   App won’t open. When I want to open the app, a blank white background appears. I cannot see how long I’ve been fasting or when it should end. I ended up deleting it because it’s no helping me keep track of my fasting schedule.

   Horrible Customer Service: Cannot Get My Account Cancelled. Exercise caution with the his company. The app wasn’t helpful and I’ve gotten nothing but silence trying to cancel my account. The only option to communicate with this company is via email. I cancelled three months ago and I’m still being billed. I’ve emailed them several times and no response. All I can say is beware. I’m still trying to block my account so they can’t bill me.

    Feel I’ve been ripped off a bit. Downloaded app, answered all questions, screen went through a processing status only to say ‘now pay £26 and we will show you all!’ So I did! Lol. I’ve still only got access to the info I already new, like when to fast and my personal details. I then need to pay more to have ‘premium!’ What a joke! Why can’t you just be transparent in the first place and let us know what we will or won’t get for our money so we can decide if we want to invest! So so bad. I’ve emailed for subscription to be cancelled as it doesn’t appear in my subs either! Very underhand and not nice that I have to email to cancel this. Be aware, we as the consumer should be in control, but we are not!

    Very disappointing. Basic app that only gives you a timer - was expecting so much more like updated recipes and motivation. Pressed the selection for 3 months too quickly so have lost £26. I cannot now access the app after 3 days.

    Can’t calculate. It asks you to put in your weight, next step it asks for your TARGET WEIGHT then gives you the option of weighing 30-46 kg overall. If you are wanting to be that weight you are a child, anorexic or a very very small framed person.

    Timers good but the premium doesn’t seem worth it. Love the timers, articles etc. I’d like to be able to see my weight history and fasting time history but can only get these with the full premium subscription which seems to be priced because of the personal consultations available. Would like to see a middle ground where history is available, ideally in the free app or at a much much lower price. I don’t want to pay £62 a year just to be able to see my weight and fasting history. I can track the weight for free elsewhere and will just go without the fasting history for that price
