   False advertising. Tangem boasts of listing over 16000 tokens/ coins on there wallet, but NOT the ones you or I hold. This wallet is the same as EVERY OTHER wallet on the market!! You can’t add custom coins/ tokens, so you have to get another wallet to hold the coins/ tokens Tandem don’t support. This is joke wallet and over priced for a product you can basically get for free using METAMASK.

   Does Not Show Transactions History. Great app and wallet just doesn’t show transaction history for any asset (xrp, xlm, hbar)… get this fixed.

   Poor quality app. Can’t add more then 1 wallet. They intentionally limit you and try to force you to buy their hardware wallet. As if selling products ever worked by force. Do not use this app.

   Tangem wallet some B. S.. I have about 8 different wallets and as compared to the others Tangem is a failure. When I first got it I was so excited. Now I’m very frustrated with the poor customer service support. This comes as I can compare my service with other wallets

   Software issues. Continuous syncing issues requiring reinstall to fix. Made team aware of the, in their words, “known bug” to which reinstalling was the working “solution”. Once again, a few updates later, I cannot access my assets requiring another round of reinstalling and setting up the app. Looking for new hardware wallets with more capable software developers…

   Lame wallet. I ended up 2 dollars less than what I put in on Aave because they charge interest every waking second you “earn” it so you end up getting charged 100% of the interest plus money in the main balance. The people at Aave need to be arrested and charged. I’m deleting my account. Tangem sucks.

   I paid for a Tangem wallet and they stole my money. I’ve never received my Tangem wallet they basically stole my money. It’s been a few weeks and nobody answered my email and my order I’ll never arrived. They’ve been playing too much.

   Wrong ring size again. I’ve been sent the wrong ring size 2 times now, and it seems to suck that your just stuck with a ring you can’t use because it’s too small, I measured and ordered a 22 mm but got the wrong size again!!!

   Required to Buy Crypto From Their Vendors Just to Activate. I purchased this to store my XRP. I sent a small test transaction, and the funds were basically lost because I couldn’t use my 1 XRP to meet the XRPL reserve requirement. Instead, Im forced to buy additional XRP through their approved vendors, with a minimum purchase of $11.72 USD and at a marked-up price compared to regular exchanges.

    Thought Tangem Was Safe… Until I Tried to Unstake. I have three Tangem wallets, all with Solana staked for over two months — and now I’m unable to unstake any of it. For the past four days, I’ve been completely unable to access my staked Solana, and support has been beyond frustrating. Every response feels copy-and-paste with no real solution or urgency. This is unacceptable for a company holding people’s digital assets. Tangem needs to take accountability and fix this issue immediately.

    Won’t work on IPhone 15 pro max. I haven’t been able to use my cards since it won’t set up on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I contacted Support for help and the reply I received is that I need to use another phone because it’s a known issue for the NFC to not work on iPhone 15 Pro Max with tangem

    Love it so far. Well, was absolutely loving it. It started lagging on updating the balances so I deleted the app and tried to re-download it and now it’s saying, my password is wrong and asking me to update my password and now it’s taking forever and basically refusing to download

    Customer support. It was really easy to set it up, but I decided to delete my wallet and do factory reset to set up seed phrase. The system reset only one card and when I started resetting a second one the system failed. I was unable to reset the second one. Contacted support, right after that suspicious people started contacted me on telegram offering customer support calling me none stop asking me to download my seed phrase and pretending they are from Tangem. Customer support could not resolved the problem telling me that I need to use the same passcode to reset both cards. I set up and used only one code. When I asked if customer service contacts by Telegram, they said no. Tangem is very suspicious company. How the scammers even knew that I need customer support same day as I contacted Tangem via email. They found my telegram and started calling me none stop . I would not risk to put crypto to this wallet. I was unable to fix the problem with the cards and customer support is terrible. Takes long time to get back. I decided do not use this company. Be aware.

    Waiting on Support. My app is updated 5.27.2 but can not get wallet address. Directions are to tap on Receive to display Tangem address, there is no Receive display when I tap. Also when I contacted support I was asked to tap on the three dots on upper-right corner of the main screen, which is also not there. I am finding the support not great at this time. If I can get some real support and all works favorably I will change my review. Let’s see how it goes.

    Took away changenow swap provider. Another update: On telegram tangem chat i saw that “jessica” from the moderator list state that tangem is a cold storage solution not a swap solution. This just proved to me that tangem will be doing this same thing over and over with the swap providers. I will be getting rid of tangem since the whole point for me to get tangem was to swap $10 weekly into an asset. Update: they took away changenow provider for 99% of crypto pairs that they had just last week working perfectly. No longer king of Swap; they are just like every other wallet with the choices now. Plus bummer that they just keep taking swap providers away. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year with a swap provider being removed from the wallet WITHOUT notice. Scummy business method. The tangem app is the king of swapping assets. The policies that the third party providers of the swap within their tangem swap aggregator is the users responsibility to check with terms of service for the providers. Tangem does provide links to them within the swap function (no excuses for not reading them) so keep this in mind when you see reviews about swap issues of money being held hostage. I have not had a single swap fail on me some have taken time due to volatility in the market since they dont use fixed price it is a fluid price point in swaps so even as the swap is executing the amount you receive will change from the quoted amount in preview. You might get less you might get more but if you swap as price is going down you’re more likely to get more then quoted to you in the preview of the swap. Tangem does need to focus more on the top 100 blockchains in market cap first before adding blockchains that exceed that. They still don’t store all of the top 100 blockchains (those that have their own mainnet). Like Stacks network is one of the top 100 blockchains that they dont let you store/send the STX asset on its’ own mainnet. That is just more my personal opinion. They have started doing staking within the app so that is a plus but they still lack the amount of networks like other wallet providers but i hear they are working on adding more. Staking will only be native staking (as from a notice in on of the Tangem youtube AMA videos) so they wont do pooled staking so don’t expect Ethereum staking to come to tangem unless they do the 32 ETH requirement like Figment does with Ledger and find a partner or themselves to host the hardware requirements. Staking does still use third party providers so if issues arise you got to check on stakekit servers to make sure it isn’t on their end before blaming Tangem themselves. Myself i wish they had more solo dexs in their cex/dex aggregator for dexs rather than putting a dex aggregator (OKX) in their cex/dex aggregator. Dexs cant really be shut off unlike a dex aggregator can be shut down since it is an entity looking to facilitate swaps for you at certain dexs.

    Money is stuck. I have had Tangem wallet for a bit now and typically never have had issues. Recently it’s not allowing me to swamp any of my tokens or even send it to a different wallet. When I go to cash it out it’s stuck on moon pay verification. At this point I feel like they scammed me smh

    Waste of my time. Don’t waste your time or money with this. The app freezes once all card are activated. Won’t allow to finalize with code. Only thing to do is back out and start all over! At least twenty times later after resetting my phone, the app, app data. Tried every trick in the book! Never got it to work. 10 emails to support. Never heard back. Supports auto answer… what wallet is it? 1) doesn’t matter! 2) why have an auto answer with no other follow up! The guide or directions does not fit with what is happening. 1/2 fit and guess what to do next… Great Idea… needs fixing! Or maybe the last time you fixed it… it broke. Either way Site doesn’t work! The last brand wallet (not Tangem). Ledger wasted my time too!!! It doesn’t work with iPhone or HP!!! They forgot to label that in all their own booklets of information !!! Keep in mind smart people are putting these things together. How am I or anyone supposed to feel comfortable storing money in these applications?

    Does not work on iPhone 15 pro max. The card verification Time is too long and the NFC times out on your iPhone does not allow cards to be set up or verified. This is a known issue that has not been fixed in over 300 days. This app is worthless on an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

    Setup issues. This app and these cards do not work out of the box. Be aware that you will have cards not work out of the box. This app will also keep you from entering a wallet that was created. It will lock you into a merry go round of trying to set up cards. Set up is horrible. That app crashes nonstop. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Payment card. I couldn’t find which card support payment, customer center not give me clear answer. Like Revolut on their website says okay to use, but not at all. Does anyone has same saturation? Hopefully customer center able to clear give out list what payment card you accept.

    Iphone 15 pro max issues!. I’ve been trying to get these cards loaded on my iphone 15 pro mac for over a year. After running in circles with the slow email tech support, the best answer offer by Tangem is “get a new phone”. It would be nice if you advertised (honestly) that your cards have an issue with iphone 15 pro max. I need this problem solved or a refund please. It’s been a year of getting the runaround with no real solutions.
