   disappointing. this app used to be so awesome, reliable, and quick. now you can place an order & pray that someone actually delivers it to you- and or delivers it to the right address. would not recommend this app to anyone in arizona after numerous orders have failed to meet expectations & time & money were lost in the process. extremely disappointed in my area’s (scottsdale) go puff service.

   Downhill company. Gopuff was great a few years ago. Turned to complete trash the same time they removed the spin prizes. I used to pay the monthly membership for almost 2 years and used them often. I’ve had to cancel my last 2 orders due to non delivery and I’ve had to request refunds from other recent orders due to mistakes. Won’t be using anymore.

   Egg disaster. I upgraded my account to Fam for the discount especially for the eggs. Buyer beware, I am not sure who checks quality control or the bags before they are sent out but twice I have received broken eggs and even 1 was missing from the order. They do not have customer service only a chat box. Even when I spoke to a supervisor they could not give me a credit or refund. In both instances the eggs were packed on the bottom of the bag or on turned on the side. I should not be charged for packing and handling error. Will not order again!

   Bugged/Misleading App. When I place an order, then try to cancel, the app says something along the lines of “the delivery is already on the way.” However, the status bar on the top shows no change. Additionally, I get notifications about “packing your order” 20 minutes later. This rating is a 1 star as the app appears to be intentionally misleading users (IE: “Hey, your order’s already on the way. If you cancel, we can’t give you your money back”) before sending notifications that disprove this.

    10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you order thru Grubhub better cross your fingers and hope to hell your order comes. If it don’t your screwed better cancel that order. Can’t get a hold of anyone thru a phone call gotta message them and when you do they will tell you to contact Grubhub. Grubhub will tell you to contact them cause they deliver the orders. So my delivery driver is off somewhere with my order and they don’t care cause you order thru Grubhub. HA good one. New way to mess people over.

    Smh. At first they were ok and then the more I ordered the more some items were just unacceptable. And then they make it hard to recieve back a refund. Just be aware they do have some good things but it’s like taking a gamble and even if it is their fault no refund for you. Just shop some where else

    Scam. The drivers know what’s in the orders, they can open the bags and refuse to refund the $ for missing items. The drivers see the customer info long after the delivery is complete. Suddenly this service awful & is scamming people. The drivers have access to your address long after the delivery has been completed

    Bad customer service. I’ve been using Gopuff for at least 3 years and have placed countless orders during that time, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered roughly $40 worth of snacks and lunch meat, but the only item that was delivered was a 12-pack of Sprite. None of the other items I paid for ever arrived. When I reported the issue through the app and explained that I only received the Sprite, I expected a full refund for the missing items. Instead, I was only refunded $18, despite the majority of my order never being delivered. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of customer support and accountability. As a loyal customer who has been using this service for years, I expected the situation to be handled fairly. Instead, I was left paying for products I never received. This experience was enough for me to delete the app, and I will not be using Gopuff again. After being a customer for over 3 years, it’s disappointing to see a company treat a long-time user this way. I can’t recommend this service if this is how missing orders are handled.

    DRIVER STOLE MY MONEY AND USED MY ID!!. I purchased my order at 1:01 pm and waited patiently, I realized and hour went by and I was wonderful where my order is at, I checked it and said it was in route so of course I have it more time even jokingly texted the driver to see if everything was okay. Couple more minutes pass by and I decided to called my driver and customer support to see if I can get an update and still nothing, 2 more hours went by I’m tryna contact someone I even called the cops, customer service said I got my delivery but never did and that I used my id - again I never got my order so how would I use my ID!!!! Her name is Cristina in San Antonio Tx !!

    Bad driver. So as I was waiting for my order. I noticed the car was stalled for a few minutes at the drive way down the street. So after a few minutes I went out and was using my arms to tell the person where I was. He pulls up super fast and starts yelling at me . Very unprofessional. He said he was in the phone with his kid which I had no understanding of. He keeps yelling at me. I finally pull out my phone and record this madd man named Adam. Very bad experience

    This is A SCAM IM NOT THE ONLY ONE READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY STEAL THOSE PEOPLES MONEY. First I’mma start off by saying that my account was already canceled. I canceled my account. I deleted it and I stopped the subscription on both my fam and Gopuff account that was last month in April today is June and I was charged four dollars. Yes, it’s not a lot but it’s a reoccurring subscription. I went to Gopuff to tell them to stop charging me and that I have already canceled my account. They tell me that yes your account is canceled. They can’t find the charge or my account or anything like that so they can’t help me and kept telling me that I need to dispute the charges with my bank if I do that, we all know that I will have to get a new card. I will have to change all my bills from that card. It’s just a lot of hassle. Gopuff took money from my bank account from my account that was already canceled the Gopuff account and family account is canceled. The support team told me that themselves I have screenshots of it but yet why was I still charged today for four dollars and no one is going to give me my money back no one is trying to help me do not get this app. It is a scam. You’re going to be scammed out of your money and before all of this when I first got the account I also paid five dollars and I never got my products that I paid for so now I’m out of five dollars that was stolen from me and now I’m getting charged four dollars every single month and it cannot be stopped because the account is clearly already canceled

    AI Slop-ified. I’ve been using Gopuff for a long time, but am unhappy to report that they’ve collaborated with fascist Elon Musk’s XAI to shove LLM slop into their app. Now you get a random “assistant” hogging the navigation bar and shoving stuff you’ve bought before back into your cart automatically. You can turn that off, but shoving AI into every single thing possible is getting so annoying and I can’t express my disdain for it enough.

    Changed for the worse. They force you to meet with the driver to give a code instead of allowing you to choose contactless. I got rid of the subscription after that. I reached out to have them give me my money back after I asked them to close my account and they still charged me. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get my money and all they did was give me a credit I never used because I refuse to order from them anymore due to the terrible customer service

    I don’t recommend. They are trying to charge my card for the FAM subscription even after I’ve cancelled. I know it’s not a lag, in the app it says, “17 more days of FAM benefits” so every they’re acknowledging that I’ve cancelled, yet there is a pending charge in my account. Shady tactics and there is no help to be found. Their “support” is a USELESS chat-bot that leads you in circles asking about which order you’re referencing. My concern is that you’re charging me when you shouldn’t be!

    Gone downhill a lot. If it was just one of these issues I wouldn’t even be here writing this, but the combination has brought me to disavow this app. Partnering with spaceXai is the primary reason I am deleting this app. Using AI is bad enough on its own but partnership with anything having to do with Elon Musk is truly abhorrent in 2026. The second reason is my last delivery of only drinks on a warm day all came warm. They used to call come cold. Why even bother to order warm drinks? The only cold options were juices. No cold soda, no cold tea. It was a mid run, Gopuff. Smell ya later.

    NO AI. I have been a loyal customer and advocate for GoPuff for YEARS. At this point I have likely spent thousands of dollars on this app. Every friend and family member knows how often I order GoPuff. And now I am about to cancel my Fam membership and delete because of this AI bot that had been implemented. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS AI. You're wasting water and contributing to climate destruction, for what? So we can check out sixty seconds faster? See everything that was ALREADY in the browse menu in a fashion show instead of just scrolling? I'm genuinely sick about this. We're rapidly declining into an Idiocracy/Wall-E planet, and AI is partly to blame. I cannot exaggerate how confused and angry and disappointed I am. I used to love browsing the app and letting friends order fun things, but now whenever I accidentally hit the button for the ROBOT I am filled with rage and despair. How much money was spent adding this totally unnecessary bot? How many human jobs will be affected? And no option to even turn it off? Include an option to disable the AI bot and make to menu screen the way it was, or many people will be done with GoPuff forever. We are sick of having AI forced on us. Humans NEED to THINK. We NEED to be able to make decisions. People are already stupider now for it, and yes—it IS that deep.
