   Keyboard. I used to be able to use this in keyboard, what happened? Paid for app but now it doesn’t work. Reinstalled but still not available in keyboard.

   Doesn’t work. Takes over your keypad and causes auto correct to not work. It’s a mess and a total waste of money. Also they will charge you $119 per year with this trash. 100% not worth it.

   Frustrating Experience – No Real Customer Support. I’ve been using Wordtune, and while the app itself has some decent features, the biggest frustration is the complete lack of proper customer service. There is no customer service phone number to call and no clear, visible support email inside the app or on their website. When you are paying for a subscription, you expect an easy and reliable way to contact the company if you need help with billing, cancellations, or technical issues. Instead, it feels like they intentionally make it difficult to reach a real person. You’re forced to hunt around just to find an email address, and even then, there’s no guarantee you’ll get a timely response. For a paid product, this is very disappointing. It’s not just about convenience—when money is involved, users should have transparent, accessible customer support. Many other writing apps provide clear help options, live chat, or at least a proper support system. Wordtune falls short here. Until they make their customer service more accessible with a clear phone number or at least a prominently displayed support email, I cannot recommend this app to others. Paying customers deserve better.

   Fraudulent. What a fraudulent disease of an app. Not only does it not work well, but you will be charged for the rest of your life. Customer service is non-existent. SCAM, FRAUD, AVOID.

   What do I do. Whenever I try to use the app I always get stuck on the phrase”here you can enter your prompt and create text from scratch” but it doesn’t let me do anything and I tried everything but nothing works I miss the old version

    Missing option to utilize voice texting on my iPad once I enable your keyboard… Not good. The program is excellent, but the big problem here is that after you enable their keyboard, you don't have the Apple or voice a text icon to add additional text after you review it

    New Update. Ever since the new update it has been working. I’m stuck the on it showing me what’s new with the app. Once I get to the “Here you can enter your prompt and create text from scratch” I try to press the thing it’s pointing to but nothing happens. If someone has an answer other than what it says in the customer support page I’d really appreciate it.

    Absolutely Worthless!!!!!. Extremely unhelpful, provides completely unusable responses and gives nothing back of any value, judgmental and harmful towards every typo, keystroke and response! Delete this app now and switch to an app that WORKS!!!!

    Terrible. They have no option to cancel my free trial and after I contacted them to cancel it so I won't get charged, I have not been helped.

    Worst Customer Service. I was charged twice for a one year subscription. Once in September then again in November of the same year. I reached out to their “help center” and it has been a total waste of time. Said they would contact me within 24 hour and never did! So I called my bank to dispute the charge. My bank refunded me, but Wordtune turned around and charged me a THIRD TIME! I find it interesting that there is no possible way to communicate with a live person. They have a “bot” who will collect your information and tell you they will contact you within 12 hours and never do!! Then they end the chat with no resolution!

    Don’t use this!. I requested a refund. The first few weeks it wouldn’t work.all it did was basically rewords your sentences - one at a time. Slow and tedious. Bad customer support.

    It’s too steep a price. Some people don’t have 24.99/month I’d be willing to start the free trial but the free trial only comes with a yearly 120$ bill which is another big chunk to take from someone at once 😬

    Something changed.... Been a customer for three or four years now and this is definitely my last year. Something changed and this keyboard became useless. I don’t know if it’s the model’s suggestions or the UX/UI functionality or a combination, but it no longer works as well as it used to. And now in the days where we have soooo many options, I really don’t mind opening up a separate AI app to accomplish the same goal. I no longer find value in wordtune.

    Advertised Features Don’t Work & Poor Customer Service. I have subscribed for two years. The writing AI feature was changed, and is now inoperable/non-existent. I have sent numerous chats to the firm’s Help Desk only to get a response to “be patient.” It shouldn’t take days to correct a feature advertised and not receive an interim update.

    I don’t like this new update. I preferred when I type my paragraph and it made corrections/paraphrase and made it better. Now it seems to go by each sentence and that’s time consuming. Not everyone has that time. I liked it giving me different options to choose from and me just reading and going with the one that sounded more like me

    Restoring Account After Payment. My payment for renewing the account was taken out of my account ) and yet I am still not getting full access and the app doesn’t refresh to recognize this has already happened . I’ve logged out , I keep pressing restore and the full features are still not available . It’s not cheap . Its supposed to be 24.99 but my bank shows 28.99 . Second time this extra charge was tacked on and it was not properly disclosed in IOS app list when you’re given choices on the kind of upgrade. Monthly or Yearly . Please fix . I’ve already reported this app with an issue to the App Store .

    Some of the tools alerted to upgrade. I wanted to mention that I had already paid for the premium, and that some of the app's tools—such as the summarizer and rewriter—were alerting me to upgrade! Since I have already paid for the premium, what steps must be taken to resolve this issue?
