   Save your money!. This app works for a moment then quits! Nothing can be generated. They blame YOU and your network connection. I had a pro account, monthly subscription and used it for one single day. Save your time and money. Garbage app.

   Frustrating glitches. When it works, it’s great and when it doesn’t, it’s really frustrating it’ll allow me to purchase coins or even monthly subscriptions, but it constantly glitches and says network error when I try to generate my prompts I wish someone could help me fix that

   Good and Bad. Some videos are good, but some are really bad. You can’t edit them — you have to remake the video and pay again. Customer service is awful. I emailed them more than a week ago, and they still haven’t replied to me.

    Horrible. I’ll ask for something simple “uncross my arms in this photo” and it completely changes everything, facial expressions, removes a person from the photo… it’s not worth it. Plus the coin you pay for expire.

    What happened?. Wan 2.2 used to be free to use and you’re now charged for that AI engine as well as previously free to use. You’re now also charged for AI recast and AI dance which don’t even have an option to change what model you use. What’s even more ridiculous is that you can’t save up on the free daily credits making you unable to save up and try out high end AI models. Why tf is all this gatekeeping pay wall bs spreading everywhere?

    Not enough coins to generate. This app does not give you near enough coins to generate an image for free. I tried switching to a different account to get more coins and it still said that I had zero coins.

    No longer free. This app was amazing until they got greedy and now you have to spend 5 coins for the once free versions such a stupid change now I gotta wait each day for the daily coins unless I actually spend a dime on this app. Yeah not happening was a great app but not anymore

    Disappointing, greedy app... Why don’t you make the beginning amount of coins enough so you can make at least a single video with minimal coins unless you buy the stupid premium?? If you want money just make the app cost money instead of not letting new users even make a single video..

    Trash app. Firstly, I tried to get coins and how do you even get coins? I asked the app and it didn’t even reply back so rude second of all. How do you even get the videos when I clicked video to make it and I put the example there, it didn’t even want me to make the video that is so rude. That’s just why it has a one star fix your game or actually just make it better. It’s a complete scam.

    Do not spend money on this app. Whenever you make a video and it violates content policies, they don’t refund you your coins. Do not purchase any money on this app or else you will lose it. The polices are very strict.

    BEWARE OF RUSE. beware of the bait and switch scam. When selecting the “ try for free WAN. 2.2” on the home page you will be directed to the VEO page and then get charged 800 coins if you don’t double check the very small cost at the bottom. This is a classic “ three card Monty “ move. When I brought this to the support teams attention they admitted that it was not an optimum way to do it and that they will correct it going forward. However they refused to credit my account for the coin charge and basically told me I should have looked closer. Terrible customer service.
