, users, this might happen again (subscriptions suddenly increase, who knows). I contacted the Support twice about it - no response.

    Decent app but keeps trying to get me to buy yearlong subscription. So this app is good if you’re like me and you need to start with the alphabet and how each letter sounds (I have auditory processing disorder, which means I have problems processing speech and decoding words.). So this is a nice app for starting at square one of language learning: alphabet and how letters work and sound. Though every time I open this app, it keeps telling me to by a subscription, fortunately, just a lifetime subscription of a onetime payment of $19.99…. The only thing that may make this app better is breaking down the pronunciation in writing. And maybe stop telling people the app is free when you keep pushing the $19.99 lifetime access…

I have things to do daily and I want to learn Spanish, but it takes so long for my hearts to restore that I can’t do anything and I tried watching an ad once it worked, and then it wouldn’t let me watch an ad for any more hearts it was very disappointing
