   Trashy. After loosing all my credits by trying to save them for a time when I had more time on my hands, they’ve now changed policy right and our lifetime perpetual purchase of 99$. Is no longer valid. Very disappointing.

   Fake. I’m writing this for you because I care about others wasting their money. It’s very sad. This looked like an amazing thing I saw several videos on it. It’s all AI driven. It’s completely fake. The stuff that they create is nothing close to like what you ask for and they take your credit regardless and it’s very expensive to make one solid video about 8 to 10 seconds is about 42 credits and you get 200 a month for over $30 a month and the cost

   AI employees. I need a good video editor, but this won’t be it. There is no pricing for available subscriptions that I see. So, i contacted Apple, and they advised to contact the developer. In other words, Apple wouldn’t help me with a. Price, but that’s ok, because it forced me to go to the Filmora website. I quickly found out that Filmora had done away with human customer service, and subscribed to AI. I have been listening to the warnings for a year now, about ai replacing people, and taking jobs, and I will have no part of it. Filmora is a company that wants you to invest in their products, when they are not investing in people anymore. I walked away from that. Do these companies think that replacing people will be that easy. I wont use the product on principle. I wanted to talk to a human rep, but I couldn’t even communicate that much, as you have to select from options. I hate non sense like that. Want my business? Invest in people, say no to ai. Think about the people who have lost their jobs before subscribing. Jobs that used to pay the bills, now belong to expensive calculators. Filmora lost a new customer on principle. Maybe, they learn an appreciation for mankind, and begin hiring people again. Until then, there is no way i will support that business.

   Not Working. I paid twice it is showing pending for the last 3 day. It not giving me the total of 800 tokens. I like the app when it works. Is there a glitch!? I’m going to have to use another competitor as I have been patient. The app says my two payment are pending.

   Rip off. I have used Filmora for years and loved it. Just recently almost all the transitions I had for the pro subscription are now considered premium. I have to pay more money for what was already in the previous upgrade. I felt ripped off.

   Are you🤬kidding me right now?. Here’s a polished but still passionate version of your message: Guys, you’ve got to be kidding me. My subscription just renewed, and all I’m trying to do is a basic video edit with simple transitions. No AI. I use ElevenLabs for my voiceovers, and I use Filmora mainly for editing and background music. The only AI feature I really use is captions. I don’t need all the extra AI tools. I’ve loved the simplicity and ease of Filmora for years. But after more than 15 years of using and supporting this software, I find myself seriously considering leaving because now I’m being pushed to upgrade to a premium plan just to access basic background music and transitions. I don’t think so. I’m genuinely disappointed. I understand that companies need to make money and that the economy is affecting everyone, but this feels excessive. Charging extra for features that many of us consider basic editing essentials is frustrating. At this point, I may have to say goodbye to Wondershare Filmora. I never thought I’d be saying that. I considered going back to CapCut, but honestly, I’d rather move to DaVinci Resolve and invest my time in a platform that gives me the tools I need without constantly putting features behind another paywall. Filmora has been a great program, but penny-pinching on music and transitions is where I draw the line. That’s just crazy. I’m out.

    Customer Support. They have a great product! However, I was charged for two subscriptions and have been unable to get ahold of anyone to resolve it. There doesn’t appear to be any email support either. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating when help is actually needed.

    Memory issues. I think the app is great except it keeps taking up memory even after you delete the projects you did and deleted the copies it made to its own storage folder. So now you have the massive original file on the apps memory (after being deleted) the new smaller file and a copy of that same smaller file in its own folder. I have to keep deleting the app download it again just to remove the storage it hogs up.
