   Can never login. I’ve been trying for about an hour to login into my account and it keeps telling me I have the wrong email and password when I’ve reset the password and this is the only email we’ve used for the app.

   Awful. Wont let me into my account, it says I have the wrong password. I know I don’t, I created the account today. I tried to reset my password and it says it’ll send me an email but it doesnt.

   Horrible. Don’t waste your time or money on this! Customer service is awful as well and they are very hard to understand. My son can’t even finish the course and they won’t refund my money.

   TERRIBLE. It asked me to pay 14.98 then charged me 35 I finished the chapters and then I paid to take the final exam but it says “Disabled customer cannot take final exam”

   DriverEd. I finished the course passed the final exam just so that i can never receive my certificate i even emailed them and got no response.

   SCAM !. Please please do not waste your time with this awful company i was scammed. I paid the $40 for the full course and on the app it said i didnt but i was charged. I contacted them they asked for a receipt so i provided that through email. It has been almost 3 WEEKS and no response back from that email i sent . Ive called and was told twice they would call back and i havent recieved any response back. I work in customer service and i am a very patient person and have never had to write a negative review but after my horrible experience with this program i urge people not to buy.

   Can’t login. I made an account yesterday and I was gonna start working on it today. I opened the app today and put in my login and password and it said one of them was wrong. When I pressed forgot password it sent me an email TELLING ME MY EMAIL and not my password. I’d would really not like to spend another 36$ and make a new account. I’m really frustrated and there’s no number I can cal or anything

   Don’t get it!!!. It’s literally the worst app ever! It’s so hard to get through all the chapters and there is so much. They don’t refund you even if you barley started the course. Definitely not worth your time and money. They charge you again if you don’t complete it in enough time.

    AVOID. As someone who really can’t afford tiny frivolous transactions. It’s best to just download a better app that’s free.

    Payment issue. I used up my free trial and came back to the app a week later and payed the full course and everything off and it still says I need to pay which makes no sense.

    Terrible. I paid money for this and all of a sudden my “free trial” is over???? I did not exceed the time limit so this makes absolutely no sense I was very close to finishing and now I can’t even do anything

    Bait and switch. So when I add the app it just says “get”. I only wanted to check it out and it’s saying now that I have a balance of 35.99. Now i just want to cancel something I didn’t know I was purchasing

    Payment. When I first bought the app it let me go through the course very easily. Then I forgot all about the app due to personal reasons, but I was on 42% completing the course. I came back to finish my course but it said I needed to pay again because I used up my “free trail.” I was confused at first but I continued to pay anyways, then I did and it told me that I had already purchased the course so if I would like it for free? Obviously I said yes so it gave it to me for free but when I clicked on the the button to go back where I left off on 42% of the course, it took me back to square one saying “you have finished your free trail.” Please help

    Trying to make me pay extra. I already payed the initial amount to do my lessions when I am now 74% done it tells me my free trial is up when I was never using that now I have to wait to try and get my permit this is such a struggle for me you you guys are making it 10x harder for me

    Don’t buy their driver ed. I bought the driver ed but it says I have to pay it again to finish the final exam and when I ask them for refund they only want iTunes receipt,Apple receipt doesn’t work for them although it is same thing. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT

    Final exam. I finished everything and then got to the last question for the exam and tried to submit it and it wouldn’t let me so I restarted my phone and tried to take it and it says I have no more attempts to take it. I don’t even know what to do anymore, will I be able to take it again or do I have to get a different drivers ed if so where’s do I get refunds.

    Won’t let me sign in. Garbage app... I signed up on a computer and began some chapters but once I downloaded the app on my phone it wouldn’t let me sign in.

    Huge time lag in receiving certificate. Giving two stars because the app was user-friendly and my son learned the necessary material and passed the test easily. However, lots of problems getting the certificate and I ended up having to shell out an extra $30 to get it. I ordered the certificate on February 7, and - when it hadn’t arrived - ordered it again on February 17. Both times I was assured that it would be put in the mail the next day, but I never received either copy. The company insists that both copies must have gotten lost by USPS (which seems highly unlikely). I finally agreed to shell out $30 to get the certificate sent by fedex, and so finally received it on February 25. I never did get anything from the post office that was postmarked Feb 8 or Feb 18, but I did eventually get a certificate in the mail that was postmarked February 25 - nearly three weeks after we finished the course and a day after I sent them $30 (which they are declining to refund). I’d look elsewhere for a drivers ed course unless you’re prepared to add $30 onto the cost of the course.

    Im salty. Downloaded the app and tried to log in, so i select the state ‘indiana’ and the sign in button wont do anything but if i select any other state it’ll let me click it and give me the option to sign in. If i try signing in it says i don't have an account but if i use the computer i can log in?

    Problem with login?. I just enrolled online and i thought the app would work too. however, i can’t even log in. Every time it would tell me “sign in failed” :(((
