   Supergirl? Really? 🙄. So sick of the paid advertising for a stupid movie. Used to have a 660 day streak now my finch just reminds me that even an app for mental health will sell out to make more money.

   Dishonest at best. Signed up for a 7-day trial using a code from my fiancée. Woke up this morning to find that a $44.00 (!?!) charge hit my bank not even one day into the trial. Never mind that a charge of that amount is ridiculous for this content. Dishonest practice and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

   Where’s all the money going?. Not to fix the app! Months of new worthless updates. Phones overheat, app crashes, birbs lost, gifts can’t be sent, goals disappear….etc. Generic pre written email responses from support reminding us they are a small team. Major announcements have to be found in social media sites like FaceBook, because they won’t give you the information you need in the app. Need to know anything important, better look for a social media post from Jordan!

   Fix the issue not create more. The app was working amazingly until they added the interactive themes like Alice in wonderland and OZ. They keep saying the will fix the “bugs” but they leave them and take away the things we love about the app and also and new ones that are not needed. An app for mental health should NOT be caused more negative emotions. DO BETTER Finch.

Hello,can you guys please make some changes on finch because my cousin and I have been wondering why you guys have pride month flags and this app is 4+ years old and what if a kid doesnt know what those mean.Just do actual country flags,and why do the little stuffed animals cost 15K and 20K gems for those little animals please make the prices lower.Those are my changes.Thank you.

   Scam to steal your money. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and they charged me that same day for a year’s subscription. When I emailed customer service about the charges they never replied. This app claims to have a free trial but it’s just a scam to steal your money, don’t get this app.

   used to be great. this app used to be great. i invited all of my friends to it, i find the self-care tools to be useful, and i check in daily. but lately the app has been so incredibly full of bugs and lag that it borderline makes it unusable. they also make a select group of users part of a "partial rollout" to test features before fully implementing them, which only leads to some users having certain features for weeks to months at a time (and not all of these features are good!) without any way to opt out of this. that means that most users are likely to not have the same app experience as one another in some way. i am really disappointed in their decisions lately and i wish they were more dedicated to fixing the bugs and glitches that have been an issue for a while.

It’s a really good app but the only thing I don’t like is I have enough goals to go on multiple adventures every day but I Can I wish you could go on multiple adventures but other than that it’s like really good I really have to keep up with my hygiene and stuff truly helped me open up to the world see what things are possible to do your things I like it cause like my mom my mom is one of friends on Finch my best friend is my friend friend my sister is my friend you can friend people but truthfully it’s a really good app lock micro pet to house a wardrobe you get your own money it’s really nice and every day they’re like a daily question that you can coin from like every 25 days you get another stage right now I’m at a teenager with my pet you get to name then you get to choose the color you get to choose their girl or a boy it’s just a really great app

    IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THIS APP. They finally got the lag problem fixed. Everything was running great. But then they go and take away the Quest section that shows how much furniture you own how much clothing you own and how many micro pets You own There are five people in my household that pay for premium Finch. There are about to be zero. I’m starting to hate this app. Why do you not want us to see how much we own? That way when items disappear, which happens frequently we won’t know.?! do you think that’ll keep people from complaining because they won’t know they have stuff missing? do you realize how much we Pay having 5 plus accounts? Why do you keep changing things that people are happy with and then make new stuff that people hate? Leave things alone just fix the bugs

    I don’t want to pay to see ADs. The June super girl/birb “event” was so bad that they started censoring players voicing their negative feedback by hiding and deleting posts about it. This game has gone downhill and isn’t worth supporting anymore. There are other productivity games that don’t force you to see paid Ads masked as “events”

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They’ll try to encourage you to try the “free trial” but even if you cancel the subscription they’ll charge you for a YEARLY subscription. Not to mention that the app itself is very underwhelming. They help you with initial tasks but they don’t challenge you to do more or to even be productive. It should honestly get negative stars.

    Absolute scam. I cancelled the app on day 2 during the 7 day trial period and deleted the app. Fitch still charged me the entire $34.99 on day 8 and so far efforts to get a refund have been denied BEWARE THIS APP IT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

As someone who works in behavioral health I wanted to evaluate it before recommending it to clients, and on the surface it delivers. The core idea is clever. Externalizing self care onto a creature you nurture tends to work for people who struggle to show themselves direct compassion. That’s not nothing. But somewhere along the way my intentional mindful check-ins became me rapidly tapping through items just to collect rewards and level up my bird. Streaks, achievements, a named birb that misses you when you’re gone. These are the same engagement mechanics that make social media hard to put down, just wearing a wellness costume. The manipulation is well disguised because the app frames itself as being about pausing and self care. That framing disarms the critical thinking you’d normally. Five stars for what it could be. One star for what it chose to be instead. A marketing scheme for brands like Supergirl designed to keep you coming back.

    Feeling Betrayed. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years and the recent updates have made me seriously consider deleting the app. I’m very disappointed that the theme for the entire month of June was an ad for Supergirl. During pride month. I’ve invited many of my friends who started using the app consistently for a couple months. All of them left during June. I’m basically just opening the app to keep my streak and check off my goals as fast as possible. I’m annoyed every time I open the app. I sincerely hope they never do anything like this again.

    Inventory is all gone!!. I’ve been using this app for over 650 days and have never seen an issue like this! Everything vanished! Was trying to sell an outfit but I couldn’t do it! Nothing in inventory for clothes and furniture!! I just updated it again and it did not help. What should I do?? I don’t really want to start all the way over again. I need to go view my nest to see if anything is there. Very upsetting. Anyone else having this problem??

    Removing Everything. The developers keep removing so many things that make this app useful and fun. Then they say it was a trial run and has been rolled back—a feature existing for 2+ years isn’t a trial run at that point. I see why so many people are deleting the app. Time to look for alternatives I guess.. :(

    Quadruple Charged for Plus. I paid for plus a month ago, at one of their discount prices. They quadruple charged me at a higher price, prompting the bank to cancel my debit card while I was traveling. Self care is much harder with no way to buy food, gas, or shelter a thousand miles from home. No $296.76 tamagotchi will fix that.

    Great idea, poor execution. I’ve used this app and its paid membership for almost two years. In this time, it has become ridden with glitches that make it almost unusable. Customer service is largely unhelpful, sending canned responses that don’t address the issue and taking weeks to only sometimes resolve problems. When I started using the app it was consistent and helpful, and now it is primarily frustrating. I’ve switched to the free version and may delete it altogether if all the glitches continue.

    Momentary Fun. It was fun for a short time, but eventually it felt more like I was doing it for some uninteresting video game than I was doing it for myself. Additionally, I turned off notifications and yet it continued to send push notifications.

Have tried to review 4x with different wording but they keep getting censored for reasons beyond my comprehension since they are critical but polite and accurate. So, I’m just going to say I’m very disappointed in the recent app updates and the team managing the app.
