   Food scanner needs A LOT of work. When I scan my food, the scanner doesn’t read the label accurately so I have to correct the inputted information. This adds extra work that the scanner should take care of. Also, the measurements are limited to oz and grams. I think we should have the option to choose how to measure the food (tbsp, cups).

   Still not for the USA. I keep thinking they will fix this app so we in the US can use common units as, maybe 1 serving instead of grams and ounces. Tried to add Pizza Hut Naked wings but I need to classify it as one wing as the ounce will vary and the macros are an estimate anyway, per Carb Manager. That’s an expensive app and I’ve a lifetime subscription for this one I guess I’m just going to have to get something else. I’ve battled the inconsistency of this app for 10 years now and now to save my sanity, I will just have get an app made in the USA and geared toward our measurements and not Europe’s. I’m done.

   Wrong Information. I've had this for about two years and I've loved it, but recently, at least two times a day, the food I scan into my phone is incorrect with the label. This is over ones that claim to be verified! This is way too many mistakes!!!

   STOPPED SYNCING ACROSS DEVICES!!!. I’ve had this app for a few years and I have it loaded on my phone and iPad. I am signed in with the same username/password on both devices but as of this week, it will not sync. I have half of my food on my phone and the other half on the iPad. I’ve tried signing out, signing back in as noted in the FAQs…didn’t fix it.

    Keeps trying to charge me with no active subscription. Can’t contact to ask why they keep trying to charge me. I have no active subscription via Apple or subscriptions. I emailed support and can get no help. Do not subscribe to this app and if you do the trial make sure you cancel.

    Took away features. I bought this app and have been using it for a few years. Just today it became updated as a monthly subscription app. I have already paid for the app but now I have to pay for a monthly subscription as well in order to have the same features I have been using for years. Dishonest? I would say so. Bad business? absolutely. It’s too bad.

    Horrible platform. Not intuitive at all, very difficult to understand and follow. There’s too much going on and it doesn’t deduct when you workout. It reads my Apple Watch but the macros stay the same.

    Tedious. Help hidden well. About 24 hours into purchase and the app is so FRUSTRATING. Created meal plans and then couldn’t print shopping basket. HOURS of planning time WASTED. Going for a user friendly option that doesn’t require a phd to operate. Your website needs to be more robust. Doing on a small phone screen is so inefficient.

    Difficult to learn. I’m finding this app overly complex and difficult to maneuver, though no doubt accurate. I’m still learning how to use it, consequently adding information is tedious and intensive.

    They started charging for basics. So disappointing…the original app had lots of free features like putting in your measurements, blood sugars, copying meals, and now they are all premium features. Also if you add your recipes they can’t be searched or shared with others. So if you’re doing this with a friend it makes it difficult. It’s no longer user friendly and no longer my favorite app.

    why are the font sizes too small??. App is almost usable, the font sizes are too small!! I searched website, site said use in app help and couldn’t find a way to adjust size. I searched FAQ and tried looking for a way to contact them but contact info no where to be found or it’s buried really well. I guess this is the only way to provide feedback. I’ll change my review if the font issue is resolved.

    Great job of suckering people in!!. I down loaded app after reading how this was going to help with my keto diet. Each time I try to use, it ask me to upgrade to higher level for more money!!! Not sure what I paid to begin but obviously it was a scam!!! I tried to enter just the basic weight and height , again was sent to upgrade. Avoid this app unless you want to be upgraded over and over again!!! This is why I have avoided so many online infomercials!!! Should have stayed with my plan to avoid.

    Not an easy Ap!. I downloaded this app about a month after using another one. I wanted to compare the two, and the keto diet app looked like it offered a lot more of what I was looking for. It’s a very busy site. I did not think that adding food preferences was as simple as some of the other apps out there! I guess if you’re really into spending a lot of time on the site, you are looking for more detail. And you have the time to maneuver through this site you may love it. If you’re looking for a simple guide to track macros and get recipes this probably isn’t going to work for you. I do not think it’s worth the money for the membership!

    User unfriendly. I find this app confusing and Inthought I could easily keep track of my daily meals intakes but confusing, and I find MyFitnessPal, I have been using for years much easier and quicker than this app. I will remive it.
