   Unnecessary. I do not really see the app as helpful because the information on fasting zones is repetitive and I could achieve the same results of the app with an alarm clock.

   I paid £20 for the premium features for this app -i can’t access anything.. I paid £20 for this app to access the premium features. I can’t access anything apart from the free features. The money has left my account. I am really unhappy and I don’t know how to get it back. There is no settings tab or menu bar. I don’t know what to do.

   No free trial for 72 hour fast. Wanted to use this for a 72 hour fast, but it wouldn't let until I paid up. The Zero fasting app allowed this, so I'm going with Zero and uninstalling Life Fasting Tracker.

    Good for free app. a basic fasting tracker for free that does the job but would like it to give some more details about the fasting stages or motivation pop ups during the fast period.

    Great app!. I’ve used it for a couple weeks now and it’s great, light weight, not buggy, and gets the job done. I’ll now buy the paid version.

    Good app!. This app has a really nice design and timer with multiple types of fast timers you can utilize. I wish the app had a day/night mode in the settings to make the background black. I love that it shows you details on what your body is going through while on your fasting journey, I wish it was a bit more on the level of information as the Zero paid version. I ended up paying for the app just to get rid of pop-ups, other than that I don’t see much difference in the paid version in terms of bang for your buck.

    Straightforward app. I’ve tried many fasting apps and this is the first one I’ve kept using because of its straightforward interface. It also tells you what zone you’re in which is another main thing I want in a fasting app. I do wish that it was possible to toggle between time elapsed and time left in a fast. Also, would be nice to add the ability to add body measurements.
