   Deletes if you go out of the screen. I was typing and pulled up Google to add in a graph and even though the app was still open it deleted my entire entry. This will be a huge problem if you’re intending to use for more than just writing a log and moving on.

   Great app if you want your data to disappear. Horrible app. Everything I wrote is gone. I have no idea why since I haven’t had any updates recently. Will delete and find a more reliable app.

   NOT free. 14 days only.. Do not get into a habit of writing in this journal if you do not intend to pay. It will be locked after 14 days. It should be called a free trial — no cost is listed. After 14 days, you can only edit the previous two weeks of dated info. This should be more transparent. It is currently at the very very bottom of the app description. (Be careful not to subscribe unless you want to be charged monthly — they consider it a donation to support them)

   This app is a scam. I did not purchase the paid app and yet i got billed for it, I tried to cancel the subscription and there is none!!! I had to notify my bank of this scam

   One thing that made this so heartbreaking. I absolutely love this app, I swear by it, it’s wonderful I don’t need to praise it as there are enough people to tell you this app is amazing as I’ve been using it for years I haven’t really start journaling though until a month ago and this app though great has one very hazardous flaw: There’s no undo button, I accidentally past on a schedule I wanted to copy and it’s absolutely gone, it took me days to complete it and all that work now is just gone This is a major issue for such a great app not to have an undo button or a short memory process where you can get back to subtracted data It breaks my heart that now I don’t feel like I can trust this app. If I ever made the same error for a presentation I would be absolutely fired, thank gone i can redo my schedule though that’s 6 hours of life I’ll never get back Developers please fix this, it should be easy enough to make a short memory data point that extends for 24 if not longer 💔

   Help!!’. I’ve been using the app for years on my iphone6. And posting daily. Yesterday I got a message that it was having trouble connecting with iCloud and my history was gone. Today it’s still gone and is giving me indications like I’m a new user. I need the history. I’ve compiled. Please help. Otherwise I’ve loved the app. I can’t afford to lose everything

   Update deleted my old notes. The app initially kept creating duplicates but it doesn’t locally save your notes nor does it save a backup in case you don’t have it synced. And if you upgrade - it’ll delete all your old notes.

   All journal entries lost. Twice.. That was a lot of detail to lose. If you need to keep track of specific details, you might want to back up your entries with a more reliable app.

    Cannot Attach Photos. Update: I have been using this app since 2016 and now it’s a little over halfway through 2020. I never liked the fact that I was unable to insert photos along with the text but had to add them as attachments to my journal entries. Now I can’t even attach photos to my entries. I will no longer use this app. *************************************************** Needs to have the ability to insert the photos in the journal entries themselves instead of as attachments. I extremely dislike the way it currently is now. Needs color. More graphics/emojis would be nice. More formatting features would be great like changing the color of the text. Would love to include voice clips/sound files and videos. I do love that it has a passcode feature and I can use my fingerprint to unlock the app. I love that it can save to iCloud or Dropbox. Mostly—I love how dependable it is.

    Overpriced. This app was useful for me until it started asking for more money. It’s not worth spending that much money for something that supports only one device! I would like my money back. I was pretty sure that app purchases are attached to Apple account. So if I bought one app, it should work on all devices under this account. If this is not the case - I don’tI find your app useable for my needs.

    No longer syncs with iCloud; frequently deletes my entries. I used to love this app, but in the past two weeks, it has deleted my entries several times, and the iCloud sync has stopped working on my iPhone. Deleting and reinstalling fixed it the second time I tried it last week. But now it’s doing the same thing again. Can anyone recommend a daily journal app that works?

    I used to love this app but poor customer service. I purchased the free version of this app in 2015 and upgraded to the full version which I used frequently up through 2018. I got a new phone and my days did not honor my original purchase and claimed I used a different Apple ID or I was only using the free version. If you want to keep using this app from an old device to anew one, make sure you save your receipt, otherwise, customer service will give you the runaround. I’ll be deleting this app.

    Very useful. I like it. I like having the option to document feelings, Thoughts, and pictures on a device that is readily available all the time. Not sure how to combine entries if you are using more than one device though update: I lost all the entries I've been putting in for over a year. I liked the app however if you type in entries spending a lot of time and adding photos etc. and then you have to reload the program on a new phone and cannot do a back up in the app is worthless. The message which they tell you with in the app simply is not there. so let it be a warning you may lose everything you put in

    What happened?. I DID love this app, but I haven't used it in several months. Now I can't unlock it with my passcode. On the Mac version, it gave me a "hint", but I still can't unlock it. I originally bought the whole bundle for iPad. I really liked that I could use it across all my devices, but now that I can't get into it, I'm very upset... not sure what to do.

    Okayish....(BE CAREFUL!!!). I really liked this app until I discovered that what I write can be available for anyone to read. Yes, you can put your passcode. However, if you were to delete the app, and re-download the app, it will be available for anyone to read. Meaning, if you deleted it, and someone else went on your device to download it, it will be available to be read. Also, I uploaded photos to my journals.....only for it to not be available. All I seen was black screen...that’s it. So I lost important photos. I am going to look for another app that is more secure and wont delete any photos.

    Loved it until it started lagging.. I can’t use this app anymore. It lags terribly! It is only this app and everything else on my phone runs smoothly. The latest update didn’t fix it.

    Erased all my entries!!. I love this app and I used it on and off for almost a year and had a dozen or so entries and theyve all been erased, I tried to give the benefit of doubt and made a few more entries then checked back a few weeks later and those are gone to. Its like it keeps resetting to my old template and erasing all entries so I cant use it. Please fix this, I have the latest version of the app and ios. Michelle

    App is very slow. I’ve had a iPhone 6s Plus for the past 2 years and was always running the latest iOS. I just changed my phone to 8 plus running the latest iOS but the app is very slow and unresponsive. I’ve tried rebooting the phone, deleting the app and re-installing but sill doesn’t help. Please fix

    Price??. So I downloaded this app and wanted to know how much it costs?!? I can’t find it anywhere. All I found was that “after 14 entries, you need to unlock it..” I don’t wanna invest time only to find out it costs $20...but maybe that’s the purpose in not listing it up front.     Items on this App disappeared. I have been using this app for a few years now but I just noticed that all my entries except few recent ones disappeared and I have no idea what happened to them. I have no idea how to retrieve them either. It would be nice to have someone from this team to talk to.
