   Issues with app. Reporting isn’t accurate when breaking down categories of driving and the aggregate reporting is wrong also.

   Used to be a good app. I used to count on this app as accurate, although at times it would take weeks for the trip logs to populate. Now it’s worthless, as it misses multiple days at a time, recently drove nearly 3000 miles over two weeks, and only one day of those days is showing. There is no contact us or help or chat in the app and you have to watch an ad every time you open it, which crashes the app almost every time. Before it became unreliable, I would have paid for the app to not have to watch the ad, but that has never been an option. At this point I am wondering how many miles I am missing as write offs due to this inaccuracy and unreliability.

   Ads haven’t made it better. I have used this app for years. And I’ve hated it. It fails to send notifications, so if you aren’t actively thinking about mileage, you accumulate hundreds of miles of trips before you remember to classify them. Glitches and missed trips galore are part of this app. Now, ads pop open every time you open the app, which I thought would make it better, but no. I have trips that I automatically wanted classified, but it classifies every drive the same that starts and ends in the same location- home. And there’s no way to remove the setting. It’s garbage. Would not recommend.

   Good thing it’s free. You get what you pay for. This app “MileLogger-Mileage tracker just quit working without any warning in April 2024. Here it is, February 2025 and I have absolutely NO mileage data. Grrrrr!

   Stupidest. Since this app has allowed the stupidest commercial interruptions, I hate this app. I will be switching. I can’t believe that they would have made a functional app into something so idiotic. All the noise that comes on, all the random places for the advertising, it’s just stupid. I don’t know if someone was fired but whoever decided this obviously does not use this app. I hope I wasn’t unclear.

    This app seems broken. After classifying my first trip as personal, it vanished. Totals at the top still show zero. On the reports page, personal and business are covered by the stat boxes (which don’t work either). It worked tracking my trip automatically but then fell completely flat.

    Doesn’t track. I have had multiple issues with trips popping up for me to log. They only pop up sometimes. Worked great when I first got it but now most times it won’t log trips.

    Apple UI. You need to fix your Apple UI. Overlap of selecting business or personal, force quit when try to extract reports. And you literally have ads for MILEAGE IQ on your app. Who advertises their competitors?

    It doesn’t work. It doesn’t work at all. I had my location settings set to always. I had this app open in the background. There’s no option to start a route, and it doesn’t automatically track your driving either

    Crashes every time.. I love the functions and ease of use this mile tracker offers but it does me no good when it crashes every time I try exporting a report. I am not able to send my milage to my employer through this app because it’s crashes every time I try to export the miles driven within a pay period.

    No longer reliable. Worked great then suddenly stopped working. Got it to start logging again only to stop again.

    App support seems to have stopped. I really like this app. Used it all year happily and then when I went to do my taxes, I found I could only pull a report for business but not for personal or all trips. I am now hosed on my taxes and super disappointed. If this was fixed I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

    Cannot change reports. I tried it and looked to be perfect except for not being able to change reports. Uninstalled and found a new app. Too bad because I love how simple it was.

    Never does what it’s designed to do. The app hardly ever works. Since January I’ve been driving and no miles have logged…what’s the point of this app it’s trash
