   Deceiving payment structure.. The payment setup is deceiving. They add all your transactions up through the years and once all your accumulated transactions are over the next transaction limit, they force you to pay for upgrades. Even it you only had 200 transactions that year. Also refused to give a refund when I requested one, because I couldn’t use their software without the upgrade.

   Graph just stopped working. Don’t know what’s going on with this app. Stuff just stops working for no reason. The graph section now shows nothing… makes the app pretty frustrating to use and no longer worth it. Makes me think I should swap from their main website too

    Server Always Down. Once again, server is down when things are surging and a reliable tracker is most needed. Coin Tracking is a waste of $150+ a year because they only have servers designed to handle their average traffic, once market surges happen you’re in the dark and the app and website is down.

    Wish I could rate it lower. Too slow to use efficiently, the notifications would be so late that I would miss out if I planned on buying or selling... the app is extraordinarily slow, it’s practically useless, the altcoins I was following weren’t updating in real time, or in no time at all they seem to stay at same price no matter how long I waited and that’s after waiting a minute or so for them to load in the first place, don’t waste hour time or space with this vaporware

    Performance Issues. Too many performance issues and inconsistent data/rate display. Don’t even have option to contact directly. Lacking many basic app features.

    Paid $160 for an something that doesn't work. The app on Android and iOS both give me errors that "couldn't reach cointracking servers". Given how much we pay, you'd think they'd have a working product with enough servers to support it.

    The coin graphs are great - but valid credentials are unable to authenticate. This app is a great tracker online, but the phone app is unable to login correctly.

    Good tracking but. I like the desktop version it does a good job of keeping up with transactions but I don’t understand why I can’t input trades directly from the mobile app, that’s a pretty basic function.😪

    Rough setup. Not automatic and black holed my pnl from the first data load (xlsx import). Working through it but I already like the manual input apps I use. Automation was the killer feature but it got it wrong out of the gate leading to manual effort to reconcile. Nice interface. Weird UX and not self contained with registration and all features in the app - you need to register and fuss with the website.

    Bloated app. The app is extremely clunky. There are pages of metrics, none of which are designed for readability. There is a page for "trends" which looks like a list of all cryptos, but ordered by volume. There is no way to sort by market cap. In fact, of all of the metrics tracked in this app, market cap is not one of them. Most apps can fit this information into a well designed and intuitive layout but CoinTracking does its best to do the exact opposite. It's a complete shame because CoinTracking has automatic exchange syncing through the exchanges' APIs, which means no more manual trade entries. Unfortunately that benefit can't overcome the cumbersome usability for their app.

    Slow server issues. Honestly this app was great and seemed like a huge improvement over Blockfolio. However, I switched from Blockfolio because of constant server/refresh issues but CoinTracking has been running into the same problems for about 3 days straight now

    Great app but.... Your logo / app icon is horribly ugly!! Can’t you make it look better? Honestly feel bad for rating it based off this but it looks SO bad in my opinion I actually hide it from my main app page, thus making me use it far less. It looks like it should be a logo for a fax machine company from the 1990’s. Dull, boring and ugly.

    Disappointed. Balances are all out of whack and I’ve connected all the exchanges using api. Huge negative cash balance on coinbase, negative Neo balance on Bittrex probably because neon wallet is not supported, doesn’t refuse my binance balance the amount of my fees paid in binance coin so my balance is incorrect. I paid for two years of pro service only because I did not want to manually enter transactions on Blockfolio anymore and wanted it to consume little to now time after setup. Very disappointed.
