   Doesn’t save Data & paid premium. I paid for the premium version of this app and Im really upset at this point. This is now the 5th time in only 3 weeks that the app didn’t save my data. It saves then somehow deletes sometimes a full day of data or even previous days and I NEED this information since I had a preemie. Horrible app. Nice setup but not keeping my data when I also pay for the app and need the data is super upsetting!

   Great for 1 Baby. This app was great with my first baby. When I had my 2nd baby, I was able to add a profile for him, but lost access to all of the data from my daughter. I also had to pay for the app to add a 2nd baby without losing data from my 1st, however, here I am with no access to data for my 1st baby anymore.

   All data lost when attempting to sync. The app works well however when attempting to sync and backup your data there is a glitch that forces you out of the app. You can’t open the app again making months of our baby’s data gone. Do not use this app!

   Disappointed after the update. Breastfeeding and pumping milk is hard enough, and the experience of using this app since the update has been so frustrating- Opening to an ad instead of the home page is surprisingly irritating. I’ve been using the app for the last year, and this huge ad that pops up before the home page ends up freezing up my phone while I’m starting to feed baby, so it’s hard to track an accurate feeding time without going back to edit it. Ads don’t normally bother me, but this one at before the homepage makes the whole process that much more annoying. I used to recommend this app to mom friends, but now I’ll just suggest they find something else with similar features but warn them of this.

   Absolutely Hate the redesign. The app use to open to a main page and now it opens to an ad with a little box that you click to take you to the main page. It is so annoying. The app was fine before, I detest they are putting profit over design so I’ll be finding a new app. I sincerely hope enough people leave that they change it back.

   What just happened?. Why did my data for first child just disappear?!?! I want to say this app is great but if I just lost everything because of an update I’m done.

   Stopped working. App stopped working. Have repeatedly reached out for help. No response. Extremely frustrated that I can’t get my data in the least and can no longer use the app. Someone needs to update and quit ignoring customers.

   Poor customer support. The app overall worked great for my first child. A glitch happened during the second child and all my information was lost. I have repeatedly contacted customer support for guidance and received no tangible help. I have sent emails asking for a phone call that have gone unanswered. Overall…app good….customer service…non existent.

    App deleted all my data. This app post all of my data for the second child I put in. I paid for the premium when my second was born and for a few days it was great. Then all the sudden not only is the new data gone, when I went back to just redo it I can no longer access the original data for my first child. I emailed the company but haven’t heard anything.

    Mom of twins. Purchased this app after reading a review that said it worked for twins .... and when I upgraded to premium and tried to add a second baby, there was no option for that! I’m assuming this was something that was changed since the reviewer wrote that post but it’s sending misinformation.

    Crashing all the time. I loved this app. I used it with my older 2 children but now with my latest child it crashes all the time! I even removed it and re downloaded it And it still crashes. I’ll be finding another app

    Doesn’t Open on 6s Plus. I’ve been putting off BabyNursing updates for almost a year because I had a bad experience with it crashing and lagging after a bad update in the past. My phone automatically updated to Sunflowr without me wanting it and my concerned we’re confirmed: it hangs at the splash screen and then just quits out. Frustrating, especially when you sit down to nurse and then you’re left without the ability to use it when you need it.

    Won’t sync, lost data???. This was a five star app for me for the last 6+ years. I’ve changed phones multiple times but I’ve been able to retrieve my old data and notes when I synced up my email address. But now that’s not working. The app currently says I’m synced up, but there no data. It wants me to “create a baby” to get started. I can’t view any of my old info. I’m so worried it was all lost. This is how I’ve kept most of my 3 kids’ growth records. I hope this is just a bug that can be easily fixed. I’m heartbroken.

    Can’t use bc of constant crashes. Used this app for my last 2 children to track feedings and loved it. I just came home with my 3rd baby and went to use it for the first time only to find it doesn’t even stay open and constantly crashes. Such a disappointment.

    Keeps closing out. Worked great for about 7 months. Now every time you open it just shuts down. So you can get your data. Don’t bother with this app. It has been this way for 4 months. No updates. It’s junk.

    Horrible Glitches that the developers will not resolve. If you are a new mom like me and saw all the great reviews on this app and got excited, let me save you the inconvenience and trouble this app has caused me. I had been using it for a week with my newborn (first time mom) and had recorded extensive amounts of data pertinent to her first few weeks of life. Mid-feeding at 2 am, the app started to crash. Now the app will not even open and allow me to access any of the previously recorded data. I contacted the company because in all their responses to negative reviews, that’s the instruction they give. No reply. There are forums of hundreds of parents who have had this same issue except most of them had MONTHS of data. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t give this app the benefit of the doubt because this company has not taken responsibility for the glitches it has failed to resolve in an app that a lot of moms and parents relied on.

    Growth charts are crap. No idea what growth charts they are using but they are wrong and anxiety inducing. As the appropriate (WHO for 0-24mo and CDC for >24mo) are freely available I have no idea why they cannot get these right.

    Bummed. Loved it for all my pumping and nursing needs until December 1st when all the sudden I can even open the app anymore. I have even tried to contact them to see what’s wrong with it but never heard back. I used this app all day every day since June. I have no way to keep track anymore and lost all my old data. I liked to compare it every month to see if my supply increased or decreased now I have no clue.

    App no longer working. I started using the app in August when my son was born. Just yesterday the app crashed and is no longer working for me. I lost all of the data (nursing log, pumping sessions, diaper changes, sleep times) that I kept track of. Is there any way to retrieve it?

    Was a fantastic app.... I used this first with my oldest 4 years ago and started using it again last year with my youngest. He has a history of alternating constipation and diarrhea, so I track his bm diapers. I also used this to track weight, height, and percentiles. This past week the app has been crashing immediately when I open it. I can’t even get in to the app to see anything. I’m so upset about losing all the height and weight data for the baby. And the data I use for the doctor about his bm history.

    Super slow. I thought it was just my old phone that’s acting up, but the app still is having loading issues even on my husband’s new phone. The app freezes and doesn’t respond. If it ever does respond, it takes a while. We paid for the premium, so please fix the app asap!

    Constantly have to reinstall to keep working. This app, while great for tracking, is awful to just keep working. Every day or so it starts hanging on startup, forcing me to reinstall the app just to open it. Really frustrating.

    App is not loading and crashing. Please fix the issue ASAP!! I have months of data entered in the app, and I heavily rely on this data for my baby. If you are not going to fix the issue, there must be a way to export this data!!
