   Stopped Image uploads. Images would take a couple of seconds to upload, with an update months ago now it takes 10-30 min per photo. Rending the app useless for our delivery crew. I am actively looking for a new app. 15+ users gone because of this. Permission customization is non existent. either you give an employee all access (they can delete cards, boards, whatever they want) or you give them only ability to comment, no in between. Trello is a joke for business. Should only be used for extremely simple things.

   Founder / CEO. Terrible. This is in no way user friendly. No instruction , nothing to guide you in set up. It’s a cheaply made app.

   Huge bug makes it impossible to use. Site is way better but a shame that the app doesn’t work properly, after creating a list, the sync constantly updates to “enabling finish status” and Disabling finish status” every second and it slows the app to an impossible crawl that makes the app unusable

   Never loads. Truly the worst app I’ve ever used and contacting support is impossible. I haven’t been able to load my board on the app for months and I’ve tried everything to fix it. Terrible.

   Wanted to Foster or Adopt a Cat. This app prevents me from viewing available pets. Or doing any kind of meaningful navigation. There’s LOTS of extraneous nonsense though, if you’d prefer to make a lists or look obsessively at the Best Friends LOGO. I could not find any information on the cat I saw at their shelter. Best wishes to him though, but I have exceeded my frustration threshold.

   No Public Trello Access. Unfortunately the app, unlike its web-browser counterpart, has no feature to allow you to import or view other people’s assembled trello’s. This means that, for my purposes of downloading the app, it is useless and I am promptly deleting it. If a feature like this gets added in the future I will definitely be re-downloading! If I am missing something also please do inform me.

    Not syncing with my lap top. App on phone is not showing lists i made on my computer. Boards made show but nothing on them

    Super buggy. Logs you out a lot; synchronizing across devices is very slow and often hit-and-miss; low confidence that my lists and data will be maintained. Had to fully recreate all of my boards and lists once already when my account was locked out for no reason. Customer service is non existent. Find another way to manage your list and projects. 2026 update — the UI with iOS 26.5 is horrendous.

    Disappointed. Potentially a good app…however there is no way to purchase it through the Apple App Store. I have tried to contact the ‘Trello Team’ through their own supplied link AND again through their provided customer support link…both are dead. As far as I can see this was a waste of time. The ‘good’ news is I didn’t loose money with this company.

    Awful. This app is awful. There’s no real text formatting available for titles, which should be a basic functionality feature. The worst thing about this app is how awful the organization works on the app. On desktop, I can add a card anywhere I want. On this app, it makes me add the new card to the bottom, and then I have to drag it to where I want to put it. In addition, when editing cards, there’s a considerable lag of a few seconds. When I open a card and tap on the text to change it, nothing happens. I tried tapping twice, I tried long pressing. Nothing. I just have to keep tapping and wait until the app gets it together and figures out that I want to edit text.

    Very confusing. Was hoping to use this as an organizational tool but the app seems very confusing to set up basic tasks. Since I am unable to work it myself I see no ability to train my staff to use it to help us.

    the auto-logout feature breaks the app. Occasionally, the app will log me out automatically and require me to log back in. That's fair, maybe it's for security, but that's not the problem. The problem, is that every time it happens, the app gets stuck on a loading screen forever no matter what I try. I've tried restarting. Doesn't do anything. The only thing that fixes it is FULLY REINSTALLING IT. This is the second time this has happened. Fix your app and I might change my rating. As it stands, if this happens again, I'm probably going to find an alternative.

    Intrusive Jira Pop Up. Today, 3/2/2026 I’m unable to use trello on web because there’s a big message that prompts me to sign up for Jira. There’s no way to close or minimize this message. Im deleting and moving my tasks somewhere else.

    Awful Sign Up. Partner asked me to sign up so we could use it to plan our wedding. The link that made it to my email didn’t work. Tried to log back in and it wouldn’t accept “log in with apple.” Tried to change the password but it required sending an email that never arrived. Multiple attempts and 30 minutes later I just had to make a new account. Incredibly frustrating. I can’t imaging the app is any good if I can’t even sign up for it
