   Just a shop essentially. Being a FTM, I wanted to get a tracker for my baby’s progress and signed up for Glow Baby. I opted for the free trial with automatic annual payment - I wish I had cancelled it soon enough. The amount of notifications to the Glow Baby Shop items is insane- even attempting switching them off doesn’t do anything. I have little interest in buying more items, but especially not from an app that sends 2+ unnecessary shop notifications a day. For my initial goal to track my baby’s progress, this app fails.

   Nothing works. Paid $90, stuck in a loop of trying to log in and use the app. Even after paying $90, the app requires that I provide my insurance information so that their partners can reach out to me with offers….. not a fan

   Charging for subscription, and then forcing you to give your information to sell. Do not use this - they charge you for a years subscription, and then force you to give your address AND INSURANCE INFORMATION to their partners so they can make even more money off you. Huge ripoff and scam.

   Practically unusable without paying for the upgraded version. We used this app with prior children but coming back to it with child #3 it was a terrible experience and I gave up completely and deleted my account. The entire experience is inundated with ads making it difficult to navigate. It’s too busy visually. The free version has an upper limit of activities you can log in one day (it’s 32; if you’re logging every feeding, pumping, diaper change and nap you will hit that wall very quickly).

   Money hungry. I used this app several years ago with my last baby, just for the nursing tracker and it was great. It used to be free. Now you only get a certain number of logs and then they ask you to pay for a subscription. What a joke! Wish I could give it zero stars.

   Ruined for 💸. This has been my favorite app since I had my first baby 6 years ago. I track their growth every time they go to the dr and when they were babies it was literally my life saver in tracking everything. Unfortunately now it won’t even let me log in and it says I have to pay now, this app was amazing and free and now only a yearly subscription??? How and why is that necessary. Very sad and unfortunate all for greed.

Using the app for the tracking feature and to help know if I’m over / under feeding my baby but I can’t even get past sign in without all these “trusted partners” pushing to put in my personal info like insurance and to get a breast pump with no option to decline when I can’t even breastfeed WASTE OF MY TIME TERRIBLE APP

    Just Use Notes App. Downloaded it for the food tracker but you’re hit with a subscription and then when you put that you don’t want to do it, it shoves all their sponsors down your throat and asks WAY too many personal information including your insurance providers without being able to skip past, so it was an instant delete for me. Also seeing that they’re sponsored by similac and Enfamil, two brands who have recently been under fire for having lead and arsenic in their formulas, give big ick. It’s giving Big Pharma shills.

    False advertising. Literally the only reason we downloaded this app is because nowhere in its description does it say you have to pay in order to add caregivers. If it had said that I wouldn’t have downloaded it in the first place. So the information you see in the App Store is not correct. It is hidden fees buyer beware

    Stuck in a menu. Due to jank UI, I clicked a button that took me to a menu making me select some sort of topic/group to follow. I don’t want to. There is no way to leave this menu. I’ve restarted the app and my phone and it takes me to this menu automatically upon opening. Terrible programming. What intern didn’t get paid to make this? Deleting the app might work, but if I do that, i’m not likely to re-install.

    Stop ads in premium version. I got the paid version because my baby needs more logs than the free version, but since Glow released their own breast pump, I get an ad on the pump log each time I go to log my pumping time and accidentally click it. This is ridiculous considering I paid for the subscription.

    Updated my review for 2025. In 2018 with my first baby, I reviewed this app with highest the highest rating. I was a new mom and tracking everything. My biggest complaint was when my daughter became a toddler I wanted to pull all the milestones content in a meaningful way. Flash forward to 2025 and my second baby was born. This app is an advertisement mess. I stupidly should have investigated what else was out there cause now I feel trapped using it. Even when you pay for all the features it’s a problem. I go in to mark my breastfeeding time, it recommends buying a pump. I go to mark down a diaper and it puts me on the shopping page. Shop around. Don’t just buy the premium.

    Too much. This is way overdone it makes it difficult to read the simple data needed to be outlined I wish I didn’t buy this. Just use a sheet of paper it’s easier and more obvious.

    Forces year subscription and aggressive data sharing. Night nurse recommended, didn’t have any sort of freemium option, sign up flow tricked me into sharing my data more then I would like. Immediately received texts from third parties advertising. No month by month pay option, forced to sign up for a year.

    Stop pushing community. This app recently started defaulting to the community tab when launching most of the time. I get maybe once or twice to show you it’s there, but I’m not interested in the community tab. I have two kids and I just want to track food and naps. Please stop pushing folks there.

    money hungry app. wouldn’t recommend downloading this app as they give a “free trial” to track however much you need/want to and then after a few days they want you to pay to log more than 15x. 15x sounds like a lot, but when youre tracking diaper changes, feedings, sleep patterns, etc then youre going to go through all of your logs before your baby’s day is over. i’ll download any other app before i pay to log my child’s schedules. you also have to pay for the premium membership to message people if you want to, i never did. have to pay to see the big graph that shows everything your baby did all on one graph to compare to the day before or even the week before to check out patterns or abnormalities if your baby is acting off. also the community on this app has nothing but self righteous, holier than thou, so if you’re looking for support, wrong app.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased the premium plan specifically to add multiple caregivers, but even after upgrading, that feature remains locked. My account shows I have premium, which is supposed to include ‘premium support,’ but I’ve reached out several times with no response. This feels like a complete scam. I can’t even get in touch with support to request a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

    App doesn’t work with more than 1 person. I paid $90 for this app to be used with me and my husband. We frequently can’t see what the other has logged until HOURS later. We are using this app to track our newborns feeds and diaper changes and it’s useless. We constantly track things the other can’t see no matter how many times we refresh. I’d like my money back. This was not cheap for the purpose we are using it for and not worth it at all.

    Wife paid $80 and I’m expected to pay for my phones app also?. What a scam!!! Wife shelled out serious cash for an app. Now they changed it so each family member has to pay $80 or upgrade to a “family plan”. What a freaking scam! Scam scam scam!     After updates, getting worse. Newest interface not user friendly. No “top” button, no easy way to see pattern chart, or look at multiple entries at the same time. User interface too busy even with paid subscription you get ads. Articles embedded into timeline and need to scroll past articles to see previous entry. Don’t need the fading/blinking for entries. Needs an option for baby with caregiver. Inconsistent entry methods.

    Unhappy with Number of Ads. I have the premium subscription and unhappy with the number of ads in the application. I wish there was a way to turn off additional features I don’t use such as the community section.
