   Horrible app. I didn’t mind this app at first. It allowed me to keep track of my blood pressures. But the ads are unbearable. The banner ads at the top or bottom of the screen are tolerable. But every time you add a new reading or edit an old one, you immediately are bombarded with a full screen app that makes it difficult to close. Some of the other reviews mentioned users trying to add a new reading and it opened the last one. This is still happening despite the developer saying that these were fixed 4 years ago. It seems pretty ridiculous that I have to double check that a “new” reading is truly a new reading.

   Ads. Way too many ads all the time. I can manage a couple of ads a day, but not every time I use the app.

   Permanent ads. You can’t close the ads. You have to close the app and reopen it after each reading.

   Obnoxious ads. After making an entry an add appears which cannot be removed. Have to power cycle to get back to readings.

   All Ads. You enter your BP and you get a one minute ad before it saves. This ap is predatory. It’s just a money maker for the creators who put in the minimum effort into the UI. Run the other way.

   Won’t open. The app will not open. It just disappears. This is the second time this has happened and I had to delete the app and reinstall. Lost all my readings. Now it’s happened again. Find a different app

   Keeps Crashing. Was thoroughly enjoying the app, however over the past several days have been unable to open the app to use it. It crashes and closes out each time. Frustrating as I’m unable to view my data that I’ve been inputting.

   Excessive, invasive ads. Excessive and invasive ads that are difficult to navigate without opening the App Store or web pages when trying to close them. When you go to add a new reading, it often asks me to edit the last reading instead of opening a new entry. Poor design.

   Has the wrong date and times!. I liked this app because it is pretty basic and doesn’t have a whole lot of bells and whistles. You download it and start using it. You also don’t fill out anything and then are given the option to subscribe to something. You don’t have to enter email address. The ads are kind of annoying, though. But the past several days when I am logging a reading, it will have the wrong time. Also I noticed that it has the wrong date in the log. It says “today “but really it’s the next day.. after Monday this week, every day is labeled as “today.” so I just have to be really mindful to make sure the correct date and time is on there… I don’t know if there’s a glitch or what but that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. It’s almost annoying. I hope they see this and fix it! I tried looking for a place to email them but there is nothing in the app.

    Date issue. I downloaded this yesterday and used it twice and once more today. All three readings show ‘today’ for the date. The time is correct.

    You ruined it!. This used to be the most wonderful app for recording B/P. It was clean and simple, and easy to use. Then I made the mistake to update it! Now every time I try to enter my B/P results I’m bombarded with ads of loud obnoxious games that are almost impossible to turn off! I’d give it no stars if I could. I’m deleting it now. What a shame, what a waste!

    Basic and not automated. The date does not automatically populate when you click add a reading. The first three days I used it are all the same date. It’s a crappy money grab for old people. Sad excuse for an ap.

    Locked up app. It’s one thing to make someone watch ads for your app to be free but it’s a complete different story when those ads will not close so you can use the actual app. So disappointed, otherwise it would have been a very useful app. Advise not to even download unless you want to pay for the app service.

    Terrible. Poorly designed app.. Klunky interface. Especially poor is the comment/notes text box, which displays far too little text whether in browse or edit mode. I totally get the fact that a free app has to serve up ads. But the ads are loud and extremely annoying. I deleted this crappy app off my phone the first day. This app has the look and feel of something thrown together in an afternoon by a 14 year old kid while cookbooking from “Programming for Dummies”. I would rather pay for an app that is designed by someone who knows what they are doing and that does not serve up noxious ads that counterproductively raise one’s blood pressure.

    Constant FULL PAGE adds. The APP hijacks the iPad screen to sell or “activate” all kinds of junk after each BP log entry. It is misleading and uses the guise of “Activating” features that have nothing to do with a health diary. At least be honest in the description that your app is no more than a rudimentary redirect and mislead people. Waste of time!!!!!!

    Ads. The ads are terrible. Once one comes up I can’t figure out how to get out of it and back to the app. I close the app and restart. You are just entering number. This isn’t complex. I am going to find something else with less intrusive ads.

    It worked until it didn’t.. My BP Journal was a simple, easy to use app that worked for about three months with no issue. Then one day it just would not open and I lost all the data that was stored. I reinstalled it but was unable to recover the data. Will likely look for another app that’s more trustworthy.

    What happened?. This app was perfect for what I wanted - to track my BP and pulse any time of day. I don’t see any improvements with the update and entering the data just got clunky. Too bad.

    So many ads!. I loved this app and it was very helpful. I didn’t mind the ads at the bottom of the screen but a couple of weeks ago I started getting sprint video ads that take up the whole screen! Plus they start off with loud music. When you are just documenting your blood pressure first thing in the morning you don’t expect to have loud music and an ad start up. I’m really disappointed. Also with the new update I have to get rid of the “0”s before I can put in my numbers. Is that just a glitch and something you will be fixing?

    I would like to give this app 5 stars. Hi! I have been using this app for some time now, there are ads but I understand wanting someone to purchase for the ad free version. However why did you take away the option to export my log to my doctor? As of three days ago (latest and largest update I have seen) I can not export my entries. This is a big problem as I need to report my entries every week! Please fix so I can change my rating. Thanks.

    Free BP Journal APP. Free version has an advertisement after every blood pressure entry. I have to exit the app to make another entry. The ‘paid’ version is hopefully better.
