   Waste of time!. Like many other reviews have said — the app crashes frequently. There is always bugs and glitches that makes it difficult to edit. I’m always encountering issues with the app. Like right now, you can’t even edit the text. It is so so frustrating using this app!!! I regret purchasing this!

   Subscription. I wasn’t notified that my subscription renewal was coming due today. I emailed the company to ask for a refund due to not being able to get a refund via Apple. They declined to give a refund so now I’m out $45! I’m VERY disappointed. Poor customer service.

   Not worth it at all. Very, Very Overpriced! They destroy the quality of your photos. When baby pages printed my photos, the quality was very poor. The photos came out EXTREMELY dark, to the point it’s hard to make out what’s in the photo, they are also very grainy. When I print my photos out at home, the quality and brightness looks great, so it must be an issue with the way baby pages print things. I am very surprised at the amount of positive reviews (paid perhaps?), I’m glad some people were able to enjoy this app but I did not like it at all. It is fun to make the baby book, but what you receive is a book with extremely low quality grainy photos that look like they have been heavily filtered with dark, dark, dark colors. Very weird. I wouldn’t buy this or recommend this to anyone.

   Update deleted my pages!. Maybe I’m using the app wrong. But it keeps deleting pages I’ve created. The last update wiped everything. Very disappointed.

   LOVE IT. I absolutely love this app, I am using it to make a book for my son and have it made for when he’s a year old for his birthday ! I highly recommend this app, it helps you reminisce on the time that passes so quickly !

   Can’t get in !. I got this app because I can’t get an actual book and would love to have an online version . I tried to sign in using my apple account and it wouldn’t let me. So I used Facebook. Now the problem is that it requires my child’s birthday to be set as y/m/d but it won’t let me type or change it. The only order I can put it is m/d/y.

   Glitches. I’ve had this app for 2 years. I planned to use it in real time and make my daughter’s 1 year baby book but missed the deadline and had to renew. There are a lot of glitches I’ve experienced that make me not want to use this for future photobooks. When you use punctuation, it often adds an additional period. If you say you don’t want the milestone date at the top and put in a custom header, it reverts back. Lastly, when you’re trying to make final touches on your photo book at the end, if you’ve re-ordered your pages and then have to go out to edit one page, you lose all of your other work. That happened to me 3x. Just not super user friendly.

   Lot of work and time wasted. As other reviews mention, the concept of this app is great and I want to love it, but I get very frustrated with the amount of glitching the program does. I am trying to stay on top of creating pages for my daughter but I spend time putting together a page only to have it not save. I’ve created several of the same pages now so many times and it’s very frustrating to have my work and time wasted. I would also love to see different font styles and sizes be available as the very large print takes the classiness and professionalism of the book down in my opinion.

   Needs Improvement. Great concept but needs some improvements to make more user friendly. Making edits to pages and adding key milestone info is difficult and limited. The app keeps crashing and freezing on my phone. Will be canceling my free trial and not continuing with this. Will revisit if I hear of improvements and enhanced features.

    Glitchy and unreliable. I started building my baby’s book a month after he was born. Love the concept of being able to create as things happen and then just hitting “order” when I’m done. However often times it fails to save changes I have made and the lines between photos do not line up every time. If you email customer service they fix the page for you but then you cannot change it after if you want to add text or something without it going back to being messed up. I feel stuck with this app since I’m halfway through documenting my child’s first year but definitely don’t feel like it’s worth the subscription fee AND the purchase of the book. Overall not satisfied.

    App crashes. I’ve been using this app since my son was born- over two years. It’s becoming beyond frustrating to use this app. It crashes frequently. I can be in the middle of creating a page and it crashes. Causing me to lose everything. It will say “lost internet connection” but I have excellent cell service and/or WiFi. I will finish this year but I doubt I will use this app afterwards.

    Not great for the price. I downloaded this app because it had the best ratings for baby book apps. (At least what I found). I liked it at first. It was nice they had choices to choose from for baby’s milestones and then let me input my own if I wanted. But after I updated the app a few months ago, every time I click on edit on anything, it buffers for a couple minutes, which adds up! It also didn’t save a couple of my pages correctly so I had to go back in and fix them multiple times. Again, waiting for it to buffer each time. I hope my book turns out well but after it gets here, I will not be renewing my subscription and will be deleting the app and looking for another product to use in the future.

    Great Options, But Glitchy. I love the pages this app creates, and the concept of the app is very user friendly and has great ideas. It has great customization options without being overwhelming for someone who wants to make sure they get the book done. The page prompts for milestones and holidays are great, with awesome questions to help write the page for you with little to no effort, but you can edit if you dislike something or want to add more. The biggest issue I have with the app is the speed of it and how often it freezes or crashes. If I’m creating a page, I know I cannot leave the app without the high risk of losing the whole page. Even then, I have saved pages that just don’t show up and I have to recreate them. Every time I exit the app, I have to completely close the app (with the swipe up feature) to get it to run properly when I reopen it. This makes it so difficult if I need to stop mid page for a call, text, or anything else. I can’t wait to have these books and love the pages I make, but kind of dread using the app if I have multiple pages to create at once due to the hassle of making them.

    Love. This is the best app for recording baby milestones. I haven’t ordered a book yet bc my babies aren’t a year old yet, but I’ve had so much fun with it. The prompts are super helpful, too.

    Great app for baby books. I like this app because it sends reminders for the stages of baby's life or you can create your own. You can also build multiple books for different children, and it syncs your photos you upload. So if you want to use the same photo in different books, it's already saved. Super easy to use!

    Things to know…. I downloaded this app when our son was born, and was so excited to have prompts to help me with documenting his first year of life. It is great that it gives you ideas and things to include in the book. What is not ideal it is not the easiest to edit/ move pictures and definitely could be better. But also it’s crazy to spend almost $5 a month for an app over 13 months and then pay $71 to print the actual baby book. So I spent about $127 on our baby book for just for the first year. I feel like that’s a little high in my opinion

    Easy to use!. I’ve found this easy to use, making pages along the way until I have enough for a book. Good activity for when I’m nap trapped. I tried multiple apps and this is the one I decided to stick with. My only call out is that sometimes I’ll zoom and reposition a photo and it doesn’t save in that spot so I’ll have to do it again. Hasn’t been a big problem, expect an update will fix that soon. Can’t speak to quality of books yet!

    Easy and so cute. I love this app, it turns your pictures into creative pages - with the freedom to customize in any way you wish. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was for the price, otherwise this is an amazing app to create and make your own baby book!

    Easy to use, lots of options. I love that this app has different presets for templates and options for milestones. If you subscribe, it gives you more options for fonts, graphics, etc. unfortunately, once you unsubscribe, you can’t save the “paid stuff” anymore even if it was previously saved.

    Great to have!. I love this app overall, such good milestones to have and even to remind me of. In such crazy and busy days, we sometimes forget to save pictures. With this app, it’s very helpful to create the pages and later books to Cherish. I’ve created books/albums for each set of grandparents.

    You’ll need the paid version. I love this app for creating my daughters’ baby books. It makes it so easy and has a lot of great templates. The only thing I’ll say is you need the paid version to get the full experience and it’s a bit pricey. I have twins so I needed to be able to make two books at a time, which requires the paid version. However the templates look great and I know at the end of the first year I’ll have beautiful baby books that were easy to put together.

    Just what I needed…only a bit pricey. I switched to this app from another baby journaling app, and this one is so much better! I like the different milestones available and it doesn’t over complicate things. But you are only allowed so many entries before it you have yo pay for the subscription. I ended up paying for a year and will likely cancel after my son turns 1, but I’m excited to be able to document this time in his life.

    Good for documenting some milestones. I like this app! It is very easy to document photos month to month, or firsts, and share with family and friends. I docked a star because the questionnaire for each milestone gets very repetitive and I wish we could just write in our own blurb so we could include stuff like “rolled over for the first time this month and is starting to sit!” It just feels like the milestone pages miss out on a lot of info by not allowing us to write in our own things. There is a blank page option where you can put whatever, but then what is the point of having the milestone templates if you can’t use them?

    Like it but needs improvement. The app is good enough. Lots of typos, though. Not sure why it doesn’t correct like most other apps. My biggest annoyance is actually with the printing. Many of the pics printed dark but when I print them on my own, they aren’t that dark at all. I’m still going to use them bc it’s the easiest way for me to make baby books but I would like higher quality printing and better corrective text. Also, if there’s a way to edit within the baby book. I sometimes notice a typo when I review the baby book and it would be helpful to edit there. And if the photos to pick from could be larger. Sometimes it’s hard to see which pic I want bc they are so teeny tiny.
