   North Star. I wish it would receive an update . When I first downloaded this app it was awesome but since they change the app icon many things got lost on the way, and to be honest now I can’t even use it because the letter appears tiny I used to love it and it was perfect until they decide to completely redesign it and seriously not the app icon and the menu is better. I wish the developer could bring the original icon and version of the app , since it was updated 2 years ago I stopped using it No one answers here, on iPad and iPhone the main screen the text is too small there any fonts size and it doesn’t sync with iCloud with your Apple devices. It doesn’t have Apple Watch app either. I think the developers have already abandoned this app

   Money, money, money. The app has extremely limited use without the use of money. It’s also not just a small amount of money either. If you want to pay in full, it’s $50. If the price was more accessible I think this app could be bigger.

   Amazing - but needs sync reenabled. It looks like this app has fizzled out and there hasn’t been any new development in awhile to fix the problems - primarily syncing across devices, which doesn’t exist anymore. Additionally there are frustrating bugs with icons not displaying and transition animations shifting elements. Please update this to be functional again - I’d gladly pay annual subscriptions for this app if I could sync and the small glitches were fixed.

   Spelling error. I refuse to pay that much money for an app subscription that doesn’t even keep track of obvious spelling mistakes such as word “activities” being spelled as “activies” when you go to create a new measure tool.

   ...?. Why does every app for goal only let you have one goal unless you pay? If the creators really cared about your heath they wouldn’t make you pay for it but that’s the world we live in... so... I did like how you could make it look pretty tho...

   iCloud doesn’t sync. I’m liking the aesthetic and design and functionality of the app. It offers good tools and would be a great goal tracker. But just one thing….doesnt sync with iCloud. So all the goals and the setup I did on my laptop didn’t sync with my iPhone.

   Great looking app, but I’ll pass on the subscription. The app is great looking and seems to have a lot of features, but these yearly subscriptions for apps that do nothing but track things for you is getting out of hand. If there was a one time fee, I’d be much more likely to purchase the app, but almost $40 a year for this just isn’t worth it imo.

   Alert sounds not available?. I have torn apart every task/goal management app since 2005… sound notifications are CRITICAL with iPhone!!! Please make it an optional feature you can turn on, Will make this a 5-star app overnight.

I’ve tried reaching out a couple of times (in-app and via regular email)… not sure if my messages are possibly going to a spam folder, but I’m hoping to connect with you in here. :) I really like North Star. I like the concept, design, and your philosophy/principles behind it. If you’re interested, I have a few ideas that could make it even better. But here is the only thing keeping me from a full 5-star rating right now: I cannot locate the option to purchase the $49.99 lifetime membership mentioned in the App Store description and in your reply to another reviewer. Could you please assist? Thanks and I look forward to hearing back! If I can figure this out I would be more than happy to switch this rating to 5 ⭐️. :) I know you and your co-founder are just two people working hard on this side passion project—so thank you so much!

    Wish there’s an Apple Watch app. I was given an Apple Watch for Christmas. There is no Watch version of this app. This app. has more functionality than a typical app. but I may have to cancel my annual membership to use the app. that has a Watch app. I’m using Today by Neybox since there’s a Watch version of the app.

    AMAZING app BUT needs a widget!. I love this app so much! The only thing I would change about it is the option to have widgets, even if it’s under the paid subscription. I would gladly pay extra for the opportunity to see my habits daily on my screen as a reminder.

    Best Goal App I’ve Found. I’ve been frustrated with the lack of available apps on the market for goal setting and tracking. The best one had all the features, but the UI looked awful and the price tag was too high to justify. North Star doesn’t have these problems. The UI is absolutely gorgeous. It makes me want to open the app which helps me track my habits and tasks more frequently. The app is simple and easy to navigate and use. Adding tools to goals is super quick, so I’m spending less time setting up apps and more time on my goals. Every thing I need to see about a goal is all conveniently placed for me to see. Price is extremely reasonable. Sadly, I’ve paid much more for goal setting software in the past only to regret it. This app’s subscription is more affordable than most, and is well worth the cost. The tools are also more than sufficient for what I need to track with goals. Measures are great for tracking personal goals like miles walked in a month or water drank in a day. The habit tool is a fun way to keep track of my repeating tasks like chores and self care routines. Tasks are great for tackling household or work projects. And the milestone feature is PERFECT for my coding projects. The customization possibilities have been more than enough to meet my needs. I’ve given a four star review because North Star is missing some features that would make it perfect in my eyes: 1. A widget. This is the only app I use that doesn’t have a widget to interact with on my Home Screen. It slightly interrupts my workflow, but not enough for me to ditch the app entirely. I’d automatically change my rating to 5 stars the minute a widget is published for the app. 2. Optional Goal completion criteria. Right now you can manually mark a goal as complete. I’d like an option where I can predefine the completion parameters, I.e., “when all tasks and milestones are marked complete” or “when all measures have been reached”, etc. That way it might be possible to see some sort of progress towards our goals as we work. 3. Ability to add sub goals or mini goals. For example, if I had a goal to release six new products in a year, it could be justifiable to have a separate sub goal for each product, each with its own milestones. I try to organize my life as a series of nested and interrelated goals, and it would be nice to reflect that in the app. Overall, wonderful job. I can’t wait to see the improvements coming out in the future

    Great concept. Love the concept of this app!! I do wish it had a few additional features but I’m only using the free version so that might be why. Wish I could use the money measure feature to track or rather count down much left I need to save to hit my trip budget.

    Absolutely love. This app is exactly what I was looking for. My only qualm is that there is no option to backdate tracking. So if I log my habits after midnight before I go to bed, for example, then it looks like I’ve missed a day. If not for this I would rate 5 stars!

    Great app! One request…. I love this app! There are so many options for organizing information, tasks, and goals! However, I really wish there was an option to organize planner tasks by date in addition to by category. Currently, tasks just populate in the order that they were created, but I’d prefer if I could order them by date so I could more easily see which things are coming up over the next few days.

    Great goal tracker. I love the interface and how simple it is to track goals in multiple ways. It’s wonderful as a visual goal tracker. As a runner, I love seeing my mile goals stack up. I can mark off each day when I complete my daily run and it also tracks streaks on a calendar. There is a graphing section so I can input in my exact miles each day and it will calculate the total and how the miles stack up. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star review is I would like to see an easier way to export data. Even for the graphs to be easier to screenshot without cutting off info or including other data that I need to crop out. That’s the whole reason I downloaded the app. I wanted a graphic tracker to show off on Facebook. I still love the app, but sharing my goal achievements is a little harder.

    Almost Perfect. No other app I’ve tried is quite like this one, where it’s got it all: habits, planner, milestones, and beauty.✨ And I’ve tried A LOT of apps. Only thing missing is widgets - I really hope this app resurrects and the founders realize the gem they have here!!

    MUST-HAVE APP. This app helped me so much throughout my entire pregnancy and now with my baby. Even on the days that were so hard, North Star kept me sane and focused. This app truly helps give my life structure and balance even when things are hectic at home! I’m feeling motivated and excited to reach new goals and set some for my son too. Mom and baby are happy and healthy! I can’t recommend this app enough to anyone thinking about bringing a child into their life!

This app is encouraging and allows me to expand my vision of what I would like to accomplish step by step. It’s easy to use and although there is a subscription I believe it is a great investment if you are interested in a goal outline that offers flexibility and accountability. So give it a try you will not be disappointed 🤗
