   Beware!. I strongly recommend that consumers exercise caution before subscribing to Lisa AI. I canceled my subscription in January, yet I continued to be charged afterward. On the exact day one of the unauthorized charges appeared on my bank account, I immediately contacted customer support and provided evidence of the charge. Despite reaching out promptly, the support process involved lengthy delays and multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication that stretched over several weeks. At the end of the process, Lisa AI refused to issue a refund, stating that the request fell outside of their three-day refund window. This was extremely frustrating because I had contacted them on the same day the charge occurred. The delay was caused by the company’s own response times, not by any delay on my part. I also provided documentation, including the bank transaction and the original email showing when I first reported the issue. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the company’s billing practices and customer service procedures. I feel that legitimate customer complaints can become ineligible for refunds simply because of how long the support process takes. For that reason, I would advise potential customers to carefully monitor their accounts and think twice before providing payment information. My experience left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and without a fair resolution despite reporting the issue immediately and providing supporting evidence.

   Horrible. Got the app for fun and accepted their 3 day “free” trial. The software was not great and limited on things you could do. I cancelled the subscription literally 2 hours after I agreed to the 3 day “free” trial. These people are still trying to charge my account the $9.99 for the subscription I CANCELLED 2 months ago!!! The app is trash and the developer clearly just wants your money.

    THIS APP IS A SCAM. Literally a scam i’ve been trying to contact someone to see why they keep charging my account if I ended the subscription before the free trial ended. They’ve already charged me twice literally a scam.

    This app is a scam!. I signed up for the trial and when I tried to unsubscribe there was no possible way. This app is a scam to they try and lock you into a subscription. I reached out to their support team and I haven’t heard a thing back. Don’t waste your time!

    Misleading subscription and poor results. I paid for a subscription expecting to generate good quality photos, but the results were very poor and unusable. After only a couple of attempts, the app asked me to pay again for coins despite having an active subscription. The subscription does not provide meaningful access and is very limited. The app design is misleading and pushes repeated payments just to regenerate images. Not worth the money.

    Impossible to cancel subscription. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription on purpose. They clearly said you can cancel anytime but redirects you to the website, to the app store, when you hit “manage subscription” inside the app it generates an error message.
