   AI Slop. The app is buggy. It was also meant to be for ENM and alternative relationships and now it’s full of monog vanillas. Permanently deleted my profile after seeing that, plus all the AI slop ads on instagram.

   Absolutely Awful App. The worst experience I have ever had with an app in my life, hands-down, and by a huge margin. Registration is buggy beyond belief, cycling through various endless loops. It simply doesn't work, and when I asked support about this, they said my attempt to create an account was flagged for safety reasons. Say what? I am a respectful, responsible adult who wants to join a community. No explanation offered by customer service. It's amazing that a supposedly feel-good relationship site manages to shame potential members for undisclosed concerns broadly labeled "safety." It's insulting, and if it wasn't so troubling, would almost be comical in its idiocy. This app and organization are awful -- steer clear.

   Banned before even used. Was banned almost immediately after making an account for no reason (didn’t even match with anyone) and now am not receiving any response from support…

   They will ban for no reason. Just as the title says, Feeld banned my account without providing any explanation. What's even more frustrating is that customer support was completely unhelpful. After taking a break from the app, I reactivated my profile last week only to discover that my account had been permanently banned. I was genuinely shocked, as I've always made it a point to treat other members with respect and follow the platform's guidelines. I was also a paying subscriber at the time. Naturally, I contacted customer support to understand what happened. The response I received from Dean stated that the reason for the ban could not be disclosed. When I politely asked whether I could receive a refund for my active subscription, since I was banned without explanation, I was told no. After that, my follow-up messages were ignored. In my experience, Dean was unhelpful and seemed ill-equipped to handle customer concerns. Being banned without any transparency is frustrating enough, but the lack of meaningful customer support and communication made the experience even worse. Based on my experience, Feeld's customer service has been extremely disappointing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP

   The wokiest dating app available. This is very simple: if you are white, Christian, conservative, you are simply hated by 60% of the women who are mostly leftists, insulting towards Christianism in their profile (there is ZERO moderation for women, they can spit on white males, Christianity, all good. A man tells a woman she is being disrespectful: you get banned), most of them tattooed all over, nose pierced, blue or green hair… this is incredibly disgusting. Most profile don’t answer of course or connect with you them never message you then disconnect with no reason: the wokiest dating app on the market guys. Avoid it if you are white and Christian.

    Doesn’t work well. For days I have tried to use it and it is completely frozen. I tried to redownload and still nothing. I could live with the lagging but not this because I PAID and am losing days on my subscription. I want my money back

    Fake accounts. It’s full of spam and bot accounts. You also have to pay for pretty much everything on there to even get matches or have conversations not to mention the accounts that are real are usually hours away.

    Horrible. I was recommended the app by a friend. Upon downloading and attempting to sign up the app kept glitching and taking me back to the main sign up screen when it finally let me through to the next step I tried to verify my phone number it kept telling me that it couldn’t verify my phone number and to try again. After trying again it said I was banned and their customer service instead of assisting me and finding out more information on my experience has instead told me they won’t give me any further information but that they have enough evidence to confidently ban me. I have never tried to use this app before and I have never been immediately banned just for attempting to sign up. I definitely don’t recommend.

    Wouldn’t let me make an account. Over the course of a week I tried to create an account. It sent me dozens of email validation links, but would never accept a phone number and let me continue the process. Not sure if this is a bug or if the platform is defunct.

    Horrible service. I was a Majestic member for years. Never any trouble, e.g. reports/bans. Out of the blue this app permanently bans me, refuses to tell me why, and doesn’t even give me the courtesy of a review/contact by a person. Meanwhile the parade of duplicate/spam accounts, OF & Snapchat advertising accounts, etc. continue to persist with little to no enforcement. Use other apps, this one is not worth the time or trouble.

    Not compatible with Voiceover!. The app doesn't work with Voiceover. It won't let you create an account without uploading any photos and the button to upload is missing. You will need a sighted friend to upload them for you. Unfortunately, making friends is almost impossible without sight ias a shy male, which is the whole point of using the app in the first place!!! 😡

    LET US FILTER BY SEXUALITY. pointless app where you have to sort thru a bunch of straight people and cis couples and no the lgbtq filter does not help, it still shows you all the straight couples, it’s homophobic, we’re tired of seeing unicorn hunters! it’s gross, just LET US FILTER BY SEXUALLY we’ve been asking for years, also the tiny minus button is not user friendly, just let us swipe already like proper UX

    Took my money and locked me out. Deleted the app for а while and came back to find they locked me out. Support gave me a generic responses sent by AI bots, which are the only thing you’re able to speak to even if you try to get an agent. Was а former subscriber, seems like they’re just here to siphon money and data. Don’t make the mistake I made. From other reviews, their automated system is doing this to lots of people for no reason. Just to update, they will not help you even if you contact а human. They apologized and even confirmed that there were no issues with my account, suggesting I not delete the app ‘next time’. When I pointed out I was still banned they just ghosted me over support. Absolute scam.

    Terrible app/Can’t create an account. Update: I just got an email from someone named Irish B. She indicated that she reviewed my account registration and decided to block my account lol If the developer sees this reviews, make sure your customer service actually review every case! It’s my first time trying to join this app and she said my account is flagged lol. Irish B. Clearly needs some help reviewing accounts. What a waste of time and terrible customer service. I’ve tried to create an account, got asked to enter my phone number. I did but the app wouldn’t pass from there. I contacted customer support and yet no one has responded. Is this normal? Does everyone have issues signing up? I’ve read the bad reviews but hoping customer support can help.

    Do not pay. Do not pay for anything nothing helps you. The app is filled with people who don’t pay so you waste a lot of money swiping and spending money to leave a message. No one ever replies. You spend money to boost your profile no one ever sends any messages or looks at your profile. There is no way to even tell if people look at your profile. The whole thing is a scam keep away.. The economy is very hard. Definitely not worth spending any money on something like this.

    Ridiculous and nonsense. I downloaded the app for the first time mind you; and proceeded to TRY to make an account but was flagged then banned all before I even had a chance to breach their “contract” they never responded to my emails but surely replied to an instagram story about the situation. They will not do anything further due to their system flagging my email. Read the terms and I did not breach anything, how could I? I never got onto the app. Or spoke to anyone. Their solution would be to take legal action against them. Like I’m going to take legal action to a stupid app. Right! I hope this will constitute a termination because then at least I would understand rather than not have done nothing at all.
