   Lacks Delivery Timing. Consistently Wonder fails to deliver food on time. Coordination with Restaurants, Partnerships with Grubhub and app is lacking. Hopefully they improve over time.

   Garbage, won’t even let me log in. Got a flyer for this, first off the QR code on the flyer was broken so I had to manually look it up on the App Store. Then after I downloaded it the thing wouldn’t let me log in even after I made an account. It refused the password I made and then the codes it sent to my phone didn’t work. So one star since I couldn’t get the stupid thing to even log in.

   A joke. Ordered from them a handful of times and every time it’s been awful . The first two times they didn’t deliver my food . Third time the driver left my food on the ground and by the time I got to it, it had ants crawling into the box . I asked Wonder why the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and they told me they can’t make the driver follow them . I’m disabled smh . So then what is the point of having them available ? Just ridiculous. Today was it for me . I paid for my food and waited and guess what the restaurant never received my order . I’ll just stick to door dash less of a headache and more reliable.

   Worse than it seems. This is a deceitful business with premade food that appears fresh. Any food that is similar across different restaurants is the same thing. It is inconsistent and super overpriced. Cutting costs with Sysco-like mass produced ingredients and recipes. The quality of the food is bare minimum made by careless cooks. Sometimes it is equivalent to slightly reheating rubbery chicken skewers. Another bad addition to the monopolized delivery apps.

   Impossible to edit order. App didn’t apply all items to order. I immediately pressed the “modify order items” button which kicked me out to an iMessages chat where I was told I could not modify the order items. Why even have that option if you can’t actually modify the order? Why waste 5 minutes of my time?

   Overpriced slop. Deliveries actually take ages, food has little to no actual taste, prices are high even tho it’s all reheated food

    Basically repackaged food. Food is just prepackaged microwaved stuff. Insane packaging for the tiny amount of food people get. Most dishes are low to mid tier with only few ok ones, non outstanding. 18$ brisket only 3 slices. Sandwiches wrap in foil and it becomes wet after delivery. Too private equity here guys...

    Coupon code doesn’t work. Way to fool people by offering a coupon code that won’t work on anything. Not to mention they don’t offer PayPal or Venmo as an option, cc number only for this garbage place. If you want overpriced food from a company soon to be out of business this is the app for you!

    Not good at all. The whole ordering thing is just so impractical I mean you can’t even go in and tell anyone your order you have to order off an app and then wait about 30 minutes until it’s ready, this just goes to show how lazy everyone is not and they can’t even take an order. Will not be coming back

    Can't find restaurant. I entered my address and it's not finding a restaurant near me. Also how am I supposed to order pickup if I don't live near a wonder? Poor design.

    Don’t “buy” into the hype. Food is extremely subpar, mall level, and exists because of the celebrity chefs. It if airport/mall at best. I made the mistake of downloading the app, and not just ordering on DoorDash

    Garbage. App is complete garbage, says 15 minutes delivery, you get to checkout and then suddenly delivery time is up to an hour. Good stuff, won’t be using this anymore. Also, orders get cancelled with no notification for absolutely no reason. This is a joke just like the other delivery apps

    Not reliable drivers and refund policy. It's just a waste of time waiting for your order to be delivered for hours, then nothing. The best way to go and pick up your food by yourself to avoid frustration. Thanks!

    Fail on first time user. I was told to download this app by a friend, so I did. I ordered some Asian food around 7:30pm. After numerous missed delivery times, I contacted customer service at 9pm. They had no clue what happened to my food and could “cancel” the order and that was it. No food. No nothing.

    Great food, horrible app. I love wonder restaurants, but the app is such a joke. If Connection Error was a menu item, I would be satiated. The app doesn’t even attempt to load anything unless you have full service. If they understood their clientele, they would probably know that a lot of their customers are either trying to look at the menus or place an order while commuting. Tonight is not the first time it has taken my entire hour-long train commute to place an order for one rice bowl. This doesn’t happen on DoorDash or other apps.

    Don’t download. They do not give refunds. My driver tampered with my food I was unaware that it happened until I ate a few pieces of sushi, I currently am in the hospital for food poisoning I let the people at wonder know that my food was tampered with by their driver and I was told that I was not getting a refund they do not give refunds I also had to deal with three of their nasty customer service representatives who don’t know how to work with people who are supporting their jobs by even ordering from here. So means to say just don’t order from here someone’s going to touch your food or eat it.
