   Doesn’t work.. Keep getting a “temporary service outage “ notice. Can’t order from the website either. This is a wonderful way for this restaurant to go out of business. We are ordering from local Italian restaurants instead.

   Terrible experience.. Going out of my way to post this, made an account with Olive Garden through the app. Every time I try and login it prevents me and requires a new password and does not resolve it self. Unfortunate experience.

    Address. I have been trying to order for delivery and the system has no response for my address. It’s only giving me preselected addresses for delivery. None of which are correct. Did it once and wasn’t paying attention to the address and instead of Ct it was sent to street.

    Card Payments. Haven’t been able to use the app for a long time. Let’s me create my order but will never take my card payment. I have to call them each time to make my takeout order. App sucks!

    App no longer works—it’s garbage!. I’ve often used the app to order, and had no problem for years, but the app has become totally useless in the last few weeks. It tells me there’s a temporary service outage and I should reload the app or order from the website. I’ve reloaded to no avail, and when I opt for the website, that doesn’t load properly either on my phone. It’s as useless as the app. If I go to the website on my computer, that doesn’t load properly. But why are the app and website useless on my phone when I had no problem for years???

    Mobil App does not work. I have the same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and it still doesn’t work. Someone needs to fix it asap or I’ll go somewhere else to get my food.

    The mobile app. For the last six months, I have been trying to use the mobile app for Olive Garden and other Darden restaurants. The apps do not work. I’ve deleted the mobile apps and reinstalled the apps several times and they still do not work. When I get to the restaurant to pick up my to go Order that I have to order on the website and not on the mobile app, I never receive a message to check in so I always have to call in when I arrive and let them know where I am parked. Please fix it!

    Pickup time. Multiple times I have a placed an order where the pickup time is shown, on multiple screens, around 25 minutes from checkout , but it defaults to a time a full hour after checkout. The restaurant only seems to see the later time, and it's incredibly frustrating. This is always a to-go soup order, where there should not be significant time to prepare.

    Food - fantastic! App - horrendous!. This app is terrible! I tried to order food, had to enter my card number in four (4) times… and it still went blank! And you can’t do anything… you have to start all over. It got so frustrating, I called, and was put on hold for approx 10 minutes to wait for someone to manually enter my order… and it was asking for a tip. Here’s a tip… hire a professional for your app!

    Updates???. Almost every time it updates it stops working on my iPad! I can understand because so few people use Apple devices. Your software writers are apparently morons!

    Online ordering is broken. They never bother to fix it. It happened twice both for credit card and PayPal. Somebody is definitely not doing their job.

    Not accurate. Wait time showed 1-10 min. Walked in immediately after checking it and hostess said 30 min wait. Just don’t count on the wait times shown. Clearly not accurate. Update as of 11/1/25. Still the exact same problem. Clearly they aren’t worried about accuracy for wait times.

    Payment Options Don’t Work. Online Payment options haven’t work for over a month now. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app. I hope it ever gets fixed.

    It's impossible to pay.. It does not matter what card you try to use, it will always say "Payment failed". You're luckier in the website, that one always works.

    Works sometimes. I’ve used the app multiple times however to pay it seems only Apple Pay works it won’t accept any debit or credit cards it’s really annoying
