   Reviewing emails. I don’t understand that when open an email it is hard to understand the order of the dialog. And when I reply to an email, it replies to the last email sent, not one within the chain that I select.

   Missing emails. Logged into my email and was missing most of my email history. Sent myself an email from my computer, got it but it only exists on my computer. Sent myself an email from the outlook app, got it on both. How do you make a mail app that just LOSES not just incoming messages but history. Actively harmful behavior I cannot use this app. I thought I was going crazy I was missing emails from professors but no it’s just the app working as intended

   Actually the worst mail ap. Dont get my school emails until literal days after they’ve been sent, I’ve never cared enough to let a damn mail app know how much I hate it until now.

   Most recent update -- keeps rejecting emails sent. Most recent update immediately returns my sent emails as "spam" / "undeliverable" when they are neither. This is a pain. I am able to send the exact same emails via the website, but the app won't let me. It is a pain to have to log in through the website when the app is supposed to make life easier.

   Apps are getting dumb. The spell and grammar check are terrible. Just now it was trying to spell correct the word morning. Apparently the Outlook app does not know that the word morning is actually a word.

    Cant disable apple watch notifications. There is no way to disable notifications on the apple watch. Turning off every setting still ends up with notifications on the watch when iphone is locked. I do not want any outlook notifications on my watch so looks like i have to find a different app

    Gmail emails rejected. Same as New Outlook, this app causes rejection of most outbound emails when using Outlook as email platform for Gmail.

    UI makes me irrationally angry. Microsoft you are a multi billion dollar company please fix your trash app. The ui makes me wanna uninstall immediately every time the thought of outlook even comes to mind.

    Mark as Spam is Broken, and is slow to pull mail. Marking as Spam for Yahoo mail does not properly notify Yahoo to modify behavior - I have to do it on Yahoo’s website in order for the block to actually work long term It's also never able to quickly pull mail down for MFA codes, I have to use the provider's website to get those

    Storage space. It’s like there’s never enough storage you pay for the subscription to get more storage a week goes by the next thing you know now you have an email telling you you can’t get any more emails unless you clear up more space or buy more storage, the whole system so hungry recharging people to receive their own emails. I can understand it about sending an email but I can’t even receive emails if I don’t pay. And it’s not just Outlook. It’s with all emails. It’s just greed. And it always makes me change my password and acts like it doesn’t work the following day so I have to re-create another one and then that one won’t work three days later.

    The phishing email client of choice. Do you like phishing emails? If so, this is the client for you. I’m beginning to wonder if the devs are behind them. I can understand a few slipping through every now and then but 30+ a day? Occasionally a legitimate email goes to the junk folder but trying to find it? Almost impossible

    Breaking everything for AI. It’s a shame that Microsoft has significantly degraded the capabilities of outlook since their last update. You can no longer get ‘grammar checks’ on emails that ‘are too long’ (this was no a problem prior to the latest update). Additionally instead of providing useful information like the members of a distribution list. Outlook after the last update only exists to force you to use co-pilot (which sucks)

    Fix event notifications. Agenda/event notifications on outlook for iOS are silly, as they show as a “now” notification something that will happen in 15 or 30 minutes. The app should follow what is done on iOS calendar for notifications before the event and show it “in X min” instead of now.

    Sucks. anytime I make an account they make it extremely difficult to login, even when you’re just making the account. And no way to talk to a person to get my problem fixed will be taking my Documents over to google.

    Mobile login. Every time I login through mobile it takes multiple attempts never gets easy. Authentication is only for 30 seconds and by the time I punch in numbers it changes. Please increase the time or fix this issue
