   Blood Pressure App. I find it way too difficult to get the app/phone to get to the point where I can get it to take a reading, even if I don't move my hand at all to take three in a row. I tested the app's accuracy when I got my physical with inconstant results. I installed a lens proector which might be contributing to my difficulty with getting the app to read me, but the lens protector stays!

   Lost profile. I did an update to the app and it lost my profile and blood pressure history. So I won’t be using this anymore. I was ok with it before this happened.

   No HealthKit Support. It is insane that this app doesn’t have the ability to sync with HealthKit!

   App is misleading. App advertised as a free app Once downloaded I read that cost $ 39.99 I deleted the app less than 5 minutes after I downloaded but still charge me the $40. I complained to apple but they said is nothing they can do because is a third party app. I feel very bad and scam I don’t think is right. Wish you had a time usage log so it could be seen that I didn’t use it for 5 minutes

   Was good but now awful.. I can barely afford my blood pressure medication as is, I especially cannot afford an app that once was free. After the update all of my data was erased and if any was still there was blocked by a paywall I cannot afford. I need an app that is reliable for me to be able to keep my blood pressure. I understand the money for improving but this app has become a privilege. If you are in need of tracking your blood pressure and sending data to your doctor this app will only do so if you pay. Which many like me cannot afford that. And there are no actual free pressure monitoring apps out there. I used to love this app too. I just wish I could still be able to monitor my pressure without being locked out by a paywall.

   What happened to this app?. This used to be a very clean and helpful app. Recently it has been updated and it is now horrible. Ad walls, blocked features, and a cluttered look. I will be looking for an alternative. Very sad.

   Update ruined it!. I would have given this app 5 stars before this update. New update did not improve this app and it is buggy.. wish I could download the older version.. new version is terrible.. deleting app from my phone

   Update stole my info. Terrible update! Forced to pay to upgrade and now all my stored data from several years is lost unless I upgrade. What a scam.

    The new version is much worse. This app was perfect. Why did the make it so cluttered? Where did the history go? I wish I could revert back.

    Want My Money Back!. Update in early 2025 cost me $40 but eliminated ability to record pulse and daily patient notes. Only apparent improvement was more colorful display. I grudgingly paid up, used the new version for some weeks then this morning ALL my data is gone! App now wants to log me in as a new user! Earlier free version was far more useful, new $$ pretty-looking version handled less information and then LOST everything I had recorded. App doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to do.

    Ruined it.. 1.0 was perfect. Simple and easy to use. All I needed was a BP app and this was just that. Now they’ve ruined it by adding all this extra stuff to A BP APP. You can’t even add in your own heart rate. Have to rely on the stupid flash. Give me a break. You get that from the BP machine. I can’t believe I also paid for this 2.0 non sense thinking why not. Now the app is crashing on me for no reason. Trash. You all ruined a perfectly good app.

    Worthless. The app was recently updated and is no longer free, also doesn’t work. Can’t enter blood pressure reading. Says try again.

    Upsales on every screen. You can’t do anything on this app without going through an upsell screen. But I was using it anyway because I just need a basic BP tracker. Well today it keeps crashing and I can’t even access any of my data from last week. I think this app raised my BP because it’s so frustrating.

    Now have to pay. This app used to be Awsome but unfortunately now you have to pay for the upgrades and for them to track averages. It also times out allot and you have to restart the app. Unfortunately I will be looking at other apps to replace this one

    Hate the new update. I absolutely hate the new update and UI. Everything I had before is now hidden behind paywalls, and now I have more clicks to look at my history. Just everything is very cluttered. Do not recommend.

    You Changed. This was an excellent app when it was free! I guess y’all had your reasons to make us pay now. 👎 Doesn’t seem to be another free app out there either. I didn’t have much data in there. Just the last 4 months. I can’t even get that back to show my doctor. Luckily I took pics so I just have to scroll through and find those. 😩

    Deceitful. Updated there app to make what was free before part of the paid service. Now all my BP data is lost unless I pay. Should have sent a warning or grandfathered historical users data before the change 😡

    New update is terrible!. This app was simple and easy to use everyday. The update makes it cumbersome and changed the whole design. It was not a valuable update. Now it costs to simply track my BP. Deleting the app.

    Used to be a great app. They completely changed the app and now you can’t record your data without a subscription. Completely useless now for my needs of just tracking daily blood pressure.

    Used to be Free. Just like others, I updated the app and now all the previously free features are locked behind a subscription. This used to be free no frills app that had issues but still helped me capture my bp and share it with my doctor. Time to delete and find another.

    Old Version Was Better. This app just got a complete redesign for the worse. Now almost everything is locked behind a paywall. I originally downloaded this app for its free features, which are no longer available. The update also messed up all the previous data that was stored in the app. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new app to replace this.

    Fell out of love. I really loved that this app was free for me to keep up with my newly found blood pressure problem. But the sudden switch to a subscription service with no warning, no option to back up my data, and all of my numbers lost, I am saddened by this change. I now have to start all over again and will likely just have to start carrying another notebook.
