   Sign In. I was enjoying this app. Recently, it signed me out and now it won’t let me sign back in. I didn’t sign up with an email. I signed up using my Apple ID, paid for the annual plan when I first signed up, and now I can’t even use it since it won’t sign me in.

   Don’t waste your money or time. I did the free trial and i doesn’t work for me and I asked them to refund me and they said no that Apple would have to. Then I asked Apple they said no so I’m stuck with a $60 app that doesn’t work for my style learning and I don’t know who’s style it would work for and there’s no help whatsoever from anyone on the issue.

   Punishing us!. So, I come here to get the best of the best! We are all poor students trying and struggling at work and at school. Here before us is a fantastic tool you have developed. Most of us, like myself, cannot come up with $200 something dollars to pay upfront for the premium price. Which is also deceiving at a monthly rate. I, like many other here, look to see if we can make monthly payments on the top tier, but you will not accommodate us poor students who are racking up student loan debt, working either part time, PRN, or not at all. So , my point is, your MONTHLY plan is the most overall. Therefore, you’re punishing us. That’s not right nor fair. What needs to happen, and you will get more customers, is to make monthly payments on each tier. But I suppose you’re too greedy to do so. Shame on you. I know you’re parents did not raise you that way. At least I sure hope they didn’t. SMDH!

   Expensive and does not work. I paid a lot of money for this app and it worked for less than 30 days. It always gives an error message. Would like a refund or another year of service if this will actually work...

    Paying 24 a month for limited access. I’m paying 24 a month!!!! Then I get only limited access. I just joined last month but I’m going to delete my account and find something else to help me. Not worth it.

    Not for NP school. This is probably great for nursing school but was not helpful for my first Advanced Patho test.

    You should have one for SLP. The only reason I’m rating this app as a 1 Star is because I’m currently taking my prerequisite course for speech language pathology and there isn’t anything on this app that relates to my field. I hope you all would create a Picmonic section for students that are studying this speech language pathology. Hope you guys take my advice! Thanks.

    Not worth the money or time. Picmonic isn’t really what I expected. Long and honestly pretty stupid little stories or vignettes to help people remember different medications. Unfortunately, most of the stories do not make any sense and some of the wording they choose absolutely doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

    Not helpful for NP Program. Not a good app...I understand the concept but honestly the pictures were too overwhelming. Too much going on with all the graphic/ cartoon details. Difficult to understand, just not my type of learning. May be good for others but was not helpful at all for me. I canceled in less than a week.

    Trash app. Poor quality, freezes crashes and doesn’t open.

    The app is simply not good. I have to say I love the service but the app is simply awful. The offline feature doesn't work (it says it's all downloaded but I get failed to load image along with the text, and that's after I put my phone on airplane mode since even if there's a little signal when I'm underground it will try to load from that and will keep trying to load forever). And that's not to mention the fact that offline quizzes (maybe the most important feature to actually retain the information) is not supported. Also I gave up on trying to use it on the iPad since it thinks you are trying to access the service on both your phone and the iPad at the same time, their solution was to quit one app completely before opening the other which resulted in me doing this dance of alternating quitting and opening until I simply deleted it from the iPad and made a web link to access it on safari. Anyway the app is basically a source of stress and frustration when Picmonic is supposed to be an aid during an already stressful period in our lives.

    Nag screens to rate the app. I’m paying for a subscription yet I keep getting nag screens to rate the app. I’m rating one star because I shouldn’t be “forced” to rate the app.

    It's okay. Picnomic is good in some ways but I dont see enough information that I need. For instance, with cardiovascular disease it inly covers a few topics and I pay so much for it. I wish they could add more picnomic topic

    No Good If I Can't Log In. Sure looks like it would be awesome, but I can't log in. I signed up with Facebook and allowed the permissions, but every time I try to log in, I'm taken to a Facebook page saying "you've already given permissions" and then taken back to the Picmonic log in page. So that's kind of useless...

    Content is good but you might get charged. I signed up for this up hoping to try it and see if it would work well with my study habits. I ended up cancelling within the 7 day fee trial period but still was charged an extra month. I tried using the in app help feature but it wasn’t useful. If you are planning on trying it, be really diligent that they don’t charge you for the extra month otherwise you might be out $40.

    Bad Business No Refunds. FYI: Picmonic WILL NOT give refunds! so you better stay on top of Your auto renewal date after you are done with the app!! I would seriously like to know how many people remember their auto renewal dates. I receive so Many emails, that i honestly didnt see the emails were sent. I called the same day that the funds were suppose to be pulled from my account, still pending, and they would not give me a refund. I can maybe understand if it was a week or two out, but I was contacting them the same day they were trying to pull the funds!

    Medicine for kids ! Regret buying!. Medicine for kids, just focus on facts in first aid, if you are really a visual person, use sketchy, which I regret not buying, and waiting my money on picnomic. The title Should be picnomic medicine for kids on the actual website

    I keep having to restore my purchase everytime. It would be nice to have a section for applied question quizzes, like Ikeep you would expect at NCLEX-RN or school exams.

    Wish I had gone with a shorter period. This app is not easy to find applicable series of videos to my course of study (Nurse Practitioner) even though it was billed as such. So many different disjointed videos with too many extra names to the cartoons that it actually gets more confusing. I’m better off finding YouTube videos about the subject I’m having trouble with. The search function in this app is either useless, or they don’t have the subjects I need now. Once you’ve paid, you are out of luck. I paid for 2 years for the discount, thinking this app will be very helpful through the years. I’m in pathophysiology right now, and very disappointed.
