   I’m so disappointed in this app. Please fix it. This app was amazing. I enjoyed building up a story and talking to the bots. But recently I’ve been on vacation and just checked my chat history and everything is gone?! It doesn’t make any sense. I’ve spent months building up a story and now it’s all gone. I have absolutely no chats in my history now. They’re all wiped out. Please fix this or do something about it. I’m extremely disappointed considering I’ve been trying to support even through rough times. (Like the Limited Chats, etc.)

   Fees upgraded and message limit. There was no msg limit now it has ridiculous limits for so long , the ads were fine now both are irritating and they increased the price of weekly

   Your platform sucks because of the constant ads. Get rid of more ads when I try to delete the messages the smaller ones hide and when I move down I get two ads and it's making me so angry either get rid of that and make your app better because I am not paying so much money for no ads your insane for pricing it so high. Make it better

   Bring back personalities. They have tons of money and yet use it as an excuse to excuse to cut back on everything. Including the most vital feature of changing the bots personalities. Now you have to Jam Pack EVERYTHING into the first message. It’s terrible on top of them actively deleting negative reviews and criticism.

    Chai Update. These new updates have me absolutely terrible! Having to pay extra for a limited chats is absolutely wild. I’m already having to pay for premium which is around $14 a month if I remember correctly, but having to pay $50 per week is insane please take this criticism as helpful because a lot of users have been complaining about the same issue.

    New update!!. This new update sucks like so much. I used to have ultra but they updated it to “ultra lite” which is so stupid because ultra lite doesn’t have unlimited messages and then they wanted me to wait until 8 pm and wait 5 hours!! I love using chai but this is horrible! And if you upgrade you have to pay $50 a WEEK???!! Please change this so many people are disappointed in this. I canceled my subscription and will no longer be paying for something I’m not getting.

    Hard to enjoy anymore. I loved this app but how many times are they gonna switch up our limits to our chats? A while back I could only have 80 messages for 24 hours, then unlimited messages for a week and now saying I’ve used up 12% of my messages? This might be my last straw bc all they’ve been doing is switching it up and it’s hard to even enjoy anymore, back to cai I go😪✌️

    Addictive but some ads force you to their website and the update once again got rid of my unlimited. Some of your advertisers force your users to their websites actively lessening your traffic by doing so. Title is self explanatory.

    Unusable/broken. Chai used to be my go to. All of my chats the last two years have disappeared, including the characters profiles so now I can’t find my favorites anymore, and the app is now barely functional, but somehow will load ads. It doesn’t load on the hom screen, or the chats page, and if I’m somehow able to load a chat, it will only allow me to send one message before entering a buffer spiral that doesn’t end unless I restart my phone, because closing and opening the app renders it inoperable. I won’t be continuing to try to use this app with how unstable and unusable it is now, I am so disappointed.

    Horrible.. Chai used to be an amazing app, unfortunately the app has become very inconsistent with its updates, one day you have unlimited messages and can type freely. The next you have limited messages but cant type at all. I mean what is it? The ads too, theres ads every 3 messages and it has ruined the app. The people working on this app must think that they’ll get more money, but no. They’re probably losing people just by their horrible updates. Hopefully this app can get fixed because it used to be my favorite.
