   Not at all. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a fuel card service. From the beginning, everything seemed promising, but in reality, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. First, the acceptance network is extremely limited. Many locations that are supposed to accept the card either decline it or have issues processing it, which defeats the entire purpose of having a “fuel card.” As a driver on the road, reliability is everything—and this card is far from reliable. Second, the fees and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Charges appear without clear explanations, and there is no straightforward breakdown of what you are actually paying for. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Customer support is another major problem. Getting assistance is difficult, responses are slow, and when you do get help, the answers are vague and don’t actually resolve the issue. For something as essential as fuel access, this level of support is completely inadequate. On top of that, the overall system does not deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a helpful tool for drivers and businesses, but in reality, it creates more problems than it solves. Delays, declined transactions, and constant uncertainty make it stressful to rely on. I would not recommend this card to anyone. There are far better and more dependable options available. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere.

   Unauthorized charges. Why did this app just charge me $10 to download it for my job?! It didn’t say anything about payment.

   Doesn’t lock card in. I have to manually punch in the last four digits on the card and then the pin to unlock the card itself

   Vin. The option to type in the last 6 of the vin does not work and to take a photo of the bar code takes up to 10 minutes. The light at 5am is not enough to get the bar code to scan

   Worst Management. This company has the worst management and the worst support staff on the market. We have been with this company since it started and even allowed them to use the Sharicom Health name in their advertisements. But, the company has changed hands so many times since then, it is a joke. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely disorganized.

    Unable to link bank account. My experience with AtoB has been a disaster. Multiple tickets, multiple calls, chats on the website/app, calls from managers. Everyone with their own and different answers (they not seem to be on the same page). I have tried to link my bank account manually still getting error, clear cookies/catche, use chrome, etc… and still having the same issue. I even paid the fee to setup my account, got cards I didn’t even wanted since I want a credit line not prepaid. Followed every step on every ticket and still Unable to link bank account keep getting same error. I even tried last week send a screenshot and nobody had taken the decency to even reach out.

    Don’t do it!. I fell in love with this card two years ago. So much so that I wrote a raving review! Boy was I fooled. In two years the interest has increased, the transaction fees have risen and they lie to you over the phone. Not to mention the constant draft attempts on your account even after they’ve been paid. Then they’ll turn your credit card into a prepaid account without warning!! You have been warned!!!! Enter at your own risk!!!

    Cannot view balance from the app. Please consider improving.. App is okay. Would be a lot better if you could view you balance and add funds to your card from the app instead of having to login on the website each you need to perform these tasks. Please consider these improvements. Thanks

    Verification doesn’t work. After creating my online account, I downloaded this app. I clicked sign-in and it sends my a verification code, but every time I put the code in, it does nothing. Please help!

    Decent. I wish the app had more access to be able to pay account. Otherwise, it’s helpful in locating stations and locking the card.

    App is not great but I love using the card to get 5¢ off!. It’s hard to search for a qualifying gas station in the app and it’s not easy to see what the added discount is. Also, there aren’t many stations with added discounts to begin with. Overall, I wish the app had a better UI.

    Great app great saving slow processing. I love how the savings work for the app and the program that is used. The app does have some bugs that should be addressed I wait 30 mins at times to get funds into the account to purchase fuel. Other than that this is a great app!

    Wyns LLC AtoB review. Have been using for a couple years and the only issues I’ve had are sometimes the fuel prices can be different, card stops working at locations I’ve just used at the day before (inconvenient if you’ve passed other fuel stations that have a better price than the one you’re at because of the fuel discount you would’ve had if your card worked at the location you stopped at because the app showed it valid at the time). In all it can be convenient

    Not a bad choice.. I’ve had the card for over a year now and find it works well with discounts for my fleet and personal use. I rated it lower because I wasn’t given my bonus and credit line increase when I met the obligations when I first started using it. Despite that customer support is decent as well as many of the perks even though I don’t use many of them. Overall it’s a good card for smaller fleets and your own personal use

    Great for saving. The AtoB app is a great way to manage all of my fuel cost. I enjoy being able to save on something I have to purchase anyway. I’d recommend to anyone looking for an efficient way to manage their drivers.

    Simple and Convenient. I’ve used AtoB fuel card for almost a year now and enjoy the simplicity and efficiency this card offers for my technicians and I to use . The features are also helpful, I have the card set with a cap and also timeframes for usage which comes in handy to effectively keep track of misuse. I took a star away only for the “consequence” that is applied for a late payment, in my case the funds were in a different account and I attempted to fix it the next day but was met with a hefty late fee by AtoB. Other than that it’s a great fuel card that can be used at any gas station.

    Love the simplicity of the app.. I love the fact that ATOB allows me to locate and find different gas stations. I also love that the gas prices are accurate once I arrive at the gas station.

    Great app-very functional. Great app, easy to transition to once through the set up process. Makes it convenient to use for drivers. Set up could be a bit easy. Great to have real time data especially in cases where driver has issues, you have fix immediately.

    Good app for gas savings. The app runs very well, and seems to be updated regularly with accurate pricing. The savings I can usually find within a few miles definitely add up.

    Lots of functionality; just wish the process was a little smoother. I definitely love the functionality and security features offered with A to B. However the setup process is a bit cumbersome. When registering drivers/devices, it’s necessary to send an invitation to each one (which is simple enough with a check box), but it would be nice to be able to multi select and send invitation to all at one time or to have an option to import a CSV to quickly add multiple drivers/devices at one time.
