   What does luxy mean?. Apparently not much at all. No standards on values, education, professional success or hygiene. I was matched with a cashier from Walmart. Just various money grabs and ways to pay to get to the “ next level”

   Review taken down beware child trafficking. Disturbing pictures of children posted. Lots of children in suggestive poses with red lipstick posted from China India Saudi Arabia on the app in people in review, I have reported but my review was taken down! Save the children!!

   App blocked me after taking payment. I paid the $100 to upgrade and the app blocked me by the next day.. not sure what rules I violated but from other reviews it seems if you don’t respond to people enough they will deem you as fake.. I had 300+ to respond to in one day.. I will be collecting a refund.

   Can’t unsubscribe.. I am highly disappointed in the this, being as I do not wish to continue with this app. I do hope it gets solved soon so that way no payments or charges get added when the subscription is cancelled.

   Pure Paywall Bait. They make you wait through a so-called “vouching” period, only to reject your profile at the last minute. The moment you’re denied, a pop-up appears offering a paid option to skip the line instantly. It’s an incredibly transparent cash grab designed to frustrate people into buying a premium membership. This isn’t an exclusive club, it’s a tollbooth. Save your money. For context, I’m a working professional model and was still rejected. They talk about “quality control,” yet if you’re willing to pay, those standards suddenly disappear.

   Not worth it. Honestly sucks. They get you to pay a ton up front without giving you any thing to see how the app even works. Then they keep trying to get you to buy more and more. Literally worst $100 I’ve spent. I used other apps with the same money and it was better. They didn’t keep asking for more. Truly just trash and the matches aren’t wonderful

   Don’t use it!. In this app you have to pay a high amount of money to reply to a message! 😐! This app is only used to fill the pockets of its owner! You can't make any friends if you haven't paid! I don't recommend it at all!

Don’t waist your time, you’ll be endlessly swiping left, people don’t read your profile which waists your time and there is no way to make it so that you are looking for non international people which again waists your time because they are also looking for people in their own country.

    All pics are being rejected. I had this app for years and now all the pics are being rejected. I never changed any of my pics. They’re all clear pics of me. What is wrong with this app

    Wtf is going on??. Was never a huge fan of this app, but it wasn’t bad. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden they are rejecting every single photo that I’ve submitted. All the same photos that have been on there and I’ve been updating my photos each year. Now it will not allow me to upload any photo because it says it’s not me. After two years of being on the app, it’s saying it’s not me in the photos even though my socials are linked and I have no reviews of it not being me because I’ve met multiple people from the app. Apparently I think I’m AI, which is insane to me. I will be ending my subscription on this dumb app because I’ve gone through six photos that are on every single dating app and they are perfectly fine except for this dumb app. I don’t know what you did with your new updates but if you’re gonna think people are AI because they have a certain background filter on a photo then you’re gonna lose subscriptions fast.

    Issue. Dear Luxy Team, I hope this email finds you well. I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service experience I have been facing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered the same issue. Every time, it takes more than 48 hours to receive a response, and no proper solution is provided. I have tried calling your support team more than 20 times, but no one answered my calls. Currently, I am experiencing an issue with my Boost feature. If this problem is not resolved before 2:00 PM today, I will cancel my subscription and stop using the application, along with my friends. Previously, I had a Platinum subscription, and my account was suspended for 3 days without a clear explanation. Although I was not compensated at that time, I am now facing a similar situation again. I kindly request an immediate solution and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to discontinue using the application.

    Waste of money. I spent $120 for one month membership based on the reviews in the App Store and it was a complete miss. It presented me with people who were out of the country and matched me with people who were out of the country. It’s also glitchy with photos and overall just isn’t an intuitive app. Don’t waste your money. I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from.

    Refund Refusal?. My friend was charged over $500 for being on the app for 2 days , she didn’t know what to do so she reached out to her credit card an did a charge back and was refunded $584.96 , after she informed her credit card she was charged $39.99 and $24.99 + tax which she did receive back. These dating apps only want one thing for you to sign up for a subscription and never cancel it that’s what they bank on and it happens so often. Majority of the “people” on here are bots and foreigners, it’s just a money making app not in your favor in the slightest. Do you ground work before you move forward with these predatory so called “Dating Apps” who prey on people’s desire to not be lonely

    Beware. They don’t have a filtering system nor offer refunds.. I signed up for the app after receiving a list of few sites to try from a friend. However, shortly after creating my profile, I noticed that the majority of the men displayed were located outside of the United States and were primarily seeking casual relationships. Additionally, many of the profiles shown were significantly younger than my preferred age range. As I continued navigating the platform, I realized there was no option to filter matches based on relationship intentions, such as “long-term” or “serious.” This was concerning, as most dating apps offer filtering features that allow users to better align with their preferences. Within the first 24 hours, I contacted customer support with two primary concerns: 1. Why I was charged $600 for a subscription when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan. 2. Whether there was an option to filter profiles by relationship goals or limit visibility from individuals seeking something different. Support responded that these filtering features are not currently available, nor is there an option to restrict visibility from users with opposing intentions. After two days of navigating the app and realizing it lacked essential features that are standard on most dating platforms, I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund. Despite reaching out to support more than five times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution regarding my refund request. This is especially disappointing given that I canceled within the first week. For a $600 subscription fee, the platform offers only 60 swipes per day, with limited filtering capabilities. The majority of profiles shown did not align with my location or relationship preferences, making the experience frustrating and not reflective of the value advertised. I am requesting a prompt review of my case and a refund of the subscription fee.

    Do not waste your time or money — money grab. This app is ridiculous, you can pay $100 to get the subscription but that doesn’t come with unlimited likes or should I say swipes, even if you swipe left on someone you still get docked for a swipe. You get maybe 10-20 swipes daily with the $100 subscription. You don’t get to undo a swipe (you must pay more to do that) and then to send gifts , what do you know more money. So paying $100 for subscription doesn’t really give you any perks. This app is a money grab. And I’m not cheap by the way but I’m also not into wasting my hard earned money.
