   Took away prebuilt falafel pita. I get cava because they make ordering vegan food easy. By taking away the falafel pita, they make it harder. It probably costs nothing to keep it as the last option on the app’s digital menu. Why take it away other than to discourage people from ordering a kinder and more sustainable option?

   1 star to offset the others. Points expire so fast there’s no point to scanning. Also repeatedly logs you out of the app making it frustrating to use at checkout.

   Most poorly designed app. Takes soooo long to order multiple items. Soo many useless clicks. Why can’t I simply repeat a previous order. ??? And I can’t submit the review cause I have to chose a nickname?? Someone should be fired over this horrible app

   Embarrassingly bad UI. By far the worst mobile ordering app I’ve ever used. Please explain to me why I need to navigate through a minimum of 5 screens to an entirely different section of the app to order the same bowl I literally order all the time? The system for missing ingredients is also comically bad. I spend 5 minutes building a salad bowl only for the app to tell me it’s out of “salad bowl” and that I need to remove the missing ingredients, only for my greens and grains bowl that has the same ingredients PLUS rice to go through? Make it make sense.

    A confusing Mess. Companies like Chick-fil-A and chipotle have mobile apps that are phenomenal. This one’s a confusing mess. Try to add sides or a soft drink. It’s impossible.

    They leaked my data and card info. Title says it all. Got my credit card compromised and 2 of almost the exact same 75 dollar order were fulfilled and delivered to a house and person across the country who I didn’t know. All went through the app. You think the people at the restaurant would be wise enough to realize someone probably wouldn’t put in 2 orders for 8 brownies and 8 drinks and 2 of almost the exact same bowl. Back to BACK. 1 star for the hassle and pain it caused me. Good food tho!

    App is Terrible. This app needs a lot of help. Quite often it doesn’t work at all. But then the user interface is not good. You start off with the splash screen that offers you the ability to add a previous order item which once you figure out that the clock icon means a previous order you’re good, but it’s not obvious that the clock means a previous order. However, if you get to the splash screen and instead hit the start new order button, the clock with your previous orders disappears, and you no longer have the ability to select previous orders. Let’s say you’re ordering for two people and one person wants a previous order and the other person doesn’t if you choose a previous order and it’s added to your bag you can’t now just start another menu item. You have to go to the bag first and then add another order to the bag. Why? Makes no sense.

    Clunky and unintuitive. This app is terrible. As stated in the title, it’s clunky, unintuitive, and overly complicated. Compare it to another app like Taco Bell‘s, theirs is so much easier to use.

    Cava Skimps on Portions. The app is super glitchy and doesn’t allow you to go back easily. I selected 1 grain and then wanted to switch and it didn’t let me. I also couldn’t figure out how to make the dressing be on the side
