   Good All n One App… Can Be Better!. This a is a good app but too many issues. Please take the time to fix the bugs! I want to renew my subscription.y *Update… This app doesn’t work. I purchased this app and didn’t used it much. I began using it and it was good. I noticed my credits wasn’t renewing. I contacted them and they have me over 3000 credits because apparently they never restarted, wonderful. I used it for a while and it stopped working. It was no longer processing and other things. I contacted them and they said it was working on their end, cool. I tried it on another device, it didn’t work. I removed the app and it went from 20 credits a prompt to 100 credits but it still didn’t work. They’re updating they app but it doesn’t work.I asked them for a refund and the directed me to Apple. I can’t get the refund. I do not recommend.

   Petty. I received a notice that my subscription was up for renewal on 6/12/2025, so I decided that I wasn’t going to renew my subscription. So I go on the app & there’s a big explanation point saying “error oops something went wrong “ there’s nothing wrong! I just didn’t want to renew when the time came and they cut me off before my subscription is up!!! I want my money back then!! You didn’t complete your contract! Response to developer: I cancelled my subscription through Apple not the app! My subscription is not up until 6/12/2025! When I opened the app there’s an OOPS! All of a sudden! Your messing with the app because I canceled the subscription before the renewal date! I expected it to work correctly until 6/12/2025! I paid for it until 6/12/2025!!

   I paid for premium so…. What happened? For a couple months I was getting my 1,000 coins every month but now nothing. I was at 2 coins yesterday but now I’m back at 10 this morning, (which I had been at all month until yesterday) but still no 1,000 like I paid for!!! Please give me what I paid for monthly or issue me a refund. There is also no way in the app to contact support, the developer or anyone for help. It was a decent service but this shady practice is putting a damper on an otherwise okay app. Once again, please issue my refund or give me the 1,000 coins a month I paid Premium for!

   Third: Revised Review, Developers still not able to fix the issues with this app. StoryZ developers fixed the issues with the app but the fix only lasted about a week & now I still can’t access my Premium membership. Still waiting, what’s up with StoryZ developers still ignoring me? There are new features on this app & I still am not able to access my premium that I paid for. If You can’t fix this issue, give me my money back. I’m considering Your lack of not responding if a rip off, due to the lack of support. Developers, you created this app & I can’t understand why you are unable to fix the issue? I thought it was time to revised my review. I really thought that this time that a developer contacted me about the issue of not being able to login & use the premium features. It’s been several months & the Developers have not fixed the log in error, so I can proceed in enjoying the app. I haven’t been waiting & hoping to receive some kind of message letting me know what’s going on but nothing! This has gotten very old & more & more frustrating. After years of not being able to login & use the app one you think that the app developers would be concerned enough to find a fix to the login problem. By reading one of the reviews, it seems that the developers aren’t paying attention to their app or their user’s comments. I have never encountered issues with an app or the developers. It would seem that they would take pride in the app they developed. 2024 a developer reached out to me. I appreciate developer that a developer contacted me about the issues concerning my Premium membership & Problems with the login. Hope that he will assist me further In solving the problematic issue with the app. Thank You for Your response, my only question is do You have any idea how much longer it will be to correct the issues with StoryZ, sure would be great to be able to use the app again without any further issues.    Subscription not effective. The app claims to remove their watermark from the finished product if you pay a subscription but after deleting and redownloading the app it still puts a watermark on my images despite being a two year paying customer

   horrible app. bought the pro version as soon as i downloaded the app because i didn't want a watermark on what i make and when i did the app gave me an error code notification and didn't let me access the pro version while prompting me to buy the exact thing i just bought every time i closed the app and opened it again

    No cancel for subscription if you try premium. I decided to try the the subscription, since it said there was a trial period, then decided against it within 2 days, but theres no way to end it or contact them. Manage subscription page looks the same as before but acknowledges premium status and there is no opt out

    Host server not found. Paid for this app and am now locked out and unable to connect to a host server with no app support to get in touch with to assist me. If someone can reach out to help me, that would be great. Otherwise, I would like a refund. Thank you.

    Took My Money!. I bought the Ai Art and was charged three times, but no credits have come to my account. The horrible part was I tried to get in contact with your company but you’ve made no way to respond through your website, so I’m forced to leave you a bad review in hopes that you will respond to the $15 that’s been taken from my account but no credits given to me. You guys need to fix this ASAP before you start getting bad reviews from other customers and i absolutely love your app but this is something that needs to be corrected fast.

    Terrible experience!. I upgraded for 4K features. When I try to upload a new image the aspect ratio is still low and it scales the image down. When I try to reach support it says email not configured. I look in my settings and I see my email is right there. What is this?

    Low resolution!. I have three main gripes. 1) The app downgrades the resolution of your image when you import it. Even though you pay to have the option to output 4K it doesn’t matter if the image you’re working with is blurry! 2) The app limits the number of motion arrows and pins you can use. And I always hit that limit. So annoying to have to start strategically erasing pins to be able to use more. 3) Too much social media garbage that gets in the way of what the app’s main function is supposed to be. It shouldn’t be hard to find the primary function of your app!!

    Fake “4K”. Not paying for the upgrade. My friend paid and when they select “4K” the video exported is 2K max. Not only that, at the very first step the app degrades image quality to around 1.4K and then on export just stretches pixels. Need two things. 1) keep original image resolution. 2) true 4K
