   Hate update. The app crashes and will not let me login. It’s done it at least three times in the past three months. I’ve been using the app for years since 2018 with three children. I used to love it, but not anymore.

   Glitches ruin the app. App is constantly failing. It has glitches were the timer keeps going even when I completely shut down the app. The only thing that helps is deleting the app. I have to delete it and re download it constantly and even then log in sometimes won’t work and I can’t even get it. When it does work it works fine but the glitches make it awful. Bringing the rating down to a 1 because I can’t log in. And without logging in I can’t use the app.

   Unreliable. This was working fine and helped me track my pumping volumes and times; the app was one of the reasons I chose Medela. However after weeks of no issues, suddenly I was no longer able to access ANY of the data I input and used to stay organized; EVERYTHING was gone…and no matter what I would try…the app would try to get me to login somewhere and then say there’s an error and to try again endlessly. So effectively I am no longer able to the app or access prior data. Garbage!

   Ridiculous. I use this app every single time I pump to track how long I pump. But it no longer functions. The app crashes. And now it won’t even let me sign in. Absolutely ridiculous.

   Bug fix update broke my app. Whatever update hit today on 10/23 broke my app. (iPhone iOS 26.0.1). I’ve reinstalled and it just crashes when it launches.

   What just happened?!. I was using the app to track pumping and breastfeeding sessions. I just updated the app and now it won’t even let me open it! It loads to 10% and then auto closes the app. What just happened?

    Doesn’t work; Doesn’t track properly. The app tracks nothing. Always says there’s an issue with the server and doesn’t stop when I turn off my pump, doesn’t let me save the amount and keeps going saying I’ve been pumping still even when the device is off. I can’t even cancel the pump. The app doesn’t not work and is very frustrating.

    Doesn’t work well with products. Doesn’t sync well with Sonata. Would take days to sync now that’s fixed (last update) but it doesn’t save duration of pumping sessions anymore?? I’ve had nothing but problems with this app and the Bluetooth of the Sonata product. App could be MUCH MORE user friendly. Sorely disappointed and paying for a different app to track my pumping. If you’re buying a medela product for the Bluetooth aspect, DON’T.

    Pump tracking not working. I do not like that the pump sessions aren’t saved or the time is off. I already tried recommended trouble shooting like installing and uninstalling the app. Very disappointed.

    Could be great. Update: I’m using an iPhone 17 and the Medela Swing Maxi. I love that this app connects to my pump, especially because my pump doesn’t show how long a session lasts. However, this is the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. After a pumping session and after closing the app, it will still show an active session/timer on my phone. Even when pump is turned off. I don’t know why or how it’s running in the background like that, especially because that feature doesn’t work when I am actually pumping. I think the app is trying to do too much. Simplify the content and fix the basic features and it would be great.

    Needs improvement. Overall the app is not bad. But it needs so many things fixed. I noticed it doesn’t register my pump sessions sometimes, I sometimes can’t add the amount I pumped. I honestly don’t even use this app anymore, it’s made me so frustrated so many times. It has lost connection to my pump so I keep having to log in. Not something you want to deal with every night when you’re sleep deprived. I have been struggling keeping my supply up and this app is not helping whatsoever. Very negative review sorry, the pump is great but it’s pretty frustrating to use the app

    Functional but bugs. 2 stars only because I love my maxi swing pump. The app tries to log pumps when they’re not happening and that leaves a timer on my phone that I can’t get rid of. It also has logged pumps from 1975 that if I delete just come back. Fix the bugs!!

    Sleep function causing app crash. We really liked this app and have been using it for the last four months. However for some reason entering the sleep function has been causing the app to crash and we have to redownload the app to use it at all but have to avoid logging sleep. Hopefully the bug can be fixed soon!

    Breast pump motors. I love this app been using for a little over 5 months now. I have the swing-maxi hands free pump, but I just don’t understand why I cannot buy just the motor. I would have just bought a whole different pump if it was gonna be this much of a hassle. Don’t get me wrong I love my pump but I want a smaller motor, it’s to much to lug around the maxi when I’m out and about with my baby. It would be so much easier if there was a way to just buy the motor, but instead you have to spends hundreds of dollars just to get the motor you need.

    Glitches. I like this app because I can track my pumping sessions and it obviously goes from my pump to the app… well sometimes. It doesn’t always transfer over. Sometimes, if it does transfer over, it’s the next day or sometimes the next pumping session. Then I have to add it manually and that is a chore in itself. It’s very frustrating. Sometimes the “hour, minute, second” tab pops up when I click it and sometimes it doesn’t. If I go to press “pump now“ under “pump settings”, most of the time, the time isn’t correct. I’m currently writing this at 2:57 am, and my app says it’s “9:55 pm”. It’s very frustrating. This definitely needs fixed for a smoother app experience. I should be able to click to add it manually with no issues, sometimes it won’t let me click it at all. It should let me edit the time I started pumping, how long, and how many oz.
