   Appears to no longer work. I’ve been trying to reach anyone for 8 months. Had a flat tire, scheduled service and vendor did not show up. After weeks of daily emails, in app messages and phone calls I have yet to hear from treads. They do however attempt to get payment every couple days.

   Locked out of my account. I have tried everything try to make new account even will not let me login no matter what I try cannot get in contact with app support cannot send messages through the app cannot receive messages through the app. The app is just not working or responding. It always says timed out.

   Don’t get. This used to be an amazing app/subscription, but is now unresponsive. I’m assuming they went under and continue to bill monthly with no way to cancel. I scheduled a maintenance for a tire repair and they never came, emergency roadside never answered, and there is so way to get in contact with anyone.

I have been trying for over two months to cancel my subscription and nobody will get back to me They have no phone number to call only text with no replies email and no replies and chat no replies They renew your subscription automatically after your term and they will not answer any sort of communication so you can cancel they just keep charging you

   FRAUD. This company has seemed to have gone under. There is NO one that works here. Yet they continue to bill all their customers and cannot cancel on the app, this is a FRAUD. Services were great until mid 2025. The least they can do is to cancel all customers subscriptions and stop the auto pay. This is FRAUD. REPORT TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY.

    No human customer support. It has been two weeks and I have not been able to get ahold of customer support. Only the chatbot that says it will attempt to get a human. Road side assistance does not answer, text messages to their contact number go unanswered as well as emails unanswered. Had a flat tire and needed repair had to go to another shop and pay for services. Have oil change and tire rotation scheduled but not confirmed yet either. Horrible customer service as they GHOST you

    No customer service. They do an excellent job of taking money but there is absolutely no way to talk to a human being it says tires aren’t available in my area for renewal yet they still take the money out of my account I have tried to cancel it’s impossible this just only proves a I can’t run a business And these people are just stealing at this point

    No answer to billing disputes. I setup a service appointment a week in advance. Never got the confirmation email, my appointment day and came , went to the shop I selected and they had no record of it. Used the stupid AI chat because of there stupid terms of a cancel fee. Waited 10 days with no answer. Tried the AI chat again was told I would not be charged and to cancel and reschedule. They charged me $50 cancel fee and the only way to dispute is via email. Was told it would be answered with in 10 days. It’s now day 11 no answer. And the AI chat states if I dispute with bank my entire account will go to collections. This business has turned to garbage, I have used this on 2 vehicles and never had a problem until now.

    Waiting over a month for tire availability. I’ve been a premium level customer for years and I’ve been waiting for over a month to hear back on tire availability. I first inquired on August 15th and it’s now September 17th.

    These guys should honestly face RICO charges.. Customer service is the worst. There’s fine print that locks you into their predatory contract somewhere, good luck finding it… You’re better off getting tires literally any other way.

    App does not work anymore. Installed App, made my account, verified my identity by uploading my DL. When trying to select plan, the plans don’t show up, I receive an error, something went wrong connection lost, please try again. I have tried this on another phone, iPad, android, and all show the same exact error. I have tried contacting customer service via the app, I was told a month ago that the app was having issues and that tech support was working on it. Month later still the same error. I followed up and did not receive a response. Also noticed that it only shows one person available in the chat support. Are they going out of business?

    No tires today; but here, have some spam.. The company providing this service doesn’t sell tires in California yet, but they sure don’t have a problem sending me push notifications encouraging me to buy car insurance through them. Bought the tires somewhere else, happy with my current car insurance; don’t need the app.

    Credit lie. I only used this service because they told me they would report to credit after making on time payments. Paid on time for two years, nothing was reported to my credit. Why pay double the cost of the tires for nothing. If finance is what you need most local shops will do that and are better as they don’t sub out the job. Not for me again

    Goto a Tire shop. Contacted them shortly after initial install and explained I was pretty certain tires were out of balance or had at least a defective one. I was instructed to do a rotation request and put in notes to check/rebalance which I did. Technician did rotation but did not check or rebalance (have this on camera). Finally had enough paid for a shop to do inspection and rebalance. Contacted treads who offered to refund what I spent getting balanced but now I have screwed up wear patterns what about that? What about the misleading and false advertising about reporting to credit? I requested a supervisor and or manager to contact me last month and of course haven’t heard back

    Terrible service. Absolutely horrendous service. Had a nail in a tire out of town. They expect me to pay out of pocket to replace their tire. Refuse to reimburse, won’t answer questions and not upholding their end of the contract. Buyer beware.

    THUMBS DOWN. This app isn’t cracked up to what you think it is. I have the premium subscription on two of my vehicles. When I was due for a tire rotation the guy came and told me that he couldn’t do it due to the amount of tread left. I completely understand that. When I contacted support they said that I’d have to pay another $600 for a set of tires. Yes my tread was low but I thought it was all covered in this overpriced, overrated service??? My tread ware was due to a big snowstorm that we had three days after Christmas and the ice stayed on the ground for months. I don’t know about anyone else but I have to work regardless of what the weather is like. Once my period is up that I agreed to I’m out! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    App is terrible. The app is terrible. 1st it wouldn’t let me finish signing up because my phone number was duplicated? Then I spent hours researching tire options just to find my top 3 options were not available. Then when trying to change tire options I got another error. After reaching out to tech support they informed me there were only 3 options available under premium none of which I wanted. When asking for some type of install discount due to the additional hassle they refused. A friend of mine vouches for the service itself which is the only reason I am deciding to move forward but again the app has been a terrible experience and customer service hasn’t been accommodating to alleviate any of the annoyance I have dealt with.

    Schedule appt at Discount tire to save $ & time. From what I understand there is no real savings of time or money by downloading this app and agreeing to a subscription. If you set up an appointment at discount tire or big O they usually get you done within the hour and both offer free tire repairs for life even if you don’t buy a tire from them. I repeat if you have a tire that needs repaired take it to DISCOUNT TIRE and they’ll do it for FREE. This app doesn’t do that. I can go to Les Schwab tire and get their premium tire Mounted, balanced, plus an alignment(this service can’t offer) and free repairs for life for less than the $30 subscription on this app. And yes, you offer free roadside service. Well I maintain my vehicle quite well so I have never needed to tow truck. And if I ever do, my insurance has me covered for free.

    Still a bad app after 1 year. Still no plans at 3 locations in different states. Asking for a lot of info including insurance without offering any plan subscriptions. I’ll continue reviewing this app on each update and giving it 1 star till either support answers with a timeframe or till they fix their subscription availability.

    Not a bad idea. Good idea with tire subscription. You will end up paying $500 or more extra for the tires over the course of the subscription. Also when you’ve deleted your profile and app, the company will continue to contact you regarding their subscription and annoy you daily. And every single nickname is taken when you try to leave a negative review.

You can get off-road, you can get winter tires. All of that on Tirerack. Here, they will only give you the cheap tires. And the tires may even be used, but they have good tread on them. Nope. Don’t buy. Go somewhere else. ——————————————— READ THIS!!! This is an price gouging scam!!!! ——————- This is an overpriced scam. The service requires a two-year minimum contract that if you multiply eight dollars times 24 months that equals roughly $1,700.00 Plus any type of installation fees, maintenance fees, membership fees, any other type of fee that they then want to charge you. You cannot withdraw yourself out of the agreement unless you want to pay the full amount for the two years at once, plus a early termination fee. Run very far away from this application, buy your own tires at a tire shop, and you will be much happier and you will save money. I got a quote from Walmart for my 275 6020 tires for my 2015 ram 1500 and the total cost will be about $500 for four tires.Plus installation of roughly $15 per tire. That is a tremendously shaper price than paying a membership to do the same thing.
