   Can’t log in. Every time I try to log in on the app or website it says “oops something went wrong”. So actually pretty useless. Failure at the most basic task.

   All past vehicles gone. Must have been an update as all my vehicles are gone and when I try to enter them and add them to my profile, it continues to say oops I can’t add them so now it is absolutely useless

I am aware that I did use the Free Carquest standard brake pads/upgrade to premium gold for $10 off. I did read your *Exclusions apply and it falls under the Special offers. Think about how the coupon reads % Off orders $Xx+ ONLINE ONLY. My order was online and still over $100+.

    It’s a pain ! Not like back in the day google Rear Wheel hub bearing 2011 Toyota Camry LE 4cylinder. What I do see , other parts houses got both rears $ 77. & 99. That’s for both and Advance has me filling out this complaint who ever desired to make it so difficult for me to speaks my money at Advance! someone from AutoZone or Napa or total auto parts must’ve set up the online service for Advance so that they won’t get customers ! is now I’m going to one of your competitors because I’m still trying to look up the price of your rear wheel hub bearingsFor a 2011 Toyota Camry LE four-cylinder and yes I did work at AutoZone for four years in Stoughton Massachusetts !

    Terrible experiences.. In the past two weeks, I’ve made three orders. The first order when I showed up at the store one of the main item was not there yet. I didn’t live close so I told him I would hang around and ask them to call me when it got there. When I didn’t hear back in an hour, I went back to the shop and it was there.

    App quirky, setup good though. App does what it needs to and is helpful in finding the right information. Some of the background “basics” like checkout and profile creation are quirky and inconsistent. Currently it is 9pm and after 47 attempts to order a part from a store to be delivered tomorrow I’ve just decided to go to the store tomorrow.

    Updates at the worst time. Whenever I use the app, I’m usually coming to the store, and the app requires an update, which I cannot skip. It’s extremely frustrating. Make updates optional.

    Unreliable. Only app on my phone that works half of the time. The rewards system is useless when you save them for emergencies but the app doesn’t work that day. Like today. I love the company and am disappointed.

    Misleading and out 200. DO NOT ORDER THE AT HOME DELIVERY! Had previously made an order and it wasn’t mentioned until after purchase that it wasn’t actually advanced auto that delivers it. Ordered 2 items- one got delivered the second is missing and corporate is saying there is a chance that we won’t get almost 200 dollars back. Even though there is picture proof only one item was delivered (taken by the driver themselves). Store claims both were picked up while driver states they grabbed what was on the counter. We have communicated with corporate for a few days and still no resolution so save yourself some time and money- and order for in person pick up and NOT HOME DELIVERY!! And Advanced Auto maybe actually set protections for your customers instead of just trusting random people not even associated with your company to not steal or lie about your store. And stop punishing customers who need a refund to rebuy the part so they can fix their daily driver car. (Which is still stuck in the yard and can’t be driven) we don’t even have enough money to get it to a mechanic even if we wanted to instead of dealing with this mess of a situation.
