   Look elsewhere. If you’re shopping for a baby monitor look elsewhere and read ALL the reviews. We received a 1510 as a gift. The reception is awful (we lived in 700 square feet and were constantly losing reception), the “lost video” signal could wake the dead, the neon green light indicating noise lights up the entire room, and the temperature gauge is no less than 5 degrees wrong at all times, but usually more. Spend the same money elsewhere and get a better monitor.

   App functionality is completely gone. The app keeps saying server error when I attempt to log in. I only need to login because the app wouldn’t allow lullabies to play or for me to disconnect and reconnect the camera.

   Other products out there. Hardly ever connects, has an extreme delay, doesn’t pick sound or motion up very well, just switched to 24h premium to go back and view past events and it hasn’t recorded a single event the entire day. Plenty of better products out there on the market. If you want something that disconnects on its own, doesn’t actually record when you pay for a premium service and causes frustration, this is for you.

   HORRIBLE. Camera quality: -10000 Pairing camera to app- impossible This is the worst brand I’ve owned regarding a baby monitor. Holy moly, make it easier to pair the GD camera!

   Dangerous. Do not use Motorola nursery products- they will be sued soon. This product simply does not work. It is dangerous and falsely advertised as having an app on your phone the functions when it regularly does not connect to the camera- like every day. You don’t receive notifications in a regular basis bc it is constantly disconnecting. Baby is basically unattended if you are not right near the little screen device with antenna & bright lights & no real dimming features. That thing also disconnects and beeps waking me up about 1x a night when my baby’s room is right next to mine. Can’t get the app to connect right now- deleted the app again and redownloaded it (I do this at least 2x a week) and it still won’t work. Even if I close all my other apps and restart the wifi the thing wont stay connected. I am just trying to get some sleep and make sure my baby is safe.

    Will not let me connect. My wife and I used to be able to connect both our phones to the camera so we each have access to the feed when the screen runs out of battery. Now it only lets us connect one of our phones at a time and it’s very inconvenient when it’s my time to watch the baby.

    Utter garbage. This is the Windows 95 of baby cam monitors. Never works, despite our home with extremely high-quality Internet connection and Wi-Fi. This product is sloppy trash. I suppose they put it on the market just to try to get some half-added income. They probably figure those people will buy the hardware before they download the app and realize it is absolutely unusable.

    Awful connection. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m a sleep deprived mom of a teething baby. The app’s connection is awful. I just woke up to a screaming baby because the app was frozen or having bad connection for about an hour. This is ridiculous. It doesn’t work on my husband’s phone and my phone screen has to stay on all night for an app that only works maybe 60% of the time. When it works it’s helpful but that’s a gamble at this point.

    Loading time is insane. The amount of time it takes to load and connect to the camera is unreasonable. I have to close the app and reopen it to get it to finally connect. What’s the point of a monitor if I can’t see what is being monitored?

    Terrible with IPhone. My husband has a Samsung and has no problems connecting. This app is effectively worthless for an iPhone user. It spins and spins and spins and by the time it connects, if it connects at all, the urgency of needing to see what is going on has already passed.

    Disappointed in service. I was hopeful about this product and its corresponding app. My family has been using the camera and its app for 2 years now. We are constantly struggling with the app connection and functionality. We have a password secured wi-fi network in our home and our nursery is right next to the router. The app video takes upwards of one minute to load every time we open it. There is a significant delay in the connection, which seems highly problematic for a product related to the safety of young children.

    Unreliable. When it comes to monitoring your child, a reliable resource is essential. The Motorola app is very unreliable. Features are consistently dysfunctional. I’m currently unable to access the “events” content that I pay monthly for. So frustrating. Additionally, the app has the graphical excellence of a high school senior’s final project. BUT ALAS, we paid $$$ for the camera system so we stuck with the subpar experience.

    Ужасная. Отвратительное приложение и камера . Постоянно проблемы с подключением. Оплачен тариф , но не дает смотреть видео . И вообще не было информации сначала , что надо платить за эти видео !!!! Пытаюсь написать в поддержку , не получатся выбрать устройство в заявке . Такое ощущение , что приложение было создано в 2000-ых с багами и так ничего не меняется
