   Terrible customer service. Reached out to support because I needed assistance and when they never got back I emailed them again to cancel my subscription but of course I never heard from them. I was then charged for $30. I’ve reached out again to their finance department for a refund but of course have not heard from them.

   What’s the point in getting this?. I don’t see the point in getting an app that blocks websites to stop your bad habits if you can’t even block most of them because you need to upgrade? Why do you need to pay money to stop habits? Most of the bad habits both me and others have can’t be blocked because you need an upgrade and I think that’s so dumb man. Don’t make an add saying you can stop bad habits but then make people have to spend money to actually stop them.

   Complete waste of money. I bought The $100 for the one time payment and it is so easy to just take off the block so I’ve wasted $100 on something that doesn’t even work

   Tracking your every move. Do not use this application. There are alternative ways to do this. This team is deliberate tracking every single website you visit, every step you take online, using it to build a profile of you and then selling it to the highest bidder.

    freemium slop. by default you can’t pick the websites you want or the apps you want and can only block them one day out of the week unless you pay monthly. slop garbage, basically!

    Scam! Be aware. Do not download.. There is no free trial available, which is essential if you want to see if the app actually works for you. The fact that there is not a free trial means they are hiding inefficiencies of the app. Without a subscription, you only get to block one “category” and only on certain days. I would have considered paying a subscription, but the fact I can’t see if the keyword blocks even work means this app is most likely a scam.

    Must pay to block. Can only select websites to block on certain days unless you pay. I understand paying for the ability to block many websites, but not being able to block 1 or 2 websites all the time for free is just crazy. Pretty lame.

    Can’t actually lock anything. All you have to do to unlock is push a button. There’s no real way to lock anything. Also I am trying to get a refund but their support portal is terrible. They charge 100$ for lifetime use. I need a refund now

    Free tier stinks now. Removing the option to block websites all week and reducing it to only three optional days is ridiculous. I was a long time user but now I’m searching for alternatives. Don’t bother downloading unless you plan on paying what I would consider an unreasonable amount of money for a feature that used to be and should be free.

    Just horrible. Dude, I got to block these sites every damn day of the week! I don’t have any money to pay your subscription, I can’t! I pray to God every day for something to save me from these horrible habits! I saw your ad and thought it was a message, a sign. But no, it’s just yet another scam. I can only either limit screen time, (which I can easily do on my own), and the only other thing it can do is block websites and other things for 3 MAXIMUM DAYS A WEEK! The devil in my head will easily find ways to get around this, do you think these addictions are a joke?

    There are apps that do the same thing that you don’t have to pay more than most streaming services. The amount of ability you have in the free version is tiny. It’s obviously meant for you to see if it works so you can pay for it. App obviously works but I’m not paying 15 dollars a month for something that other apps will do for free

    destroys battery life. This app had been using 30-40% of my battery daily, even with 0 screen time. Guessing some sort of bug - hopefully nothing malicious. Battery life easily 2x longer now that it’s deleted.
