   Just ate my money. I bought LTC at a Coinstar kiosk and it just never appeared in my account now I'm trying to deal with customer service… AI and it's a ginormous pain and they've resolved nothing. I switched to this after dealing with the Cinq and they're constant issues. It was good the first few times, but once again has eaten my money when I dealt with this with Cinq I was able to talk to somebody pretty quickly at least, and it would be resolved and I'd be credited pretty quickly until the last time where they made me wait two weeks to get a written check in the mail that was the end of that. Here on Coinme I haven't spoken to anyone yet had to write out a ridiculous support ticket debt asked for all kind of photo uploads some of which you have to go all the way back to the store for and take a selfie with you next to the freaking kiosk. I just want the damn money I put in you pay a fortune for this service totally outrageous and it's a crapshoot whether you get it or not. That one star should be zero

   Junk. Takes a long time to send, costs a lot, and when the networks are in high demand, you can expect to purchase but not send for 24 hours. Absolute garbage.

   Do not waste your money.. I have been dealing with these people for two months now on something that should’ve been resolved hours. How are consumers supposed to know what states allow crypto or not. I am waiting on a reimbursement. No one was able to tell me the State I was in does not deal in crypto.

   Useless App. They decided to block me the second i created the account and they tell me i violated their policy? I didn’t even get a chance to sign in 😂

   Customer Service. I am writing this review due to experiencing probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The app and service seems to work well when it works. Setting up my account and sending crypto to the wallet and converting it into dollars via ATMs or even direct deposit to my debit card. All worked really well. Was super happy with the service and ready to recommend it to other people. But then I had something happen where a sale wouldn’t go through and since it failed three times I was locked out of my account. All the app says is to “contact your administrators” which is not very clear. The experience of trying to contact customer service to get my account unlocked revealed that this company basically doesn’t have customer service. If you email them, you get an AI response telling you to talk to the chat bot on their help page, if you call their phone number you receive a pre-recorded message telling you to contact them via the AI Chatbot, and if you talk to the AI Chatbot on the webpage, it does not currently have the ability to provide you with a general support ticket. And it will endlessly tell you that you need to go to the help page and talk to the AI chat bot… That you’re already talking to.. Since the general support ticket page link does not work, and the chat bot does not seem to have the ability to provide a general support ticket form, I used a different support ticket form for a different problem in order to hopefully get my case in front of a live person. I received a one-way email from a support agent the following morning, simply telling me that my account had been deleted and that Coinme can do this for any reason they see fit. This company REALLY does not want to talk to you. And in my opinion, issues are going to arise eventually with any service, if the support is this bad when those problems do happen… I have no interest in ever using this company ever again or ever recommend them. They still currently have my money that was in the wallet of the account. You have been warned.

    Total scam and phishing. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Stole my $2500. Stablecoin… first blocked me.. then requested verification… then I ge email saying my account is locked and will be forever and I cannot open another account and they will not do business with me in the future. Meanwhile they were trying to hack my debit card and it locked them out…thief scammer phishing company…y’all need to have FTC, SEC, and Fintech on blast!!!

    Coinme ATMs are a SCAM!!!. DO NOT USE CRYPTO ATM! There is no benefit. Their marketing is a lie. They say this is anonymous but then as soon as you deposit the money they make you buy the crypto and you can’t just send it to your wallet. You have to make a Coinme account. SCAM!!!!

    Fraudulent company. I bough coin of $1000 from cash he bitcoin atm machine over 2 months now I’ve not been able to redeem the voucher my account got suspended and you guys refused to return my money. You reimbursed me fake check of $803 which I deposited into my account my bank returned the check saying it was paid from a closed account how could you do such an evil thing you stole my $1000 and still issued a fake check from a closed account you people are evil and I will go to any length to get my money back.

    Coinme problem. They might completely terminate your account for no reason and they will never tell you the reason or fix it, and they will never allow you to make a second account. They will allow you to get any money you had in the accounts back.

    Banned without a reason. My account was terminated, and I wasn’t given any reason when I asked. It was a solid platform besides that, a few glitches here and there, but I was terminated and I haven’t the closest idea why..

    Customer support is really no support. Because of an error not once but twice during the conversion process from crypto to is dollars to be put in my personal bank account they’ve locked me out of my account and instructed the only way to resolve a live support person would have to unlock it 6 months ago I had an issue and I am still waiting for a response to it today because of there error I have no idea when someone from there support team will contact me and I’m out over 500 dollars so they r really good at holding your money hostage and once again not an error on my behalf but there’s I have to be punished for there mistake beware is all I can say

    Doesn’t deserve one star…. Stay away from Coinme! They will steal your money! I purchased some LTC, immediately sent it to another wallet, and they only sent a very small portion of the amount I purchased - and my balance is at $0. I am an accountant and I purchase and transfer LTC regularly so I know what I am doing and what I am talking about. I submitted a ticket and the asinine response I received was because of the market value at the time yet market rates are easily verified and there was no drop in rate even close to what would account for the money they stole from me! There is no customer service and their “chat” option is with a bot. They claim to be able to transfer you to a human agent but they transfer you to a form that doesn’t even give an option to leave comments. Then, after a few days someone will respond and then they mark the issue as resolved. Their customer service doesn’t even understand what virtual currency is - good luck with getting a resolution to any issues you have. Go to the BBB - there are hundreds of other complaints just like mine! These people are dishonest scammers hiding behind the computer! Stay away! Hopefully the authorities get involved after we get a group of dissatisfied customers together and fight to get our money back! Stay away!

    This app is idiotic. It had me driving around town in Iowa and every stop that it led me to it would tell me I couldn’t buy any until it finally told me I had to buy in the state of Illinois even though I have an Iowa drivers license and then I try to get help on their app and no one answered. It just kept hanging up on me. What a bunch of Idiots.

    Issues. My account has been locked for about 3 months. Tried resetting password and just get an error message. I’d give zero if I could, I’ve tried contacting and get nothing but change your password. I’m not happy at all about this. It was great before being locked out of my account.
