    Setup. My account has been disabled. When I setup, message came in for personal info. Saw early morning before getting and thought I’d fill out when I got up; when up message not there, poof. Get immediate email response: We regret to inform you that, due to internal policies, your KYC application to create a Transak account has been rejected. This means you will no longer be able to use our services. Please note that internal policies are confidential in nature; hence, we will not be able to disclose any information at this point. This will not impact your wallet; you will therefore be able to top up in other ways. Our decision is final, and we will not be able to disclose further details.

    Too many pop up advertisements. Anytime I select a prompt on the app an ad pops up. It’s hard to get rid of them; I have to constantly exit out. I also cannot find transactions I’ve done. This isn’t user friendly at all.

    Advertisements in a wallet?. I’ve never seen advertisements in a wallet before, and it’s incredibly intrusive. Additionally the whole thing freezes during an advertisement loading and once I can finally close the ad, I can no longer copy my XRP address. The single most useless and visually appalling wallet I’ve ever installed. I feel like I need to check for viruses now.

    THE HUGE Problem with app is they only use PayPal.. PayPal is very bad news all around. The XRPWallet only accepts PalPal for transactions buy/sell. In setting up a PayPal account for the sole purpose of providing transactional functions when buying or selling XRP via this app and one experiences nothing short of a sad disaster. This is no ‘tech error’ on PayPal’s part claiming ‘unverified’ account at the same time the XRP market is raising. This action is about the XRP app controlling the ability for small investors to make quick transactions via the app, when the market is favorably for one. The customer service dept at the XRP Wallet is clearly hiding instructions. Questions that ordinarily have been very simple and clear, easy and straight forward, does not exist anymore. Do not get this app you’ll regret it. They are a very unacceptable company.

    Scamming thieves. This dev switched apps 4 years ago, claiming the other version was from scammers… once i moved over to this app as instructed (like a dumb ***) i moved my xrp in and then they did some update just after first 1/4 2022… after this update i could no longer access my funds or do anything other than look at my account balance.. they lock it up and said my passcode phrase is incorrect. It has/had never changed… this is a long term investment for me so movement of funds wouldn’t be a common occurrence. Until i found out i cant touch it. Only look at it… EVERY EMAIL attempt is met with avoidance, evasion and never once have i been assisted in recovering MY xrp assets… They did tell me again though that the other app was a scammer app… however they were the ones that developed it.. so its just now dawning on me the obvious connection i for some reason have missed all this time… so now i have to try to find all the routes and agencies i have to find to at least make a fight of getting back what is mine.

    Fraud Alert! Beware!. Post login into the app, someone stole the entire ripple stored on the wallet. My ripple was safe till the time I logged into this app, so definitely a fraud.

    It’s a Scam. Don’t do it. They make you keep money in your account and say it’s “due to fees” but the amount they make you keep is well over 20 dollars when a fee to transact is nothing close to that.
