They are literally trying to stop people from withdrawing and that only happens when a company is in trouble. Get your money out of this company now if they’ll let you.    I just lost my $540 to this crazy app just to purchase crypto 😡😡😡. My transaction says it’s completed after paying $540(Banxa) to purchase crypto but i didn’t see the cryptocurrency in my wallet for a whole full day am still yet to receive what i paid for, I recently had bought some bitcoin and had it sent to my wallet after waiting almost an hour or two nothing was in my wallet. I know it takes a few hours for bitcoin to reach your wallet but after speaking with the merchant from whom I purchased my bitcoin from I was told my bitcoin was sent to the wallet. I check to confirm my wallet key was sent to the correct key and it was but every time I would check nothing was there. After checking the block chain it was also verified that my bitcoin was sent to my bitpay wallet. What I do not like about bitpay is that they do not provide like customer service or any type of support in situation like this. I came to the conclusions that they have stolen my bitcoin and I do not recommend using this platform. receive any bitcoin. If customer services is reading this I would like for someone to reach out to me and explain why my funds are not showing in my wallet after confirmed on the blockchain.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

   Requires nothing to transfer in…. But then it fails to “verify” your account and won’t let you spend your own money. This app IS A SCAM!!! Do not use.

   Unfortunately Unsatisfied. I put in a certain amount yes with fees the original price or amount put in would decrease but what I’m not understanding is after it loads and processes into the account itself why does it continue to decrease? It’s been a constant battle for the last few months. And even saying, the last few months would be an understatement. But if you find it works for you, congratulations if not, this serves as a lesson.

   Do not use Sardine to fund your wallet!. Sardine is a company that you can select with this app when purchasing crypto. Do not use them! I unfortunately did and it's so far been 30 hours since they took my money and I have received nothing.

   Have to deposit to useless BitPay wallet. I’ve spent so long trying to figure out how to purchase on BitPay and have it sent to a different wallet. Nope. You have to deposit to your BitPay wallet, and then to send it need to buy the gas token for the network. MoonPay is cancer but at least it does what it’s supposed to, as opposed to this joke.

    Never had problems until i did, now cant fix. Everything was fine until the app randomly decided to log me out and since it never let me know needed to have the 12 word pass phrase to recover I can’t reclaim the funds. The support line for trying to resolve the matter is very unhelpful and is only done through email. If you wish to do anything with crypto, I suggest finding another app to go through.

I bought bitcoin $106 and BitPay log me out and stole my money, I logged in back and then history was wiped and zero on my balance, I checked the transaction id because it said completed , if they haven’t stolen your money yet they’ll soon, I’m reporting this company to the FBI with my. Transactions history and I will sue hem.

    Extremely Disappointed and Feel Cheated. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with BitPay after breaking my old phone. I didn’t have my recovery phrase backed up, but I assumed my account could still be recovered using the same login credentials on a new phone. To my shock, that was not the case. Without the recovery phrase, I was told there was no way to access my funds. I had over $2,000 in my wallet, and now it feels as though that money is gone forever. BitPay’s inability (or unwillingness) to provide alternative recovery options raises serious questions about their platform. Their rigid reliance on the recovery phrase system seems designed to ensure users lose access to their funds, funneling money back to the company. I’ve come to see BitPay as unreliable and possibly a scam. Their lack of customer support or solutions for cases like mine is appalling. I strongly urge others to reconsider before using BitPay—because if you lose your recovery phrase, you might lose your money too.

    One of the worst apps I’ve ever used!. I moved a significant amount of Bitcoin to this app. I receive payments about once a month at which point I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This happens at least once a month. I’m a seasoned software developer and test engineer with lots of tech related experience. I’ve even documented known issues to the support team to which they are completely unappreciative. I’m always able to retrieve my wallet, but good luck if your mom needs to use this app, or if you do and aren’t tech savvy. Their support group, and obviously their software development team are very ineffective.

    Locked my wallet. I had started the process of using the BitPay wallet I never finished but add a small amount of bitcoin to it. The wallet is now locked and I have no way to get to that bitcoin. I would stay away from this app.

    Pop ups lock the iPhone app. Every pop up completely locks the iPhone app and I can’t use it. Clicking X or viewing the pop up won’t clear it and neither does restarting the app. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. Otherwise when it works it works well. I love having my own wallet and not being dependent on any third party, when I can access it.
