   Warning - food may be cold. Unless you pay extra for “priority”, a dasher can make multiple stops for multiple orders. If your order was picked up first, the delay for getting your food is indeterminable. The other night it took an extra 45 minutes to get our pizza after it was picked up from the restaurant so it was cold and not very good. And there’s nothing you could do about it, but watch the Dasher waiting for somebody else’s food to be prepared. I will only use DoorDash for pick ups now when the restaurant only has that option.

   Theft. Often steals by not resolving the issue of food not received. My dasher forgot a bag of groceries and they refuse to refund me the money. I will be following up legally. This has happened too often and I have been a dashpass member for a while.

   I’m over it. Almost every time I order something without dairy. It comes with it. Sometimes I get a refund most of the time not. It’s all up to the app. But guess what?! I can’t eat the food that comes with dairy regardless of the refund. When all I wanted was food!!!! I can pay for it. Tip for it, call the dang store. But I can’t eat it when it comes with everything I requested to not have on it. Regardless of ALLERGIES!!!!!! Btw, depending on the store, most do not have a button for allergies or other problems. Many times I have payed for an add on. Whether that be sauces, protein, or literally anything anything. The app doesn’t give me my money back. I’m so done with it. Would not recommend. 0/10 I’m so fed up. And no, it doesn’t matter how many times you report it or request it to be reviewed. COSTUMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! I typically don’t like to write reviews but I’m genuinely so over it. I think everyone should steer clear of this app.

    Terrible Customer Service. The delivery time changed to over 40 minutes later than when I placed the order. They only offered me a less than 20% refund. I won’t be able to get my order now and am losing out on all of my money. If they can’t guarantee the delivery time they promise me, they should at least offer me a refund.

    Rats. DoorDash’s convenience doesn’t make up for the MULTIPLE mod experiences and expensive bills. I looked up the delivery price for an admiral feast in red lobster on door dash, and the plate was advertised for 10’dollars more then if you were to do it straight from red lobsters website. Drivers can accept orders, drive around like idiots, then cancel them with no recourse and a cold meal being received. I highly encourage you to get out of the house and just go get your stuff. The service is always poor, and the cost is entirely too much

    Scam. Half the time they wont refund you for messed up orders, the stores get more things wrong than anything and then doordash wont fix anything nor will the store so id just go to the place ur ordering from and cut this scammy app out.

    Not worth it. They tell you your food will be on time then let their dashers make 2 stops on the opposite side of town from you not worth it just do Uber Eats save your self money and your food not being cold I’ve used DoorDash for years they have rlly gone downhill

    Sad, but I have to go now. After being a member of DoorDash for many many years. They have decided not to refund me but $11.99 for burnt wings I receive. I live by many many policies and one of the many ones are I expect to get what I pay for simply because I work hard for my money. Therefore, after many many years, I have canceled my membership and deleted the app. I hope this not happen to you. LuisR.

    Incompetence. I consistently deal with terrible service on this app. "Dashers" will take twice as long or more than the original eta, by which time food is cold and soggy and will usually be missing items. Multiple times my order has been "lost" which just means someone took it and left me to try to get my money back from customer support to re order my food and do it all again. Most dashers don't speak English and can not communicate with me or refuse to answer calls or reply to messages. Too many people deliver on bikes and run multiple orders to other people before getting yours to you. I've so had a few clearly intoxicated or high individuals who seem strung out on some sort of drugs. None of them are held to any accountability or receive any consequence for any of this. You can't take your tip back if you get screwed and are forced to tip before any service is provided. All in all, terrible business.

    Double Dashes. I’ve been a dash pass member for 4 years now. All of a sudden over the past month, when we dash, they assign double dash and the time for delivery extends over 30 minutes. Food arrives needing reheating. I’ve complained and they ignore it. I switched from Uber Eats but will have to go back. They have my dasher pick up my food from around the corner form me and end them way out elsewhere to deliver another order before bringing me my food. This used to be efficient but now to sucks. When it was res bad they only have me a partial refund. I hate this new model. To go from an extra 30 minutes to an hour with my food riding around in someone’s car is awful considering I mostly order fresh fish. I’ve complained and asked kindly but they don’t care. I hate it now.

    Repartidor roban los productos. Repartidor dice que esta abajo para entregar los productos bajo y no hay nadie cuando subo dice que entrego y pero en el sistema dice que lo cancelo DoorDash ni emite reembolso ni tampoco me reenvía los productos el repartidor se roba los productos y todo se queda a si en el perfil sale comp thao tiene un muñeco con gorra roja me engaño diciendo que bajara después q le tuviera el id listo y nunca me entrego nada

    Never Received Food. Horrible customer AI service only. Ordered food, delayed over 30 minutes then get a message that restaurant doesn’t use DoorDash. I contact customer support, (mind you, this is after a previous order a few months ago that I was charged for and it was never delivered) and was told there was still an active order, but would be another 40 minutes. Prior to that 49 minutes, the order was cancelled again and told their restaurant doesn’t do DoorDash! Wasted over and hour and 1/2, with no food, horrible customer service and basically told too bad so sad. Still Haven’t received my refund!! DOORDASH SUCJS!!!
