   Button on app don’t work. I can’t look at a plan without getting stuck. The back button is just for show it seems. I have to restart the app which restarts the whole process again. A complete waste of time and money.

   Charged for this app and didn’t have it downloaded. This is just another gimmick- use a licensed nutritionist. I was charged for this app and didn’t have an account. Grossly overstated value.

   There are better apps. I subscribe to this about a year ago because I thought it would be helpful in my ongoing weight loss journey and maintenance. I was constantly frustrated by the app. Every time I tried to set my fasting. Period. I could not get it to work. Finally, after about four days I gave up. There are so many better apps or you could just set an alarm on your phone. I should also add that they charged me a $66 renewal fee and I immediately asked them to reverse the charge because I don’t like or use the app and they offered 25% back. RIPOFF.

   Hard to Cancel. They keep charging you unless you find the original email when you subscribed - that’s where to find the link to cancel. It took me months to figure this out. Cancelling your subscription through your Apple account does not work - even if you subscribed through your Apple account.

   They auto renew and screw you!. Just so EVERYONE is aware. This company auto renews a membership and if you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance of their renewal, they don’t care and will take an entire years subscription. I can’t speak to the app as I haven’t used it in years, however, as far as doing business with them, buyer beware as they are rip off artists. Also anyone want to go in on a class action let me know. I’ll be first in the list.

   All glitches when you try to cancel and they won’t refund your payments. Forget about a refund despite requesting one due to their app and online portal literally shutting down when you go to “manage subscription .” Thereby preventing you for canceling your account. I sent at least two messages to Customer support and finally now have been able to cancel subscription. However $62.00 every 3 months for over a year with an inability to cancel this crazy thing shows this app is NOT one you want to download . There has to be something better out there . Customers beware . Not worth it.

    Hard to cancel. I enjoyed the app but trying to cancel is next to impossible. Once they have you, they continue to charge your card and you have to waste your time trying to deal with it.

    Smart Scale. We received the $124 Smart Scale as a gift! Super excited to use the app a get data points about my body type, body fat, BMI, BMR, muscle mass, bone mass, water, metabolic age and visceral fat sent to the app! The app is free and unusable until you sign up for the “plan” which the cheapest is just under $3 a week. Nope. I do not need the “plan” I will be using the high tech Smart Scale to weight myself. Whoopy Do 🙄

    A Racket. I somehow have a subscription?? When you try to go to their website to “MANAGE” your subscription it will not load so you can CANCEL. Don’t get the app, don’t click on any links or surveys because you will get subscribed and they will charge you monthly. Just discovered what has been going on. You are getting no more money from me.

    Falsely charged. I canceled my subscription and was still charged- months later. I never even used the app. I do not recommend signing up for this app- from the previous reviews it looks like falsely charging is a problem and something they need to fix.

    Deceptive company not accredited by BBB. I signed up for a 3 month membership in February of 2024 but it has since been canceled. It even shows canceled on my Dofasting account. February 2025 I get a charge for $98.94. Customer service is nonexistent, and they refuse to provide a refund. This is criminal, and should be investigated. STAY AWAY

    Charged after cancellation. I cancelled my account in Nov 2024 and in February 2025 I was charged again. I have contacted them, but will most likely need to dispute the charges with my credit card. Proceed with caution and look for predatory charges. App is ok, not worth then money for a fancy timer.

    Terrible customer service. I forget I had a subscription for this app. Never received a notice about automatic annual renewal. When I noticed in my credit card statement that I was charged I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. They refused to refund even though the new subscription period had not yet started. Very disappointing.

    They keep charging me after cancelling. I cancelled this subscription months ago and have been charged twice since then. Trying to get to my subscription page is ridiculous because it won't show me anything. I'm trying to get a refund on these subscription charges that never should have been. Unless you want them to keep charging you and not letting you see what in the world is going on, don't bother with this one. Unless someone actually contacts me and takes care of this issue, I will put them on blast everywhere I can.

    Doubled the charge without my permission. Deceptive practices! I was charged the $33 every 3 months for about a year and then suddenly the rate doubled to $60 without my agreement. I emailed the company and they said, basically, we can do that if we want. Read the fine print!! So when you agree to be charged you are agreeing to be charged literally anything they want at any time! Beware!! They said: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, specifically section 5.8.3, the Company may change subscription plans and pricing from time to time. Renewals are charged at the current rates applicable at the time of renewal, which may be higher or lower than the original service period rates.
