   Doesn’t work.. App had issues but nothing unmanageable. After the update, it no longer allows you to track anything.

   App needs work. This app worked great when I first started pumping. But now, it will not capture the time from the pump even though I reached out to the help techs. The app has also not been capturing my manual inputs and now deleted all my data. So frustrating!

   Bluetooth. Like many others have pointed out there are connectivity issues between the pump and app. It has stopped in the middle of pumping and I have to manually out in the time I started pumping which is aggravating. I have done the steps that were recommended but it still has issues.

   Months of data disappeared. I am logged in but my data suddenly disappeared. My pumping data was very important to me and it is irreplaceable. I should have used another app or recorded data elsewhere as backup. It was foolish to trust Lansinoh with something so important to me.

   App shuts down when I’m timing breast feeding. This has happened multiple times, more so recently. I’ll be timing a breast feeding session and it’s almost as if the app quits. When I go back in to stop the timer and switch sides, the session is lost. It’s frustrating because I rely on the app to know when I started feeding and for how long. I hope it can be fixed. Otherwise, I would’ve given a higher rating. Edit: PLEASE FIX THIS… already 3x today the app has reset/shut off when I’m timing a breastfeeding session.

   Doesn’t connect to pump, erases data. Massive hassle, zero results. The app stalled out when I tried to log in, had to close and reopen. Then I had to sync the bluetooth connection everytime I pumped. Then it dumped my recorded pump sessions. I could also not manually add a pumping session for the sessions it wouldn’t sync. I tried the other Lansinoh Baby 3.0 app but it doesn’t connect to my smartpump 2.0, and also had the same log in issues. Deleted both. Very disappointing.

   My favorite until now. I loved this app it was great to track my pumping sessions and feedings now all of a sudden the app keeps logging me out it won’t connect to my pump via Bluetooth and it won’t save any feedings! I’m so annoyed as this was my main app to keep track of everything!

   Not Satisfied. Theres no apps compatible with my Smartpump 3.0 which is very unfair considering i spent a pretty penny to be able to use all my pumps features! My days are busy with having 4 kids so it would be nice if there was an app for ALL the pumps made by Lansinoh that way i can keep track a lot easier!!

    Would not recommend. When I first started using the app I loved the interface and easy to use tracking, but about 3 months in it starting force quitting on me and eventually lost all of my baby’s data. I’d recommend using another feeding/tracking app!

    Great Pump - Terrible App. I’ve had this pump now for about 4 months and I love it. Like all things, it has an app that connects to Bluetooth and you can log your sessions but each time I connect to the app once the pump is on, it stops recording a minute into pumping. I’ve tried this a couple times now and have officially given up. Will be deleting the app.

    More frustrating than helpful. This app needs serious improvements and so does the Bluetooth with the pump. First, the Bluetooth connection always crashes every time I’m pumping and even when it is connected it sometimes doesn’t log in or save my sessions. Also the battery option on this pump doesn’t hold enough charge for even a weeks worth of pumping. Second in my opinion the app setting are a hassle. The dial to indicate how much of something is is super sedative and the time setting to change also glitches and doesn’t let me input the right time. Also a lot of the time I’m using the app is scrolls down mid using it like it’s glitching and it’s super annoying. The pump itself is alright. It’s very loud and the suction settings in my opinion are not that great or strong either

    No longer works: needs an update!. This app was great until it randomly would delete baby’s profile or entries and then suddenly stopped working altogether; now it won’t save anything even after restarts and phone updates. Have already sent an email with no response. Please update for bug fixes!

    Randomly deleted my account. Everything I’ve been tracking for my baby since her birth is gone. Don’t use this app. Was trying to log how much she ate like I do everyday and I got a message stating the baby had been deleted from the account. I’m not happy at all.

    Crashes. The app crashes so often! It definitely cannot handle the switch during day light savings changes to time. Even if you work around it, it will get overloaded and crash and take all your data with you. Also, why are there SO many steps to save an entry! Like you click save on the left and then you have to click done on the right side again. I mean as a mom I’m making these entries at midnight in my sleep. So not intuitive.

    Lost Data and Not Syncing. The app stopped syncing with my device so I had to manually enter every pump. The app then never remembered me signing in so I deleted and re-downloaded it. I then lost at least a months worth of data and what I suspect is every “non-Smartpump” entry I ever entered. This could not have happened at a worse time.

    Bluetooth features rarely work. With every passing day the apps Bluetooth features work less and less. If it finds my pump it will randomly disconnect mid session. Very frustrating and when reporting the issue I don’t get much help from support. They suggest restarting pump and app. Turning off and on Bluetooth. Trust me I have tried and tried with no improvement in performance.

    Originally loved the app... It was all great when I first downloaded, however it no longer finds my smart pump so that Bluetooth feature doesn’t work, and lately the breastfeeding timer just stops if I’m not in the app staring at it. I’m so over it, I use the timer so I know how long we’ve been going but instead I have to guess because the timer disappears. Really frustrating. Update: I started using my phone timer n and just inpuu I trying the info in the app to keep track. It’s been working fine like that however my app has been down for like a month. I force quit the app, restarted my phone, made sure the app didn’t need an update.. nothing is fixing it. Frustrated that I don’t get to use the apps tracking features or anything anymore. Waste of time now, a whole six months I’ve been using it with all its flaws but I can’t even view my previous stuff or anything anymore. So frustrating. I wanted to see the total time I breastfed & pumped for once my daughter turns 1..

    Pump is Great but Won’t Connect. I love my Lansinoh pump for its purpose of pumping BUT unfortunately it won’t connect to the app no matter what I do and i tried to clean off the QR code to see it better and the writing wiped right off. My daughter is only 8 weeks so it has not been used long and unfortunately I can’t keep track with the app!

    App crashed and totals disappeared. My daily totals disappeared today and I’ve been breast-feeding for six months actually exclusively pumping for six months… Please fix this issue that’s a lot of work that I recorded in an app that has now crashed.

    Pump will no longer connect via Bluetooth. I disconnected and tried reconnecting since the trouble shooting from the company didn’t work and now I can’t get my pump to connect at all to the app. The app needs some work. This is a new device and my phone is up to date.

    Too many glitches. I LOVE my pump but the app is horrible. The smart pump feature will stop before my session is over (sometimes just 1 min in) and show higher suction than I was using. I have to clear it and log everything as non smart pump. When I log sessions the app will glitch and erase all of my previously logged sessions. I have entered the same session sometimes three times or more and it delete it or my previous sessions which I then have to guess to re-enter. Just ineffective and causes more hassle than I have time for.

    App is glitchy and crashes often. The app crashed for me about monthly. Each time all of my data was lost which was frustrating since I used the data for conversations with my baby’s pediatrician and lactation consultant. I tried this app because it was supposed to automatically sync with my pump for tracking which it did not do Lansinoh’s customer service was no help. They took weeks to respond to a service request then had no solution. There are better free apps on the market that provide way more consistent and thorough tracking.

    Useless. Really excited when I got this pump because of the app. But it’s been absolutely useless since after my first pumping session. It recorded the first session just perfectly but hasn’t recorded anything since, even though I would get a notification saying “pumping session started”. After a few days it even stopped giving me the notification. As a first time mom who’s new to breastfeeding/pumping I really wanted an easy way to track everything, so disappointed.

    App doesn’t work. The app was great for 2 weeks I logged all the breast feeds and diapers and everything. It was perfect. Now whenever I go to log something and hit save I just get that pin wheel of death and it never loads.

    Glitches. The app glitches. The pump turns off out of no where. I read the reviews first and everything, and chose this pump which I regret. It sucked really hard and turned off today. Im glad i didn’t pay for this pump.
