   Terrible new changes. A recent update no longer allows me to use a screenshot of my QR code. This is unfortunate because I don't have very good service to bring up the code in the app at my closest CFA. The app also refuses to let me log in sometimes (once for nearly two years) and there is a limit to how many times you can scan your receipt to get points.

   App no longer works. This app used to be great - after this last update, all previous orders are gone, all stores are gone, and even when entering the address, mo stores show up in the list - using iphone 16 pro running latest ios.

   Rewards don’t make sense. I think that the customer service is immaculate and everyone is always so nice and polite but I don’t like that the price of the side salad and kale are the same price at $5.09 but to redeem the rewards is 400 points for the kale and 800 points for the side salad. I think that they should be the same amount of points because they are the same amount of money on the menu. I think that you guys are a fair company, but this just didn’t make sense to me.

   Drive thru. Mobile drive thru is so bad! The regular drive thru is always so long when the mobile has zero cars.

    Worst food app!. Don’t not use this food app.! They will take the money off the card but no order will be placed.. well you call customer service they simply don’t care and hang up.

    Double charge. Be careful paying with Apple Pay they double or triple charge the same order by not letting it go thru on their end and it still charges your account so even tho the app asks you to try again it’s actually charging you multiple times just go and pay inside

    Terrible. The purpose of this app is to order food ahead of time. The app location services are so poorly configured that when you arrive, you will still need to wait for your order. What’s the point of that?

    Toxic Food. I used to think chick-fil-a was a healthier fast food option compared to places like McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s ect. They I later found out it’s 100% it’s not it’s actually almost as bad as McDonald’s and the quality has gone downhill over the years especially after 2020. Please do your research before you feed this to your kids.

    Push Notification Abuse. The app doesn’t respect marketing and promotion preferences. They send marketing push notifications even though the toggle is set to OFF.

    Updated the App??. What happened??? They updated the app now you can't search for a restaurant without giving the app your location?? That didn't use to be an issue. If this issue doesn't resolve I'm going to go to CFA much much less because I always use the app. So disappointed. Edit to respond to CFA's comment, I don't WANT to turn on my location. You're a chicken app. You shouldn't force me to turn on my location to "always" to use your app. That wasn't the case before and this feels so invasive. You. Don't. Need. My. Location. I won't download the app again unless this is fixed. Reverse your change.

    Useless for ordering online. DO NOT EXPECT TO SAVE TIME WITH THIS APP. If you order online and pay they will not start to make you order till you on site. What a waste of time.

    Either app or restaurant is trash. Placed an order in the app at 10:15am. The app told me to confirm when I’m there so they can start to make the food. I did that at 10:28am. When I got to the window at 10:32am I was told they will not be making my food because I need to be at the window by 10:30am. This is clearly bs as the app clearly states to confirm when there so they can start making the food. What would happen if there is a 20 min drive thru line? Would everyone who put an order in online from 10:10-10:30 be denied their food. To top it off you have to wait in a 10-15 min drive thru to get out now without your food because they decided not to make it when they were supposed to. This is ridiculous and I won’t be eating here again as well as telling all my family and friends what transpired.

    Spam notificants and can’t opt out. All my push notifications have always been turned off, but I’ve been getting relentless marketing push notifications recently. I’m sure chick fil-a will respond with a copy & paste response of how to “update my preferences” instead of acknowledging how unethical it is to ignore an opt-out or fixing their app. This is so scammy and gross. Do better.

    Has advertisement notifications that you cannot turn off. I have announcements and promotions notifications turned off in the app settings, but it still sends them even after a reinstall. It recently sent a promo for gift cards for Father’s Day despite that being off. So either the setting is broken and has been for a long time with no fix, or they just don’t care and want to spam you with notifications that you have told them you don’t want
