   Day 6 of trying to get past the sign in page. Cant sign in. Infinite loading screen. Fix it. Is this app abandoned or something?

   Paywalls have ruined FishAngler. After years of contributing and using FishAngler as a community tool for anglers all over the world, the March 2026 update that paywalls seeing other peoples catches has killed the app for me. FishAngler still allows you to log your catches but now they own that data and sell it to other users as a ‘premium’ feature. I’m very sad to be deleting all my data and the app, this is just wrong.

   Do not use this app. This app plays dumb commercials out loud while you scroll through the feed. This app is garbage just trying to force people to pay. Good luck

   Expensive. This apple run you $80 per year not worth it not even close. You still have people that report their catches at their houses so you don’t really know where they got caught. Not worth it delete it from your phone.

   Latest free version removed lunar. This app was great until they stripped lunar from the free version, now it’s worthless to me.

   I am too dumb to use this app. I was completely lost using this app maybe I am too dumb but there was no fish id that I could find every screen was over loaded with stuff I was not interested in and I had to pay for Like I said I am just too dumb for this app 🤣 Good luck to all you smart fishermen out there

   Used to use religiously. They want to charge for the core function of this app now?!? I get having advanced features to offer at a premium, but to take the basic function of this app and lock behind a paywall is ridiculous. Such a shame.

    Disappointed. Do not like this new version. The tide charts allowed me to plan ahead all in one place, now a tide book is my best friend.

    Was good before the update. Could see peak times before update. Wasn’t exactly accurate but used it as a guide. I absolutely will not pay for this. Isn’t accurate enough to make me pay for it. Absolutely stupid. I’ve used this app for 2+ years now and again. Good but not good enough to pay for any information from this.

    Terrible. This app is awful. It’s not easy to use and very redundant compared to other similar apps. Also be careful when signing up, they will not refund your money even if you cancel the trial subscription.

    Really?!. Another example of putting dollars before sense. Instead of understanding your users and discovering creative methods of monetization, you remove your most popular features, add a redesign no one asked for, then paywall a previously free feature while trying to pretend you “improved” the app. I hope the short burst of money is worth it! I had some great ideas on how to use your data in ways that would have severely BOOSTED your user usage and subscription rates, but won’t be sharing now.

    Terrible Update. Took 10 steps backwards. Removed any forecast data unless you pay for it, used to see forecast data for several days in advance or in the past. New data layout is not east to read, prior layout was nice. Uninstalling and finding another app to use after several years of use. Too bad, took this app wrong direction

    New format stinks!. I’ve had the app for several years. The new format is terrible. The information and layout is bad. No barometric pressure, no easy ridge reading. Dropping subscription and looking for a new app.

    Deleting App. Been using app for a few years now it has changed and is useless. On top of that you have to pay to use it. You are not the only place to get information. Hopefully everyone leaves and it’s just another useless app.

    Updated app is horrible. This app used to be great. You could load the fish forecast and it would give you all the major and minors and the probability of catching a fish. The update got rid of that feature which was the best part of the app.

    They ruined their own app. For some reason my original review disappeared. As well as the developer response of “we actually didn’t take anything away” which I’ve seen to other reviews as well. You did take away features FishAngler… I understand you reconstructed your forecast features, however every single other Apple user already has a weather app. We don’t need to download an app for fishing, to tell us what 5 other apps tell us. I do understand that as a business you need revenue, it sucks yeah but you could just increase the ads frequency like AccuWeather did. People will pay you to take make the ads go away, but to take away your best feature and blatantly tell your user base that you haven’t taken anything, and actually improved a bunch of other random features? How many users have you lost over the past week? It’s early spring, anglers are preparing, planning, and getting out there. We all just spent all our money on tackle and gear… While I can only speak for myself, based on all reviews made since this update, most us us will be downloading FishingPoints for our free bite times and fish activity. I will keep this app downloaded for now in case your user base matters to you again. I hope to see peak bite times return, even if I have to close 5 ads just to get to the screen. “Ad annoyance” will get me to pay you for it, gaslighting us that nothing has been removed..? To that I will just let the rest of the population speak from here.

    Just awful. I think it’s shocking that charge for this. I’m going to start my own page offering anglers the chance to help each other. This pastime we choose is done by many retirees and Veterans. Shame on you

    I was good. I got this app cuz I could see when the bite time is high for free, it was so simple and I loved it, now they updated it so that u need pro tho see the bite time and they made it way less simple…delete
