   michelle mansfield. a girl named michelle mansfield handed me the wrong order 3 times. i asked her nicely over and over again and yet she still had the audacity to give me the wrong order. i want her terminated. this happened at the downtown blairsville sheets in blairsville pennsylvania. thank you.

   Refund With a Giftcard?. Throughout my experience with this app, the refund process and just getting the refund itself is painful. I placed an order June 13th, I am still resolving this issue today June 22nd! The sheetz customer service team decided to give me a gift card for the amount I spent on my actual account. Where do they determine I wanted a gift card after asking for a refund?

   Didn’t let charge through. Wouldn’t let me use my saved card information to pay, and then it doesn’t let me remove or update card information…just keeps asking me to verify the payment selected but it won’t even show me what the information is…just only allows to “add” and when I decide to add one more to the two existing ones to use it says again “payment declined please check info.”…they are all open to purchase credit cards.

    Online customization. Sheetz is not as good as it used to be. App allows NO customization. You have to order it the way they prepare it. Can’t even do something as simple as taking sour cream off my nachos. What about the people with allergies or picky people? I’ve stopped spending my money at sheetz and now go to WAWAS. Do better.

    This is the worst app. Your app is incredibly buggy, nothing lets you log in or reset your password. When you do get in you can’t place a mobile order. Might as well go to Wawa.

    Terrible app. The Sheetz brand has tanked in the past year IMO in general, I went nearly daily for years and now I maybe stop by a few times a year but lately it’s just been terrible. Currently your app won’t even function so I’m really just not sure what point there is supporting this brand anymore.

    Mobile Order Refund. When you order on the app and show up to the store if they don’t have all of your order you have to reach out to the app to get a refund. They give you no proof that your order wasn’t completed. Putting the burden on the customer to get their refund. They do this hoping the customer won’t want to be bothered with it and then they can just keep your money aka a corporation stealing from its customers.
