   sending the matter to collections. After charging me a $30 fee and immediately sending the matter to collections, I ended up paying an extra $30 that I should never have been charged in the first place. That experience showed me exactly how your company treats its customers.

   False advertising and proof. Had a sticker on door saying 10$ off 2 packs of Marlboro after age verification and I did it and when I went up to get my two packs FIRST NORMAL PRICE 6$ more than Casey’s or maverick and the coupon was for 2.50 off STILL MORE EXPENSIVE AND NO 10$ off coupon like door said and I have a photograph of the door and sticker says 10$ off 2 packs not up too or anything like that

   Deleted. It always had an alert notification, but there was nothing when I opened the app, so it got deleted.

   Don’t Trust the Coupons in the App. Twice, I’ve been burned by the coupons in the app. The first time the guy just told me they weren’t honoring the coupon at that store after I’d ordered and was on the hook. The second time, I was confused about which cup was the “Big Q cup” mentioned in the coupon. (Several cups looked like the picture in the app’s coupon). I asked the guy stocking near the drink station if the cup I showed him was correct, and he said I had the correct one. I filled the cup and then checkout said I had the wrong cup. Instead of $.50, it was two bucks. Just not worth the hassle, honestly. So, both times I tried to use the app, QT didn’t do me right, IMHO.

   Keeps kicking me out. I love this app but for some reason it keeps kicking me out of my account. I have deleted and reinstalled this app like 3 times now and it has done the same thing each time. I just want to be able to be active in my account so i can use the app for longer than a week. I dont want to have to re-login just cause it decides i was logged out. Please fix this issue!!

   Missed Payment = Collections. Careful if you change banks or account numbers, any missed payments get sent to a skeevy collections company who will charge you $30 on top of the failed transaction.

    Qt pay. I’m leaving a one star review I wish I could leave a negative 10 star review because that’s exactly what this company deserves. First off they don’t have an opinion to apply discounts of gas for members at the counter where you can use your card at the register so every time I get gas it took 4 days for transactions to go through and so it would cause my account to go into the negative it had happened a couple times no problem the money would hit and pay for the gas. But this time they close my account and I get a call from a qt collection agency saying I owe and additional 30.00 because they said it’s in the agreement well I guess read the fine print because that’s not made very clear when you sign up. Then they tell me that they would randomly try to take the money out at different points so I had to set up a payment plan of when to pull the additional 30.00 on top of my 47.00 gas bill And if it didn’t go through they would charge me an additional 50.00 fee oh boy let me tell you I hate big corporations I will no longer be using qt pay I can go to shell and use my loyalty number at the counter and pay right then and there so it won’t take 4 days to process a transaction I was so infuriated I’m deleting my account I don’t trust them at this point with my personal information!

    Missing Fuel Prices on Store Tab. Used to be able to see the fuel prices on the fuel tab, now you have click each station to see the prices. Not convenient anymore. I’ll change review when fixed.

    Gas prices???. Why have you made it so difficult to find the gas prices for the different locations? It was so much easier to navigate your app before when the gas prices were listed on the same page as all the locations. Please fix it

    False Promises. They have in-store signage about any size drink for a dollar if you use the app. The app had a daily coupon for one drink for a dollar through July 31. As of end of May, they pulled the coupon but left up the store signage. The cashier confirmed it was pulled because too many people were using it.

    Paying at the pump doesn’t work. My last 3 attempts of paying at the pump and getting the discount have been a complete failure. The pumps never reset. Please update.

    Half baked app. Classic half baked app that doesn’t work 70% of the time. Half of the UI won’t actually operate, forget about even selecting a store. The app likely only exists to skim your data while you have it installed.

    Nope - biometric digital id push. I stop several times a week at the QT new my home. They had a promo offer in store for a tobacco product at a good price, so I downloaded the app. In order to use this 'coupon,' I had to use an age verification service. For something they may or may not card me for in the store. So why is it really asking for my biometrics ? Sketchy.

    Flawed app. The app thinks it has my phone number to send a two factor authentication but it doesn’t. Why does QT think their app needs more security than my banks app? Probably just the community college kid that made the app for QT screwed up.

    5/13/2026. App logged me out and will no longer let me Sign in with Apple. I had my bank info linked to my account and now I can’t access it.

    Cant log back in!. The app is practically useless without an account. After logging me out, it no longer recognizes my account and won’t send a new password link! So I now can no longer make a new account due to the number associated with the email, nor can I reset my password. Completely awful app development.
