   Greed has reached new heights.. I don’t care how good I’m doing at life. I cannot see myself ever paying upwards of $400 per year just for email. And I don’t expect anything to change just because I’m writing this review — I’m voicing my opinion and voting with my dollars to not do it.

   Annoying. First install, it said the app couldn’t be upgraded, and I needed to reinstall. Second installation, it said I don’t have a superhuman inbox after signing into Google. It says to check my inbox, but there’s no message. Just horrible NUX.

   Misleading Billing Information and Confusing Support Experience. Very disappointed with the support and billing experience. I prepaid for three months under the belief that I was paying for Superhuman Mail. After payment was made, I was then told by the support representative Ksenia that I had prepaid for a service that does not include Mail, which was extremely confusing and not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, Ksenia repeatedly stated that I had two subscriptions and insisted that I needed to add a payment method, despite my explaining multiple times that payment had already been made for three months. She explicitly stated that I “currently have two subscriptions,” which was incorrect and contradicted my actual account status. At no point did I authorize a second subscription, additional charges, or changes to my account. The lack of clear explanation around what was prepaid, combined with repeated pressure to add payment details, raised serious concerns around billing transparency, consent, and account handling. What should have been a simple clarification required repeated corrections on my part just to prevent unauthorized changes. This experience significantly undermined my trust in Superhuman’s billing and support processes. The product may be well-designed, but billing clarity and support communication need substantial improvement.

   iOS version is broken for Microsoft accounts. Your application opens the Microsoft Authenticator app when signing into a Microsoft account. This process forces the Authenticator app to sign in whilst already signed in preventing any progression. Need to force restart the Authenticator app in order to pick the correct number which breaks the Superhuman app’s Microsoft account sign in process. Please fix, don’t ask me what’s going on just sign into a Microsoft account with an iOS version of the Superhuman app with the Microsoft Authenticator app already installed and signed in.

    Error message when I sign in with Google. After giving the app permissions I get an error that says my email doesn’t have a Superhuman account and to check my inbox for setup instructions. I haven’t gotten anything from you about setup. I was giving this app a try since MKBHD said it is a decent app. Doesn’t work for me.

    No trial option, just an expensive starter option.. I saw this productivity email app and was interested in trying it with a few email accounts. Initial setup revealed a 240$ yearly subscription and that killed all interest in this app. Good luck.

    Kept charging me after I cancelled. As title says. Account pages shows cancelled. No way to get in touch with them. Ghosted by email. What a scammy company.

    Not Loading. I have attempted several times to download uninstall, reinstall restart my phone and a dozen other things using iPhone 15 Pro. All my apps work just fine except for this one that just gets stuck at loading. Completely wild. Useless app wish it would work because it’s cool in theory.

    What a stupid program. I’m sure it works great if you can actually connect it to your email account. It keeps stating that I don’t have an account and that I need to check the link emailed to me which never arrives. Funny that the link never arrives to my email, and this is an email application. Lol Oh, well… nothing to see here. Move on.

    Looooooong email chains. It doesn’t fold past conversations. I have to scroll for mobile miles to get to an attachment. Also, so emails from client just don’t load on mobile.

    Possible Scam. After downloading the app it asked for permission to have total access to control gmail like sending and deleting emails reading them etc. after accepting it it gave the bogus screen saying it would be activated during your consultation. Never got access and a day later got fraud related to the actual account I registered this app with. I think all these reviews are bogus and this app is just pure scam.

    Update breaks other email in MS exchange. Emails no longer load in exchange/microsoft with recent update under “other” (distinguish “important” or “priority”). Removed and reinstalled and still no loading of “other” email.

    Desktop is okay, but mobile app is lacking on basics. Desktop app is okay, still missing some features. The calendar is extremely weak for such a mature product. Mobile app is just like any other app and still missing some basic features like naming the accounts or changing colors to make it distinguishable… Anyway, price point of $30 and I still keep going back to outlook for email. Such a tough product and copy the Gmail UI was a really bad mistake

    Meh. Okay product prior to them drastically increasing the price. The AI is hot garbage unless you want people actually knowing that you are responding with clear AI-ish emails. Would not recommend to friends and family.
