   No more language translation. I use this app to translate English to Tagalog. The only thing that was annoying was after using it for a while it would freeze up and you had do close and relaunch the app. It looks like the latest update. They completely removed it without warning.

   Needs support. “Lately, it has been doing a horrible job. When it gives you the second revision round, it’s chaos—it fuses words, removes sentences, and even changes correctly spelled words. The first round is bad, but the second round is even worse. It used to work much better before. Sometimes, when tapping to accept a fix one word at a time, it erases the whole box. All of this has been happening since the new look.”

   False advertising. Not free, instead of QuillBot it should be SupidBot or ExpensiveBot.

   Needs undo button. I spent an hour writing something only for this app to glitch when correcting an error and delete half of what I wrote, it doesn’t save drafts and there isn’t an undo button. I’m very frustrated and will not be changing my review until an undo button is added.

   The hidden dangers about why this app is bad.. This app is too much. It's literally being greedy about money rather than grammar. Now, the accuracy for the free version is downgraded. Now it’s focusing on money other than grammar; that’s the reason why it’s greedy. It also includes random charges, which makes the app worse. And another reason why it is greedy is because the premium is just too much money. Also, the app is not lowering it. It is greedy. This is why you should just leave this app and go somewhere else, like Grammarly.

   Refund Refused. BUYER BEWARE: If you let your subscription renew, they don’t care how quickly you request a refund after the charge posts, or whether you haven’t used the app in MONTHS. They’ll still refuse a refund unless they’re “legally required” to issue one. Extremely frustrating and incredibly customer-unfriendly.

   Everything useful behind a paywall. Formalize? Give me money! Rephrase? Give me money! Use AI to write at all? GIVE ME MONEY! The only thing that isn’t is a spell check and if you’re using a smartphone (you are or you couldn’t download it in the first place), the smartphone does that already.

   Ai rewrite. Payed for the full year tried using the ai detector tool doesn’t work at all when I scroll to rewrite message just always glitches back to the top waste of money.

   doesn’t even work. this tool is very useful, however a lot of times when i try to paraphrase it would never go through, the app is not useable . i’d always have to go to the website and paraphrase things. please fix this problem/bug. it’s been like this for months and it’s irritating.

    Unauthorized charging and worst customer service. It charged me without my authorization. The customer service is worst. I called several times but nobody picked the call up. Finally, I found an agent to chat who’s was claiming that they sent me an email to notify me before charging but I didn’t receive any email. When I asked for a refund, unfortunately they’re denying. Their behavior is unacceptable and somehow childish, like that I got your money once now and we are not liable for anything else. Honestly speaking, that company’s policy looks unethical to me. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from the Quillbot.

    Refund & Customer Service. Very poor customer service and unethical billing practices. I was charged for a full year of QuillBot without any effective renewal notice. The company claims an email was sent, but I never received it. There was no meaningful reminder or confirmation before charging my account. When I contacted customer support, I only received generic, copy-and-paste responses that did not address my concern. I repeatedly asked for the issue to be escalated, but the agents showed no effort or accountability. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Charging customers for an annual subscription without clear, verifiable notice — and then refusing to properly address the concern — reflects very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company. Stay away

    Bad support - Hot trash. Response to dev: You reply to app reviews quicker than you do for support tickets. Which tells me that you only care about your image and not actually supporting your product. Terrible. Update: Still a garbage app. If you don’t mind waiting weeks at a time for support to respond then this is the app for you. Oh, do you also like an ignorant development team? Oh boy, do I have good news for you, these guys will drive you up the wall with their lackadaisical approach to troubleshooting. Speaking of troubleshooting, I hope you are prepared to be constantly asked for “additional information”. So yeah, long story short, I don’t recommend this app.

    Keyboard needs words. The keyboard makes so many more errors than the Apple keyboard. It makes me wonder if it is intentional to create dependency. I think I might switch to another keyboard because it's very frustrating to use!!!!

    DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!!!. Every other day there’s a new error and no one in customer service to help. Call the 833 number for tech support? The computer tells you to go to the website and email someone. As if people don’t have same day deadlines. And if you happen to select the only other option, you’re put on hold for 1 minute then told there are no available agents to take your call. The chatbot on the website asks you if you want to speak to a person and immediately tells you there isn’t one available. I’M TIRED OF GIVING MY MONEY TO APPS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS APP IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY’RE CHARGING YOU WHEN THERE ARE FREE APPS THAT DO THE SAME THINGS WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
