   Absolutely frustrating experience. First day of our holiday. First order half missing. Half covered with spilled ice-cream. Immediately reported they show it resolved without doing anything. Reported again which remains under review. Third grocery order: ordered 20 items, delivered 5 and 1 wrong item. Delivery guy says he didn’t have time after more than an hour of ordering. But the app shows fully delivered. They even sent me a tax invoice of 20 items delivered by email. I lodged a complaint and it shows resolved after a few hours. I lodged another complaint, resolved again. But they didn’t do anything. Neither refund nor delivering the undelivered products. The customer care hardly cares. I don’t know what to say. Now 11 pm and we are without essentials, with kids travelling.

    Worst customer service. You can never reach them either from the app for the phone line. Totally wrong order came. I spent more than 2k TRY for an order what I received was just a desert. It has been 2 hours app still says “sorry for the delay we are a bit busy right now please hold for a few minutes”. Phone line doesn’t even work. Not only my dinner is ruined, but also I can’t get my money back

    International phone numbers not supported. I tried to use the app, but it requires a phone number. The app gave me the option of entering my US phone number, but then it said “not supported”. If a country is not supported, the user interface should probably not allow you to select it. Maybe remove the option to select country codes that are not supported by the app.

    Rules and policy alongside customer service. Their customer support service is just like a coin flip it’s always a 50-50 but recently it feels like more of a 10-90 with each update they make it even harder to be in contact with the customer support service and when you’re able to do so they just be like oh we see the issue your review is valuable to Los Angeles satisfaction and they just go along with all we will tell the restaurant not to do this again or to make sure that the quality will be perfect for the next time they say next time but what about now? And their policy is so so so weird like you’re telling me to keep a product in my room for 24 hours till you contact me the day after it and expect that the meal is already still. I remember my worst issue with them was that I had to keep a product for three days in my room because I live in a hotel. And one customer support services you can throw it away we will give you the refund and one customer support says don’t throw it away. We need it so we can come and can have your refund. It doesn’t make any sense. You expect me to keep food in my house or in my room for more than 24 hours for you to come and take that product that you’re already gonna throw away just to tell me, we are trying to inspect it to make sure that it goes according with your complain, but what about the smell? What about the insects? What about my discomfort and now recently they made it so hard to reach a customer support service that when you do it feels like an AI generated response and they literally don’t care about what you’re asking for specifically if you are foreign trust me if you’re a foreign good luck getting something out of them I’m not gonna recommend other apps cause other apps as worse as this app but they are less worse when it comes to doing a coin flip right it’s almost like other applications are 70-30 but for this app it’s just 10-90 literally unprofessional and Theif’s plus scammers

    TERRIBLE USELESS APP. This app doesn’t work for foreigners or tourists without a Turkish phone number. It’s so frustrating I had to use my German friend’s phone number to use it. AND ON TOP OF THAT you cannot track the delivery progress???? This app needs to be less picky about who gets to order food. It’s ridiculous!!!

    Ya geç ya soğuk ya bayat. 2 kere mcdonalds'tan 10-11 sularında sipariş verdim ikisinde de kapattık demek yerine bayat yolladılar. Bir keresinde de akşam üzeri 5-6 gibi sipariş verdim ama yine geç geldi . Bir kere The Churrol'dan churros sipariş ettim 2 saat sonra yapmaya başlandı 1 kere de burger king bir şey söyledim 1 saate buz gibi geldi nedenmiş uzak bölge olduğundan aynı güzergahtan bir sipariş daha alıyormuş.     Scammers. I ordered groceries for 30$, the driver tapped my card and said it’s not working, let me tap it again. I said ok but are you sure it won’t charge me twice because I heard the beep sound, he said no no we are a serious company. I checked my bank it was a double charge of 30$. I contacted customer support, they didn’t help me at all with my case, they’re very awful and very dismissive.Didn’t even take my double charge into consideration. Scammers app.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Things were going okay in the app until I went to order. I put in my credit card and then my phone number. Turns out, American phone numbers aren't allowed. I guess I'll starve! Istanbul is a TERRIBLE city. I wish they had Uber Eats. The people who make this app are INCOMPETENT IMBECILES and should go out of business so that Uber Eats can take their place.

Tekrar bugün bir şans vereyim dedim ne telefon numarası ile ne email ile ne de continue with google vs hiç biriyle hiç bir şekilde hesap açamadım sürekli hata verdi geliştirici ekibini ayrıca bu konuda tebrik ederim tekrardan siliyorum uygulamayı daha da indirmem.
